She has been fantasitc! She has been very thorough, she is open to suggestions, and she is great at taking feedback. Her prices were reasonable also. She is very puntual, and if she is running late or needs to change and appointment, she is great at calling and letting me know.

Jenny came and looked over the house. We discussed which rooms I wanted cleaned and which to leave alone. She explained how her people work, products used and $$. I was at work when they came and it looked great when I came home. She called the next day to see what I thought. They are coming back in two weeks.

It went very well. The girls all worked very hard.

Called Jenny she came to my house to give me an estimate. Then scheduled apt. arrived on time worked hard. Cant thank them enough.

Jenny and her crew were absolutely fabulous. Our house is cleaner now then when we moved in - and we have a new house! She is friendly and professional. Her attention to detail was tremendous. My husband and I roamed around the house marveling when we got home from work at how great everything looked. She did a great job with our wood floors, the bathrooms are sparkling and the house smelled fabulous when we got in. Jenny even followed up with a contact the evening of the service to make sure we were happy. We have already scheduled our next service. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of this company!

They arrived promptly and worked very hard for about five hours. Their work was meticulous and the house looks great. The cost was more than I originally wanted to spend, but within what was estimated per person per hour. They did an excellent job.

They have been here 2 twice, and have done an excellent job. They are very efficient. I have them come once a month.

They do a great job of cleaning. They also come when expected and are flexible if we have to change the day for some reason. They are always pleasant and you feel very comfortable opening your house up to them. They are fast and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jenny is easy going but gets the job done right. She always uses the same cleaning crew so I know who is in my house. After 5 cleanings so far, everything is great! I'm trying to be fair in my grading and not a person who only gives all A's. In the areas that matter the most to me, Jenny gets all A's. I recommend her to all my friends and family, and I recommend her to you too.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed. It was a deep-clean, including baseboards, and behind and under furniture. They even took all of the books off of the bookshelves to get at all the dust they could. We were so pleased with the service that we decided to make a monthly appointment with Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service. We have had two monthly cleanings since then, which include floors, dusting, and the bathrooms, but not the deep-cleaning performed in the first visit. The price for the monthly cleanings is less than half of what we paid for the initial full-service cleaning. We plan to schedule the full-service cleanings a few times per year. We also have asked Jenny to come for a mid-month cleaning on short notice and she was very flexible and accommodating. We highly recommend this service.

Jenny and her team do a quality job. We have used other services in the past for move-in/move-out cleans and none were as thorough as Jenny's typical job. She has very little staff turnover - only one change in all the time we have worked with her - and she has been very careful during the transition to be sure we knew who was coming to our home, and to follow up to be sure they are meeting her expectations...which, to be honest, are higher than ours. When we have needed to make changes in the schedule, or made specific requests, there has been no problem adjusting. If there's been an unexpected schedule change on her end, she communicates quickly and makes sure the adjustment is convenient to us. Her fees are very reasonable, especially compared to the quality of the job and the cost/quality of other services we have experienced. We can't say enough how pleased we have been with her services.
