I called them twice before anyone returned my call! When someone finally called, they acted like I was bothering them. Quoted me an astronomical (in my opinion), price & was not very friendly at all.

They showed up on time and ready to work. Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days of the year and the AC wasn't working and keeping up. It didn't impact them at all. They worked from 12:30 through to the end of the job at 6:30. Even though things looked good to me Jenny came by and had them go over a few things another time. She is a perfectionist. The crew was great and worked very diligently. I would hire them again anytime.

Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service have been doing an excellent job cleaning my house for over the past four years. The service provided is thorough, and the women are flexible if I need to change a day or time. I appreciate coming home to a clean, lovely smelling home after a long day/week at work. I highly recommend Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service to anyone looking for their house to be cleaned.

It went so well, I am going to call them back again. At 71, it is hard for me to scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors. They sparkled when the floors were dry. The girls dusted in places that have not been dusted in several years. For example: Top of kitchen cabnets, top of doors, in back of my sound system, pulled the furniture out and vacumned behind it. They must use something in the vacumn because the whole apartment smelled wonderful. I would rate Jenny's Quality Service A+++++++++

Horrible service and not reliable. I had scheduled every other week service and they never showed up on time. Jenny would never answer the phone and would instead have one of her team members call. Totally unreliable.

I hired this provider due to the recommendation of them doing a great job cleaning hardwood flooring which I am very particular about. They did an amazing job with the floors as well as did a great job with the overall deep and thorough cleaning of the house. They also used a very natural style cleaning supplies which did not leave any un-agreeable odor which was great. I will continue to use them on a monthly basis.

She did a very detailed cleaning including baseboards, pictures and window sills. She came on time and completed the work in the time estimated. The representative did a great job and I would use her again.

They are timely, they try to do the same crew for every visit. If the same people aren't available, the new crew is informed as to what tasks to perform. If they have to change the appointment, they give more than 24 hours' notice. The staff is great and very careful! I have have no damages, and there is no language barrier. I'm more than pleased with the service!

This was my third experience with Jenny's and I will add that my first two experiences were generally positive. I booked my favorite 4-hour whole-house cleaning two weeks in advance. The office manager Heather asked if morning or afternoon was preferable. I requested morning. Heather then asked what time, and I stated, "the earlier the better". On the day of service, I placed a call the the office to re-confirm that the crew would arrive in the morning as promised. Heather stated, "I can't remember which group of workers is slated for you, but I am sure you are scheduled for the morning". I thanked her and hung up. I waited until 11:45 for the crew to show, and no one did. I needed my house cleaned! I had appointments in the afternoon, and my houseguests were to arrive by evening (hence the request for a.m. help). I placed a call to the office and Jenny answered. I explained the reason for my call and she explained that she had been out ill, and things had gotten disorganized. She promised to find my cleaning team and call me back. A few minuted later she called and said the crew was enroute. By that time I had lost my window of time slated for her girls and had to cancel - nearly four hours late is a long time to wait. Jenny was apologetic but the facts remain the same - I had scheduled service in advance, confirmed it's status THAT DAY, and they didn't show up to complete the job. While I appreciate Jenny's attempt to make things right down the road, what I needed was the reliability, accountability, quality outlined in their mission statement. Very disappointed.

This is a great company. The ladies are prompt and very quick. We have a service where they clean the house in 2 hours. It wasn't super thorough (floors were not washed ), but there's only so much they can do given the number of people and the amount we paid. What matters is the house is clean and smells nice when they are done. The owner is very accommodating and very well organized. She sends a calendar of all future dates when you begin the service. She also calls the day before to remind you that the ladies are coming. Right now, we've postponed the service because we can't afford to have monthly cleanings at this time...but the owner was very accommodating and said to just call back whenever we were ready to start again. I never felt like she was trying to guilt me into to staying with her service (like another company we dealt with did). Overall, I was very pleased with them and would recommend them.

I never received invoices from them, but I would add a tip in each time I paid the bill. All of the workers spoke Spanish. The workers said they never got tips from me. I told the one girl who spoke English that I had been adding the tips to the invoice, and then she was fired after and a different group of workers came out for the next cleaning. I asked if I could get a hold of one of the workers, and they told me no. The next cleaning was horrible. If I was home, they did a decent job, but if I wasn't home, the work was horrible. Several times the owners came out and had said what an awful job their workers were doing, how they were having problems with the girls wasting time, and how that was cheating me out of money. As a result of that, they lowered the price. After the new crew came in and did a terrible job, I called them to have my house re-cleaned. They said they were going to charge me for it or go to court about it. I asked them about the tips at this time and why I had never received an invoice. I found out they had fired the girl I talked to about the tipping matter. The owners were on vacation at this time, so I spoke with the new office worker. She said all of the workers hate me, and they were no longer going to come to my house. When I started asking questions about the tips, they tried to turn everything around on me and say it was my fault and the girls didn't like me. I fired them for theft due to the issue with the tips.

Did a great job cleaning, great professional crew. You know it is clean when the ladies cleaned out a soap tray in the shower! I have used Jenny's before and they continue to provide great quality service.

The 2 man crew did a good job and I have them scheduled for regular monthly cleanings now.

The team was punctual and thorough. They had me go over the services with them so that there was no misunderstanding.

As it got closer to the date I was hosting a work dinner party for 20 at my house, I realized it I may need some help! I sent an email to Jenny on a Thursday and she quickly responded by phone and let me know that they would be able to provide cleaning services the following Monday (which was the day of the party). I was thrilled they could do it on such short notice. I confirmed the phone conversation details by email and she followed-up both with an email and phone message. Her staff was prompt (even on a day that there were some weather issues) and did a good job. The house was not super messy but (as I had arranged with Jenny) they cleaned the bathrooms, dusted, mopped the floor, straightened and vacuumed. It was a huge relief to have them, and I will definitely use them again!

This is my 2nd time using Jenny's Cleaning Services and they are AMAZING! I had to unexpectedly pack up and move to Texas last year for work and needed Jenny's Cleaning Services to come in an work some quick magic as I prepared to rent my home. They promised me 3 service people, but when the doorbell rang, there were 4 very pleasant ladies ready to come in and get right to work. They did a thorough walk-through with me so that I could point out problem areas that I wanted them to focus on and they handled it all and then some. This year, I called on Jenny's Cleaning Services again as I flew to Maryland to check on my property earlier this month in preparation for a new tenant. I literally only had 2 business days in town to get my house cleaned and the carpets done. I explained this to Jenny's husband and he made sure I got a morning appt on Nov 3rd and promised me 3 service people. Once again 4 ladies showed up, pleasant as ever and ready to work. One of the ladies even remembered cleaning my home last year. This gave me great comfort as I went to grab them some breakfast and left them to attend to their work. They kept open communication and agreed to call/text when they were near completion so that I could maximize my time to get other things done while in town. I will be using them as my cleaning service from now on. Call them up, you'll be glad you did! When that gray mini-van pulls into your driveway you will know that your home is in great hands! They were fairly reliable for an entire year. However, this past week they flaked on me 3 times ( rescheduled twice) and Jenny is not returning my phone calls. I have no choice but to find a new cleaning service.

No communication ... does not return calls.

They started our well the first cleaning was very good. They kept loosing employees so it would be different people each time they came, which I was not a fan of. My biggest complaints would be that Jenny was not responsive in responding to my voicemails. If I left her a message about the floors not be cleaned very well, she may something to the cleaners, but I never got a call from her letting me know she had gotten my message or addressed the issue. I stopped using them because of the poor communication, and I did not feel they did a good job on our tile floors. My whole downstairs is tile.

They did a good job but it was hard to get responses in email. When they came I set it up for 6 hours but stopped at 4hours.

This was my first experience with a house cleaning service and based on what we got we are considering getting a regular house cleaner. Our house had gotten very dusty from years of being too busy to do more than basic cleaning. The team from Jenny's arrived on time and after getting everything out of their vehicle got started. As soon as we realized I would need more time than the original hour I had purchased I was able to call and add an extra half hour. My house looked amazing for a Christmas party I held in my home the next day. The only real issues I had were my hour started from when they parked and began unloading, not from when they entered my home and began cleaning and I had some trouble communicating with the team, as only one of them spoke limited English. The job they did though was professional and I would work with them again.

'tocpurchased a 4 hour cleaning on a totally empty 1600 sq foot home. once they were finished, i immediately called and asked if I could get another 4 hours. the second time I was there when they arrived. 2 people, one speaks english well enough to translate to the other (no problem). I said please continue cleaning & don't bother cleaning the walls and they didn't have to clean the floors. WHen all was said and done - there were still several areas very dirty (simply ignored, like the ridges where sliding doors and windows go). and the dead bugs from my window sills were on the floor next to the sills (was that because I said they didnt have to clean the floors). For these reasons alone I didnt pay. And, since I didnt pay, I didn't complain. I just wouldn't use them again. 8 man hours to clean an empty house? (and not having to clean a floor)? Maidpro columbia costs more but does a great job. I think Jenny's cleaning would be fine for very specified 'touch up' cleaning.
