They sprayed interior and exterior, and we were pleased to see that they took special care in kitchen and in pet areas. The treatment controlled the ants for several months. When ants started to return (not surprising given outdoor conditions), we called them and they promptly returned and retreated. We have been very satisfied with their service and continue to use.

We've done quarterly treatment with Regional Pest Management for the last two years and have been really happy with the service. Somebody from the office emails me when it's time to set up the next appointment, and we've never had issues with scheduling. The techs always arrive within the service window, and they guarantee their services, so if you see bugs, they'll come back out and spray for free. Highly recommend this company!

Fantastic work. We had a VERY bad case of ants. It was so bad that it was becoming a part of our every day life (trying to control them). The time and distress devoted to dealing with those ants was becoming a big stress - those of you who know, know what I'm talking about. I tried everything "over the counter" there is: ant baits (liquid, non liquid), sprays, granuals etc, etc. Our situation was more than just seal up the hole they are coming in and solved. Every time I found and fixed one trail and point of entry, the next day there were two more different trails. We maintain a very clean home (especially the kitchen), and we still couldn't get rid of them. I wish we would have called for professional help right away, because all of the stuff we bought from "insert big box store name here" would have paid for close to what we did for the exterminator and saved us not just money but peace of mind. Since the initial treatment we have seen ZERO ants inside. Regional Pest did come back twice to address a couple of exterior ant recurrences. With the $300 treatment they guarantee their work for an entire year, and if the ants come back, they will return at no extra cost. Money well spent. Thank you Regional!

Pretty happy with the service. Solved the problem with the bugs for as long as was guaranteed (about a year and a half) but understandably the bugs came back a few months after the last treatment because this is a old house in an old neighborhood. We are happy with the service overall. Good job, guys.

The pest control van showed up on time and got to work immediately. The gentleman was polite and interested in the previous attempts to control our sugar ant problem. The previous two years, we had infestations in the kitchen and other places around the house through the spring until June/July. Nothing so far this year. We're pleased with the service, the cost, and the treatment.

From the sign up on Angie's List to the service I was provided with excellent service and customer support. The technician came out and explained, in detail, exactly how the extermination would work and what to expect. The applied the walked the house and property then provided treatment inside and out. The technician explained it could take a couple of days for the treatment to work but on day two the ants were gone. I was very impressed with Regional's service I signed up for a termite package and received the same excellent service. Very impressed and would definitely recommend this exterminator.

Great job. This is the second time I've used Regional Pest for ants. They were very careful about avoiding areas that I didn't want treatment due to my concerns about pesticides in my dog pen. The kid was great, came on time, did a nice job, and followed up a while later.

Regional Pest Management's service man arrived on time. He looked around the places where i had been seeing ants, asked me several questions about the problem and recommended spraying on my ground floor and in my garage as a prevntative measure and using bait gel near the location where I had seen most of the ants. He placed the gel in those areas and advised that I would see more ants at first, then they should be gone in a week or two. He also promised to follow up, as he said that sometimes more than one treatment may be required, depending on the size of the nest and whether the nest is moved. The ants did appear more initially, as he said they would, but within days, I didn't see them anymore. Less than one week later, haven't seen anymore ants. I am very pleased.

He was very good. He did everything I had wanted him to do and he wrote me up a report. Scheduling an appointment was great and he was very flexible with my time.

I had a roach problem and because I rent, I was calling the rental office just to have a lesser company come spray and leave. I got tired of it so I called Regional after the reviews on Angie's list. They came out right away and were friendly and professional. After the first treatment I noticed a difference. I was supposed to schedule a follow up a week later but I didn't know it was self schedule which was my fault but they came right away and treated again. I have only seen one or two since the last treatment but I believe that has to do with my cheap landlords not properly sealing my unit off from the next.

They were very good. They were there on time. We discussed what the issues were and where they were. They went through the entire house. They told me to call them back if I had any issues, since I had a year warranty with them. The employee technician was courteous.

We had used Regional Pest Management for a major job in the past were completely satisfied with their work, so I called them when we discovered a bald faced hornet's nest on our son's deck. We have removed a number of wasp nests over the years, but hornets are a more serious problem, so we thought we might need a professional to handle it. Ken from Regional Pest came out and looked over our son's house, and it's good he did because he found a second small hornet's nest and a wasp nest and a nest of yellow jackets. He gave us an estimate for removing them all and discussed with us in detail how they would do it. He told us candidly that the commercial spray available to us has the same active ingredient as what they use and also told us exactly how to get rid of the hornets if we decided to do it ourselves. Ultimately, thanks to Ken's honesty, we decided this was a job we could do, so we took care of the nests ourselves. He could have dishonestly told us this was a job for professionals and exaggerated the dangers (look on the Internet if you don't believe me! You'd think killing hornets was as dangerous as going to war). An honest company is a successful company because you get customers not just once but for a lifetime. We recommend Regional Pest Management for their integrity and for the professional work they do.
