Description of Work: Jenny's team of three women cleaned a 1250 sq. ft. three bedroom rowhome after my tenant left the place without cleaning. I am pretty sure that my tenant didn't clean the entire year that she lived there with her children. Jenny's team cleaned the rowhome from top to bottom, excluding the basement.

Description of Work: I needed a cleaning service that could do a job very quickly ( within 24 hrs) and do it well. Jenny's service not only got there within 24 hrs but did a job that far surpassed what I had hoped for. Everything that could possibly go wrong with the rental of a one bedroom apt. had. Our usual painter had taken off leaving the job unfinished and the tenants had to move in. I had to hire another painter to finish the job, painting around the tenants furniture, clothes and unpacked but open boxes. I don't know whether the painters didn't use dropcloths or just did a bad job of covering everything but the dust from the spackling and drops from the paint were everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE. The apt not only needed to be re-cleaned but we needed to get the dust and paint off of all their belongings. The tenants were furious and I was frantic. The week before Christmas and all I could think of was "where am I going to find someone to do this job at such short notice". Angie's list and Jenny's service not only saved the day but also my sanity, Jenny was finishing at another job and had sent her crew (three ladies) ahead of her to start the job. I was first impressed at the amount of supplies, vacuums, brooms etc that all three were carrying and they didn't bat an eyelash when we had to walk up three flight of stairs to reach the top floor apt. The tenants had demanded I be there for the whole time so I can say at no time during the following three hours did I see one of them stop cleaning. I was amazed at how meticulous they were. Jenny arrived and spent the rest of the time getting the paint off the tenants belongings. No small feat I assure you. At 7:00 PM that evening I recieved a text from the tenants. "Thank you". The first thank you I had recieved from them!! Thank you again ladies!

Description of Work: We recently renovated our home, including refinishing and installing new floors, drywall and other construction projects. Every inch of our three-floor home was covered with sawdust and construction mess. In a panic, to be ready for Christmas, I emailed Jenny and the next morning she contacted me and came to the house that afternoon. Knowing how busy it must be two weeks before Christmas, I didn't plan to get anything done in time for the holidays. Jenny worked out her schedule and had 4 associates there two days later. They worked in unison for more than 5 hours and cleaned the house from the third floor to the kitchen. Every inch, every piece of furniture, vacuumed, dusted, washed, cleaned and polished. As they cleaned one room we moved furniture into place. They were very understanding of our mission and worked with me to get the house back to its original condition. Light fixtures, inside and out of china closets, woodwork, doors, every interior window all shined. They worked into the evening to get it all done in one day. They were still wiping up after themselves as they left around 7:30 PM. We could not have asked for anymore then they did, in the time they did it. Truly amazing. Jenny worked side by side with her helpers, sticking to a plan and making sure everything was done and then double checked.

Description of Work: In October, I used Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service for a total and thorough "BIG CLEAN" house cleaning (Blinds, In/Out side of ground floor windows, refrigerators, floors, dusting furniture, etc.). The cost was $500.00. The house is approximately 3500 sq ft. I did not include the basement areas. I have requested a monthly cleaning. The cost is$150.00/month. The first monthly cleaning was 11-21-2011. The monthly cleaning includes everything that needs to be kept up to the quality achieved at the "BIG CLEAN". I should also add that I had interviewed by phone & in person four other services prior to joining Angie's List and finding Jenny's Quality Cleaning Services. I also wanted a service that was bonded and insured.

Description of Work: Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service did a full cleaning of my later mother's house prior to the new owners moving in. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned for a couple of years. Services they performed included (but were not limited to): - wiping down all surfaces, including windowsills, walls, counters, baseboard heating, etc. - sweeping all floors twice (all wood, tile or vinyl) - scrubbing two full bathrooms - deep cleaning the eat-in kitchen, including scrubbing the oven and refrigerator - cleaning extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement - washing windows And more.

Description of Work: Jenny and her cleaning crew did the "move out" cleaning for a townhouse. In less than 3 hours, they vacuumed: spot-cleaned the walls where needed; dusted the entire place; thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms, laundry area, bedrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. The refrigerator and oven were throughly cleaned. They were very easy to work with and Jenny specifically asked what I wanted done before they started cleaning so I was very pleased with the outcome.

Jenny was quite concerned that the work be done correctly and that I was pleased with the results. I would use them again.

Description of Work: This was my first house cleaning with Jenny's Quality Cleaning Service. I've been in my home for more than 4 years and up until this time had cleaned it myself. I asked Jenny to do a thorough "deep" cleaning and, if satisfied, would continue to use her service on a regular scheduled basis.

They basically went from my master bedroom and bathroom and cleaned everything from ceiling to floor until they got to my garage. They cleaned underneath all of the furniture, all the baseboards, the doors and cabinets. Very through.

Description of Work: Jenny and her staff did a deep-clean of our house. We have also signed up for a monthly cleaning going foward.

Description of Work: This was the initial clean (I have kids and a dog and my house gets dirty). The team cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms, master bedroom, Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Family room. I have wood floors, tile, and carpet in these rooms as well as a lot of furniture. I also have blinds in the windows.

Description of Work: Jenny's Quality Cleaners comes to our home once a month and cleans for approximately 3 hours. We have a pretty large place, and the three workers (including Jenny,who both cleans & supervises her employees), are able to thoroughly clean a great deal of space in that short amount of time. Jenny is good about checking on client satisafaction after each cleaning, and is very accommodating to cleaning requests for future visits. They are good about leaving certain areas alone if requested.

(This did not include the three bedrooms and office on the 2nd floor.)
