Great job. Very responsive.

I called Jenny's for an estimate on cleaning the house on a monthly basis. they charged $270 for the initial cleaning then we agreed on a prie of $170 on the monthly cleaning. The cleaners are punctual as well as professional and do a very good job in my mind. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had to place a call for some quick turnaround cleaning when I got sick right before my dad came to town. They found room to squeeze me in, and did a bang up job.

Great, I would use them again & again.

Came out to do a thorough cleaning. So from beginning to end it was good. I would use them again!

Jenny's ladies do a fine job cleaning. They clean quickly and efficiently...no chatter and fooling around...and were happy to accommodate some particular requests about products to use and details to pay special attention to. They've showed up on time, as scheduled and Jenny has been good about communicating schedule with me. I've tried a number of cleaning services and individual cleaners over the past 3 years in Baltimore. Jenny's is the first that has satisfied me.

The girls were very professional, polite and punctual. They cleaned 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and the work was very impressive. I would definitely recommend them.

3 employees arrived on time, and cleaned from the top of the house to the basement. Our bathrooms have never been so clean. Only thing that went wrong was when they moved the washing machine, they did not put the drain back, and we had a small flood. I have made the same mistake so I know how it happened.

BE Very Carefull what service you buy from this company! They could not come for 3weeks and then did not show up when they said they would, and called 1hr later. Said they would not reschedule new customers in the AM, how does that make since! Also every time I called, they would cut the 4hrs promised to 1hr.

UPDATE: Feb. 5. I did reach Jenny on the phone shortly after I submitted my earlier review. She was friendly, informative and helpful in finding a good date for me to try out the cleaning service. They are scheduled to come tomorrow. Will update with results after. Purchased the Angies List special to try out this cleaning service. Really hoping to find a winner...I've been looking for a reliable service for a year. But after a week, no response to my call or email. Getting worried that they aren't reliable or are overwhelmed.

On 1/11/13, I spoke with a man from Jenny's, presumably her husband, and set up a date to have Jenny come to my home for a housecleaning estimate. She was to arrive on 1/14/13 at 1:00 pm. Fifteen minutes prior to arrival time, she called to inform me that one of her girls had a flat tire, and we would have to reschedule. We arranged for her to be at my home on 1/16 at 3:00 p.m. She did not show up or bother to call on the rescheduled date! I wasted two days, because of her inconsideration and lack of professionalism. Needless to say, I would not consider using this company under any circumstances.

started off with a crew of three, then sent three more people when progress seemed slow. The end result was outstanding.

I emailed provider for information, received a terse email asking where we were located. I responded promptly, but never heard back from them. Very disappointed, especially considering their high ratings.

Overall - extremely satisfied. Wife was very happy (it was a surprise for her!).

I should have looked for another housekeeping service when I did not get a call back in the first business day but I believe in giving people time to prove themselves. It is also why I am sitting down now - a week after our scheduled appointment to write this no show review. The funny part - sad really - is that this meeting was to get an estimate...seriously how much simpler and basic could this part of her business day have been? I read that another reviewer had a similar problem so I guess it is more of a problem than just me.

Overall I was very pleased. From start to finish: They came, They saw, They cleaned. They cleaned very, very well. They left.

It went fine. Overall I was happy with the finished work. I'm new to Baltimore so I'm going to try out a few other services before I go back to these guys.

Make sure you understand what you are paying for. I feel with the number of housekeepers they sent, and the limited work they could do considering the condition of the house and construction going on, the work was only fair.

I am pleased with the cleaning. I purchased the deal just 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Because I knew the timeframe was short, I called the company before buying the coupon. We scheduled a cleaning date before I even bought the deal, which I really appreciated because I knew that I could get the cleaning I wanted when I wanted it. It was a very busy week for me and I needed to know what time they would arrive. The were going to call me in the morning to give an estimate of the arrival time. My only, small critique is that I didn't get the phone call. However, when I called, they gave me an estimate. The team arrived about an hour later than I they thought. Jenny kept in touch with me letting me know about the change in time. As we walked through the house, Jenny asked me specific questions to clarify exactly what I wanted, including asking about things that that I don't even thing about cleaning, like the tops of my kitchen cabinets. When Jenny left, she asked me to check the cleaning to ensure it met my expectations. She said she would call to ensure I was satisfied. She usually calls within the week but with Thanksgiving, said it would probably be 2 weeks.

I called and spoke to Jenny personally she gave me a rough estimate over the phone, and let me know how things would work. I booked the cleaning right then, I felt confident that she knew what I required. The day of the cleaning she actually called me ahead of schedule to let me know that her cleaning team had finished their last job early and they would like to know if they could come sooner. It ended up being a great deal for us because we wanted to move in as soon as possible. There were 4 ladies that came in and got right to work they spent a total of 5 hours. The price was a little more than I would have liked but all in all they did a great job and we ended up moving in that evening. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Great experience. Make sure you ask that the cleaners that come to your house stay for the whole time paid for. I believe I had three cleaners come initially, then one of the cleaners had to leave for another scheduled job. For me, It became confusing to add up to hours all the cleaners were at my house. I did not want to underpay them!

I called them several times, and left voicemails. Nobody ever called be back or answered my messages. I ended up having to do the work myself.

What a wonderful company. Jenny and her crew did an excellent move out cleaning for my townhome. This company is so dedicated that they were willing to brave the rain of the approaching Hurricane Sandy in order to complete my cleaning as scheduled and remained flexible when I decided to reschedule. The cleaning was fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone. I even left important documents at the house accidentally and Jenny went through the garbage a day later and found my papers! This company is responsive and does excellent work. Thank you to Jenny and her crew for a job well done.

Sorry. This is my first review and I owe about two more. I think I explained everything in the above box. It was an excellent experience. Good enough that they are coming back next week. I live in a three story house. The bottom and the top floors are rarely gone into. I had to depend on the ladies eyes to take care of business. Since I don't know much about reviews, I do not wish to have a discussion with my neighbors. I don't want my address printed in the review except to the service provider.
