I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did great. They were very professional and they did exactly what they said they would do. We had no problems, whatsoever.

I called them to check for termites and they said my problem was ants, which was a relief except that the ant problem has always been so bad. The man was very nice, he came early and waited for me while I drove from work and let me pull some things off the line before he went through the house. The price he offered me was $375.00 but I had an Angies List coupon. I didn't check with anyone else because he was there and I had the money and he had a good rating. So the day of, the cute young guy that does the spraying was exactly on time. It took about an hour because he did the inside and the outside. He wouldn't let me bring my dogs downstairs until it was safe. He told me to expect to see ants for a few weeks because of the way the poison works. Right now, two and a half weeks later, there were two strolling the kitchen counter, which is how he said it would be. I'm satisfied.

I have used Regional Pest Management on many occasions, all with great effect. They are punctual, and after the work is done, the home is clean, as if no one performed any work. I got many good suggestions as well as timely work.

I was so impressed. I wish ther was an A+++ rating. The technician took special care to ensure the safety of our pets. We've have had exterminators before, but no one was as cautious or concerned for the animals as well as treating the problem. Will use these guys from now on.

the technician said to give it 7-10 days, but we haven't seen an ant since the 2nd day after spraying, so I am THRILLED. I felt that the price of $300 was a fair price due to the 1 year guarantee.

We were seeing a bunch of dead ants piling up in the house so we bought an Angie's List deal to spray which came with a 1 year guarantee. They came out and sprayed (although they couldn't find the source of the ants) and said if we still saw them a week later, to call back. We were still seeing the dead ants after a week so we called, they came back out and sprayed again and focused on the areas where we thought they might be entering the house. They were very easy to work with, explained what they were doing and the technicians were very helpful. In any case the ants are gone now and I still have almost a year in case they return, so it's worth the piece of mind. They were very good about coming back and gave a small window (2 hours) for arrival time and they were always prompt. Even though it took two trips I can't really fault them since they did their best and made sure to follow up and honor the guarantee.

Regional Pest Control's service provider showed up exactly on time in a easily identifiable uniform and in a marked vehicle. He was very courteous and friendly. He took the time to ask me if we had any problem areas or specific bugs that were giving us trouble (we did, ants in the kitchen). While inside of the house he wore shoe-covers without me having to ask. He made sure to ask about pets and kids areas and was very willing to explain in simple terms the harshness of the chemicals and some tips on keeping the bugs out. I noticed immediate results on the ants in the house. We have 3 more treatments over the next 9 months. Provided we get the same service and the treatments keep working, we will have found our ongoing provider.

They did everything they could but it did not work. They sent their supervisors when the technicians could not figure it out and really went above and beyond. The people in the office were also wonderful.

Ken came as scheduled to examine the nest, explained what they would do and provided a written estimate. Ken and a second worker showed up early, went directly to work. The nest was removed quickly. All the wasps were eliminated. There were no follow-up wasp attacks.

The service was great. The gentlemen was nice and knowledgeable. He left boxes that he will check when he comes back to see if the mice have been eating the food. He also put down mouse stickys and so far, there are no mice on any of them. I was very please and I will recommend RPC Services to my family and friends.

Ken, a Regional Rest Management sales consultant, recently visited my home to complete an initial inspection. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Regional Pest Management to anyone who wants to perform a pest control.

I am on a yearly contract with them so they come out yearly. They have been great so far; I had one time a couple of years ago when I thought I had bedbugs. They came in on their day off for me to show them what I found so they have been very easy to work with. They only come when I work and they work outside to check things but they have been great so far.

I used this company because it was local and they serviced my area, the price was competitve, and I didn't find any complaints about this company on-line. I set up the appointment by telephone with the servicing office (I believe they only have one) and the receptionist was professional and explained the exact details and price of the service that I would be provided. The technician showed up on time, was both professional and very friendly and answered questions to my satisfaction. My ant problem was resolved in a matter of a couple of days after the technician visited. The service I was provided was a one-time visit, not scheduled re-occurring visits like those I had received from another pest control company but it was explained to me that the company would return if the problem came back within a year. I hope I don't have to consult an exterminator again, but if I did, I would most likely use this company again.

They were great. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was a great experience.

Examination for evidence of cockroaches was very thorough. Good explanation of the plan. The use of bait to attract and kill. The use of liquid treatment to kill. And, the use of monitors to detect activity. Also, explanation provided of likely sightings of cockroaches within 7 to 10 days. It was actually 11 days when we say the last. About a month later, say 2, company retured promptly and did another inspection and liquid treatment at no charge. Ken examined the bait and said it was still fresh and effective. Have not seen any activity since. Ken was obviously knowledgable and experience. Also, very personable. Good company.

REGIONAL IS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SCHEDULE, AND CONTINUES TO PERFORM OUTSTANDING SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH INSECTS SINCE WE'VE USED REGIONAL, AND EXPECT TO USE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
