A team of two arrived, assessed and and asked my priorities- then went to work putting attention to detail systematically. Pleasant and professional they left everything clean and shiny. I was told from the start that they would go down priorities and get as far as they could on the bought two hrs . I plan to use them again.

Some of the work was outstanding; however, most of the work was mediocre. Someone on the team was outstanding - did a great job, attention to detail, unfortunately, the others did a poor job at best.

Overall good cleaning but did not have enough time in 4hrs to thoroughly clean house.

Wouldn't recommend. They said they wouldn't be able to do the whole house in 4 hours, so I asked them to not worry about the basement, but focus of the 2nd floor (kitchen & living room) and 3rd floor master bed/bath. They did okay job on the 2nd floor, but I still found some crums near the toaster and dog hair on the floor near the steps. They didn't even vacuum the steps going up to the bedroom, or vacuum the bedroom at all. They said they'd have 3 people there at 1 hour and 20min and honestly, aside from the smell, I wouldn't even have been able to tell they were in my house.

The service turned out great. It took about two months and I ended up calling them and once I got in touch with them they had the work done within 1 week. They were able to do the work that was needed in the time frame of the Big Deal.

They did a great job cleaning our townhouse and plan to use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were here for 2 hours and cleaned the house and left. I had to cancel one time but I did use them once.

This is a small business and Jenny handles all the scheduling herself. So sometimes there can be some problems. She has no backup. This is a comment on the folks that have given her a bad grade. With me she was prompt, responsive and accessible either by email or phone. I scheduled on relatively short notice with no problem. I usually clean myself but I completely ran out of time. We are expecting very soon and the house needed a scrubbing I did not have the time to give it. This was a good choice. Four ladies showed up at the house within the expected time window with all their own equipment and cleaning needs. There was a clear organized division of labor as they buzzed systematically through the house. They encountered a few problems with unknown mechanism (e.g. the unusual drain closure in my shower), which they should have asked me about. It required a quick, painless repair.. They were a bit shy in communication because English was not their first language. The ladies methodically cleaned every base board, vacuumed, scrubbed all the bathroom fixtures, dusted every surface and left the kitchen virtually spotless. It was not quite up to the standard I would have held myself to but then my standards are those of Adrian Monk. Very worthwhile and Jenny gives a discount to Angie's List members.

I purchased a coupon for 4 hours worth of work (1 hour and 20 mins. x 3 workers). 3 women arrived at my home promptly at the designated time (perhaps even a few minutes early). After a brief discussion about what needed to be done, the tasks were prioritized and the women went to work. They very efficiently cleaned, dusted, mopped, and vacuumed our mid-level as well as the hardwood stairs including a few unexpected things (all the doors and accompanying glass, the storm door and the inside of the microwave). Upon finishing, they requested that I inspect the work to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. At this time, it was brought to my attention that a small ceramic Tchotchke had fallen and broke. Although they offered to pay for it, it really was just a cute little statue of no particular value purchased at goodwill however, I really appreciated their honesty in bringing this matter to my attention. I am very happy with their work ethic and quality of service. They did not even mind that our cat supervised the entire process.

Scheduled an appointment twice to provide an estimate. The first time an hour late I received a message that she just got out of a meeting and then she rescheduled for 3:00 the same day. 9:06 received a message informing me that he just saw my message. If setting up an estimate is this difficult I can't trust hiring this company.

They did a great job, 4 people showed up, they went right to work, were very thorough and I was pleased with the service.

The company never contacted me. I had to email and call them to get something set up. When I did get in contact with the company, I told her I was available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They said they only service my area on Thursday and if I needed a refund they would understand. I was able to get additional assistance through Angie?s List to find another company.

A team of 2 ladies arrived To clean. One of them asked if I wanted the regular or the deep clean service and explained the difference between the 2. I asked how much additional time it would require and she said an hour additional, which was important because I had somewhere to be at 2 and also I was paying by the hour. As they began I was surprised that they started in the formal living room. Usually the housekeepers start in the kitchen. Well, as time passed, I was seriously wondering why it was taking them so long to complete each area and they seemed to be avoiding the kitchen ( which was tidy ) . I kept wondering how would they finish by 2 o clock. At 1o clock I reminded them I was leaving at 2 and they needed to be done. Expecting them to hustle on in to that kitchen. But...nothing changed- they didn't work any faster or anymore diligently. I realized it wasn't getting done. As 2 o'clock approached, I began getting our things together to leave and I finally said something to them about leaving and not finishing in time. The response was that they told me the deep clean takes longer. Seriously, I know a scam when I see it. They know most people want the kitchen done more than other areas so, they take their time in the rest of the house so that you have to pay them more because you want the kitchen cleaned. I have had a difficult time finding quality help around my house, but this was almost laughable. I have had my entire home done exceptionally well by 2 very diligent ladies in about 2 hours tops and for less than what these two did. I actually spoke to Jenny, the owner, before the ladies came and she insisted these were her best...yah, best scam artists. My advice is that unless you enjoy paying a couple of lazy women to wander around your house making it look like they are cleaning, stay away from this place.

I am 53 and never had a cleaning service in my home. I didn't know what to expect but since I work full time, have back issues and my daughter's engagement party coming up, I needed help. The ladies arrived a little ahead of time and went right to work. They worked straight through for 5 hours starting in the bedrooms, main floor and then basement. The house had never felt so clean corner to corner. Well worth the money and very professional. I highly recommend this service.

Very well. They were on time, began working promptly and continued until finished the areas I asked to be cleaned.

They arrived on time, we explained what we wanted done, and they quickly got to work. There were three workers, so the 4 hr slot was divided into a 1hr20min cleaning. They did a great job and were professional. They said they were done and wrapping up at what I thought was 5 minutes early, then mentioned a couple things they weren't able to get to (but could for an extra charge). I refused, as I was happy with what they were able to get to. As they were packing up outside, they came back and said that they indeed could finish up the other things for no extra charge. I happily obliged. Overall, we're happy with the service and will use them again.

It's been a while, but as I recall, they did a reasonably good job of cleaning - no complaints, but nothing outstanding either. I do remember that it took a while for them to get back to me and schedule, which was a bit annoying since I had purchased a deal and really wanted to get the house clean in advance of some company. I've since started using another Angie's list cleaning service and been far more impressed with the energy, thoroughness, responsiveness, and caring that this other company puts into their work. These are the kind of details that make a difference between an average rating and an excellent one.

I had just had a bathroom remodel and Jenny's girls came and deep dusted my first floor, vacuumed and mopped, cleaned powder room. They did a very nice job, they were punctual, polite and hard working. My house was fresh and clean when they finished. I was very happy, and would use again.

After purchasing the deal and heard from the provider 9 days later via the message portal on Angie's List. In my response I provided multiple contact numbers where I could be reached and asked for available dates. However, I received another message instead of a phone call giving me their phone number and a question of when I would like service. A bit frustrated I called Jenny and reached voice mail and left a message. The next day I received yet another message (not a phone call) with a date and what appeared to be a three hour window for arrival or a three hour period of cleaning. Because I was not clear I messaged back and said that the date worked but, I had questions and requested a phone call to discuss. I received yet ANOTHER message and not a phone call with an explanation and a statement saying that I would hear from either her or her husband the next morning. I tried to call AGAIN and again reached no one. The next morning I then sent a message stating that since I had not received a phone call as promised I would not be available; 15 minutes later, I get a phone call. I explained that due to how far I work from home, I did not take time off of work to be home because I had not heard from them. We scheduled for another day after finally hearing a person explain the work etc. I took off from work to be home for the 2nd scheduled day and 40 minutes after the promised time no one was at my home. I called Jenny and was told that they were just getting ready to call me!! I was then informed that one of their vehicles had broken down and asked if we could reschedule. I explained that I had taken off from work to be home. Jenny then promised me an additional hour and we set another date. Guess what, 50 minutes later than scheduled a crew shows up. I informed them that I was on a tight schedule and showing up 50 minutes late without a courtesy phone call was unacceptable. There was no way that I would welcome this company into my home given the disrespect of my time and my money I could no longer trust that my home would be respected.

Their price was high. They were overpriced.
