Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service

A staff named William was very helpful in setting answering questions and scheduling appointment. I have to cancel the service due to my own scheduling issue but will choose Jenny's next time.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. She wanted to make sure that 4 hours was not a whole house cleaning. I called them after they had not called me, and she worked around my schedule. They came and did a fine job. I wanted them to clean the floors. The two ladies were nice enough, and it seemed they were eager to please. I am not sure if I would call them back, because I have had better house cleaners. The big deal said that they would get in touch with you within a certain time frame, but they didn't, so I called them, and she said that they got so many big deal purchases, that they got very busy. I work full time, and it gets busy, and she had her team come out later in the evening. I appreciated that she worked with me. I was looking for someone to do the work on a weekly service, but they didn't please me enough to use them. The price was okay.

Jenny & her crew of 2 additional ladies spent a little over 2 hours cleaning about 2,000 sq ft of my home. Everything was done to my satisfaction - they were pleasant, courteous & thorough. Definitely will use again.

I called them to say that the cleaners did a decent job, however, they took a door off the hinge in order to close it and i let them know but they never called me back to either acknowledge my feedback or to schedule a follow up appointment. I would have signed up for future services but they just never called me back.

Overall a good experience. Never got a live person when I called and messages weren't always returned promptly, though all were returned eventually. Scheduling took some work, but they did show up on the right day, though a few hours later than planned. The work was fine -- no complaints.

They agreed to clean sliding glass door for extra. They showed up a half hour late. Three women showed up only one spoke English and interpreted for the others. My glass door was worse than before they started. They were ready to leave and said it would cost $220 , I told her that’s not what the spokesperson from the company said, she said that’s the price. I went ahead and paid it and she came back a few minutes later and said it was $225.Then as I inspected the house the kitchen cabinets weren’t wiped down. The girl cleaning the kitchen didn’t speak English and I tried to tell her I needed things to be put in reach since I’m in a wheelchair. I had to reorganize the shelves myself which is dangerous. An overall bad experience with them. They skipped a lot of things example: I went over my bedroom floor with a Swiffer and it was black, which lets me know that they didn't even clean it.

The service was okay but not great. The scheduling was very difficult in the end and they attempted to charge me for more work than I had asked for.

Four girls did the work of cleaning 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a foyer, for 2 hours

I was very happy with them. I had my own mental list of things I wanted to make sure they did and I didn't even have to mention a single one because they took care of everything.

Went great! My house was full of clutter but they were able to clean anyway!

I called and left a message. With no response about a week later, I tried calling again. No answer, but this time instead of leaving a message again, I called the secondary number. No answer and the voice mail box was full. However, I received a text message a few minutes later, that said plainly "I'm in class" So I asked: "Ok, is this Jenny's quality cleaning? I have some questions about your Angies list ad." to which i received the response: "Yes I call back at 100" That was on Sept 1, its now Sept 12......I haven't received a phone call yet. We went with another provider.

The cleaning crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning the whole house. They got right to work and didn't require any supervision or direction on my part. The only problem I had was in the scheduling. The gentleman who scheduled the cleaning first told me that they would arrive between 2pm and 3pm. Then, the morning they were to come, he called to say they would be arriving earlier, between 12 and 1pm. I hurried home from work earlier than planned to wait for them, but then they didn't arrive until shortly after 2pm.

Jenny's costs a little more than the typical cleaners. But we saw their reviews on Angie's List and this was the first major "Move in Cleaning" for our new home. So we didn't want to cheap out on it. We were not disappointed. They scrubbed and polished every inch of our house, including the fridge... leaving our house fresh and clean. Also, I like the way they followed directions. We knew we only had them for a couple hours - so we put together a "priority list" and they followed it closely. End result, we were able to move into our new house... without worrying about "tidying up." Moving is so stressful as-is - it was nice to NOT have to worry about that first "deep clean."

They were thorough, worked steadily and quickly, everything looked great when they left. I'll be using them again.

Can't thank Jenny enough for her responsiveness: we needed someone quickly, and she made it happen. The three ladies who came were pleasant, and worked like dogs for three hours. Ours is a big house, and they labored hard. If we were staying in town, we'd be tempted to hire Jenny's crew on a bi-weekly basis.

They did a good job with the exception of the wood floors. They were a little dusty when they finished. I would have paid more for a perfect job. I could not be there to supervise.

Okay...first I paid and Angie list said I would be contacted within 2 days I believe. I let several days pass, a week+ pass, then I was contacted after labor day on 3Sept. They were apologetic about not contacting me and worked quickly to fix the issue. My work has not yet been performed, I will update review after the work has been completed. I like companies that work quickly to resolve issues...as of right now my review is positive, on that fast alone. They came, did good work for the time they were here. I'm satisfied.

They arrived a little late but they more than made up for it with the work they did. Three ladies were there so they only were there for an hour and 20 minutes but made my home feel clean and look great. They were very efficient, thorough and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

This cleaner came highly recommended, however I have tried multiple times in vain to get them to return my emails to set up a move-in/move-out cleaning. Such unresponsiveness is very unprofessional, regardless of how highly they came recommended. I have since gone with another cleaning company who happily returned my messages and set something up the same day.

Very professional, thorough, and timely. The cleaners did an excellent job on the house and were quick too.

I was pleased with the work that they did. They were able to meet my timeline, which was very short. They came out two days after purchasing. The work was what I expected. I thought this was a great deal for the price.

It was not spectacular, but it was fine. It took a little while to get a hold of them. It was like a week. There were not extra charges. I would suggest that their employees not make phone calls while doing their job. They need to pay a little more attention to detail. My place is very clean; I just wanted it a little more detailed. There was a language barrier as well. It was a little difficult. I would not use them again.

I only had them once and it was all right. I would not let them go over the amount of time that they said that they had. It was the first time that I had ever had them. They seemed all right. I cannot say too much about them, because I only had them the one time. They were not in uniform and they seemed like they were worn out for the day. I think the price was fine. They did not know how to do laminate floors. They had to ask me, which I was surprised. They responded and they were a little late, but they called. I probably would not use them again.

Few small things as expected for first service but nothing worth mentioning. Good job.
