They were really good. I did not have any complaints with them.There were no additional charges apart from the Big Deal price.They came to do the work a month after the purchase.

It was great! The cleaner came on time, and I really listened to what I wanted done. She made great suggestions on how to maximize the time we bought. And I just let her go. The place looked fantastic. This was right before Christmas, and I was also impressed that we were able to get someone so close to the holiday. She didn't even mind when my toddler "helped" her clean with a broom she wasn't using. She was very sweet, I felt very comfortable with her in my home, and I would definitely use them again.

Went very well, they were on time and took the care to fully dust and clean. Because of what we needed to do, we paid extra for the basement to be cleaned as well. Rates were reasonable.

I bought a Big Deal, 4 hours of cleaning for $100. They sent over 3 people who would be there for 1:20. They arrived 10-15 minutes early. Two of them spoke predominantly Spanish but the third one spoke English and she relayed my instructions to the others.I have a 3 BR row house, galley kitchen, LR, DR, full bathroom upstairs. One of my bedrooms is my home office so I told them not to bother with that room. They were done in 1:25 and I was quite happy with the service provided. I had not been able to devote time to cleaning the house for about 6 months due to some family matters out of state, so it was a relief to have a service come in a blitz the place so I could feel comfortable in my home again.

The condo was spotless. I did have to go around and put things back in the right location but that's not a big deal. At least I knew they had actually moved things when dusting and cleaning the surfaces. The only issue I had was actually reaching Jenny. We played phone tag a few times but some of that was my fault as well. I will definitely use them again. The prices are fair for the amount of cleaning that was done.

They did good work, they were available virtually the next day, and I got a good price. The price was slightly more than the estimate. I would recommend them, they did good work, were available really quick, and had a fair price. They did good work, and so the price was worth it.

I ordered and we exchanged messages regarding the start time. They said they would come on the 11th but they ever said what time. I stayed home to work from home but no one came. I never heard a word until yesterday when they asked how was the service. I explained no one came. They tried to reschedule but they then explained what the offer entailed and the fact that they weren't going to clean the whole house and do the work quickly with 3 people means I would get a rush job that didn't include the entire house. It was not very good. They came and cleaned, Basically all they do is scrubbing, no windows. The Big Deal did not mean anything, they still charge by the hour. They broke my shelving and I had to wait several weeks for them to fix it. Their vacuum was broken so they had to use mine and had to ask for a bucket.

I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning crew. There are usually 2 or 3 people, they are thorough and very flexible as far as doing whatever i need done. I have some issues with Jenny herself as she does not respond to my calls in a timely manner.

Except for the initial contact all went well. It took a couple of calls to get a response back to schedule the cleaning

After the service was paid for, it was difficult to communicate with the company to schedule the date and time of the service. Company claimed it was Angies List fault that emails weren't getting through....After a date was finally scheduled, had further problems communicating with the company to confirm the time. After several emails went unanswered for more than a week, finally had to cancel the service.

They showed up on time, worked steadily, and finished everything I requested in a short time frame. Would use again.

But all in all, we are very happy with them.

The time was changed to earlier in the morning, which worked out great for me. 4 young ladies came in and got immediately to work. They asked what rooms I wanted cleaned and if I had anything special I needed done. They were friendly & professional. My house is sparkling!

I thought that it was ok. They missed a portion of the bathroom and they ran out of time towards the end. The customer service was great but some of the actually cleaning was not quite what I expected it be.

I called several times to arrange appt - no answer no answering machine. Finally got different number from Angie's List and was able to set up appointment for Friday 2/14 (this was on 2/10). Later that day the Natl Weather Service posted alerts for severe weather Thursday. I immediately called Jenny (2/10 afternoon) to reschedule - no answer left a message, Tuesday 2/11 called again - left message no response. Wed 2/12 - called again and asked that they please cancel appt. - as of 1 PM no response. I am looking to hire a long term regular cleaning service (had Maid Brigade for 8 years) and was attempting to try out. a few from Angie's List first. Maybe that wasn't a good idea. I need a company that does a good job, is reliable AND that will return my phone calls!

It went excellently! I have no complaints... they did a great job cleaning everything, even billed by the minute rather than the hour above the "agreed" time.

Called Jenny to come give a quote. It happened to be a day when it was snowing. She came looked around and told me she would call me the next day with the quote. Three days went by and she finally called, we agreed to a price. I then called her back the next to and left a message saying she was hired, to call back so we can schedule a day and time. Never heard back from Jenny!! Go elsewhere!

They had appliances sparkling that I had tried to spruce up and failed.

Everything went great. Purchased this deal for a client. Client was impressed and will probably use Jenny's again.

There is no way to contact this service provider, as they don't answer the phone and the voice mail box is full. This is unacceptable business practices.

They were outstanding. They cleaned stuff that I would have imagined telling them to clean. They were fabulous. They were so good. I would definitely use them again if I have something major come up. They did a few other things so I paid $60 more and it was worth every single penny. They even stain and clean my overhead stand. They were just really good. They left my house sparkling. I would highly recommend them to anyone who just can’t clean their house and needs to get it done. They were just nice people and they were just about the business. They came in to do what they had to do and they did it and they were gone. The pricing was great.

I contracted for cleaning service on 1/7/14. I received acknowledgement from the company on 1/9/14 stating that they would contact me to set a date for the service. To date, I have had no contact from them. I made phone call several days ago which went unanswered. There wasn't even an answering machine. I called again yesterday and did get an answering machine. I left a message, but my call was not returned.

Three staff arrived precisely on time. Uncomfortable moment at the beginning when it became apparent there is a language barrier. I told the ladies that I especially wanted the lower level done and all 2 1/2 baths. Hubby and I decided to run errands while they worked hoping for better results during our absence. When we left, all three were huddled in the master bedroom - not one of the areas I indicated as a priority! Returned 65 mins later and waited in the car. Exactly at the 120 mark the front door opened and they prepared to exit. To my surprise they did a better then average job (for the price). The bathrooms were done very well. The lower level had some issues but for the price I can touch up. First time using a "BIG DEAL" overall great experience.
