I'm sorry, I don't remember why I didn't consider them for the job

Four ladies showed up and performed services as advertised in the special I purchased. They advised me of the time frame they'd work until and then let me know how much work was left to do after their time was up and how much longer they thought it would take. I agreed to have them finish the job. The quality was good, but they did take a little longer than expected and charged me for it. There were a total of 4 women working in the house and it took them over 2 hours to clean it. I'm not a messy person so I was surprised they'd need extra time with that many ladies. Since then, I've had a crew of two come in and clean and they've completed the same amount of floor space in the same time or less. I had called the company to see what a semi weekly or once a month cleaning would cost me, as I really only needed that kind of clean. (I said I wasn't that messy!) I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, but never got a quote or a call back.

The quality was great. There was a team of 3 or 4 every time and once after the initial staff that I was looking for, the team was great, the girls cleaned did an excellent job but then it was difficult to deal with in my opinion. The price was good.

Responded promptly and came the next day; arrived on time. They did a thorough job except for missing the inside of the refrigerator. I used an Angie's list coupon so the price was very good. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

There are some things that I don't like and there some things that I do. The way that they advertised the manpower, it's a little different. So the job wind up being 90 minutes and then I paid for additional time. I did recommend them. I liked the price. The negative is that they don't clean my hardwood floors the way that I wanted. One time, they didn't show when they were supposed to. They made a couple of mistakes that's why I put off evaluating them until I use them one more time. They made up for it and made sure that they accommodated me and squeezed me in in whatever date and time I wanted.

It went well. They were actually very fair in the fact that they finished cleaning the house a lot quicker and I was refunded the difference.

The services were okay. They cleaned the general area (kitchen, bath), but I wanted the stove and fridge cleaned and that was not done. In the future I will spell out exactly what I want cleaned, and I am sure they will tackle it all. What they did clean, was cleaned very well.

I called to set up the date for using my coupon. It took a while, about two weeks, before I received any response back. Once the date was set, the exact time for the cleaning was not set until I received a call indicating the ladies would be here inside 30 minutes. Which they were. The three cleaning ladies were pleasant and efficient and completed the job in the time I had contracted for 4 hours of cleaning. I will try again to use the service in the future, as I only need it every six weeks or so. I hope scheduling will be easier and more exact.

Jenny was prompt with her responses. Scheduled a move-in cleaning for a newly purchased, empty rowhouse. We confirmed the day before by e-mail. The three person crew did a fabulous job. Couldn't have been better. Only problem was they were 3 hours late. That was extremely inconvenient. Jenny was apologetic. I would use them again.

That was great. I paid a little extra for something I asked them to do, it seemed fair to me. I had no complaints about that.

My experienc was HORRIBLE. I scheduled a time for the cleaning service to come out. They never showed. I called back and rescheduled. They arrived very late. When they came the majority of the cleaners didn't speak English and just started cleaning unadvised. They were not respectful of the house or items within it. They threw away items in the bathroom that aren't meant to like the attachment to my trimmer rendering it useless. They knocked brooms/swiffers/vacuums/mops against furniture. Specifically, in the kitchen one cleaner was mopping so aggressively behind the fridge that she broke open a tube that feeds water into the fridge causing a fountain of water streaming high enough to hit the ceiling. She responded by standing there and acting like she didn't do anything. The organizer present didn't acknowledge the incident or try and help. We had to run to the basement, turn off the water, buy a new connector at Ace, and replace the broken tube behind the fridge. Again the company never even acknowledged this happened during or afterwards.

They did a fantastic job top to bottom. Highly recommend them!

I called yesterday to make an appointment for a cleaning estimate. The confirmed appointment time came and went without any word from the company.

in fairness, we had a communication misunderstanding, so there wasn't enough time for them to do what i wanted in the kitchen area. this is the reason for the B rating, even if this was technically no one's fault.

Three workers arrived at 12:30 to start the job. I took five minutes to explain the priorities and showed where I had laid out some supplies should they need them. I went back to working out of my home office, the three of them went upstairs. A few minutes later I heard a vacuum running across the hard wood floor, and then my internet went down as they unplugged the router. No problem, went up and restored it. About ten minutes later I hear a crash and find a decorative ceramic mug from my school broken. Accidents happen and fortunately the lady had not cut herself. Around an hour after their arrival the lead worker advises me that they have only about another 15 minutes left (they had not done anything downstairs at this point). I reminded her that my priority was kitchen and bath, so they came downstairs to tackle the kitchen. They did a wipe down of the appliances as requested and a quick mop of the floor. They ran a little over so I had to pay an additional fee. If the quality of the work were better I might be more on the fence about having them back. However, once I completed my work for the day and could assess the job it was spotty at best. Dust bunnies remain in corners of the bedroom, there was a piece of the ceramic mug still on the floor in the bathroom (need to sweep it to help ensure there are no other shards for our feet to encounter), the comforter in the guest bedroom appeared to have something dirty (dust mop?) laid on it, and the linen closet door was never wiped down (See photos). So in brief, disappointed and will not have them out again.

There was a bit of phone tag in the beginning and it took them a few days to get back to me sometimes, but they usually got back to me in a few days. Once on the schedule, they have been good about coming consistently. I was late in paying a few times (online through my bank), but they were very considerate and patient with me. I am now on a monthly schedule with them.

Paid $250 for move out house cleaning from Jennie's Quality Cleaners on Angie's list. The latino women who cleaned my house were very nice and did a good job. However, when cleaning was finished, some guy called me and demanded more money. He told me that the charge would be extra $150 and that I would receive receipt via email (which I never got). However, according to the "fine print" on the deal, the extra time was only worth $75. The gentleman on phone forced me to pay and told me that the owner "Jenny" would contact me to discuss and potentially refund extra charges. I received one phone call from Jenny but missed the call. Since then I have been calling owner's cell phone and business for days without response. I have left numerous messages and have not received a call back. To make matters worse, they charged me $180. So, long story short, I should owe them $75 extra, they told me that they would charge $150 extra with the caveat that owner would call to discuss and potentially refund extra charges but then they went ahead and charged me $180 which was never agreed upon. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the change. This is unacceptable and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

They didn't do a good job. They charged me more money on my account. I couldn't figure out why it was that tough of a job, it was an empty townhouse. I had to re-bleach the toilets and clean the cabinets. They left it dirty. If you saw the place you would be surprised. The workers asked for extra money so I paid the workers but then they charged me again on my account. I don't know where the extra payment was coming from at all, it was unacceptable. The

I met with William of Jenny's Quality Cleaning and because I only wanted certain areas cleaned, I made sure I was extremely specific. Knowing how long it takes me to clean these specific areas by myself, I felt confident purchasing 2 $100 certificates. As it so happened, the crew of 3 ladies went over the allotted time because my wishes were not honored and they wasted [my] time cleaning areas I didn't want done. I was contacted by William when they were done who told me that I owed an additional $43 because of this. I was so angry that I was not going to argue, however, would not use them again because instead of doing what the client asked for, they did what they wanted to do. I had this discussion with Jenny as well. The crew does a great job cleaning so if you don't care that everything in sight is moved, adjusted, gone through, etc. and not returned to it's original location, then you won't feel like I did. I didn't want anyone bothering the items on our dressers, desk, telephone stand or bookshelf. I stated clearly that I wanted the floors/stairs vacuumed throughout my home, the bathrooms and the kitchen completely cleaned. I can do my own dusting, however, have difficulty maneuvering a vacuum cleaner right now as well as deep scrubbing like a kitchen and bathroom need. The staff managed to turn off my internet while my husband was uploading some very large files he needed for work; something that would not have happened had they done only what was asked in the first place.

Made arrangements on reasonably short notice with no problems. The cleaning job was fabulous. A no-nonsense crew came in and worked steadily to clean my entire house with wonderful results. Admittedly, it wasn't an easy job as the house hadn't had a deep clean in ages, and we are pet owners. Although they came late, the owner was very apologetic and so nice it was hard to be too upset. I can't wait to have them come regularly to clean.

We payed for 4 hours of house cleaning, but they brought 4 women and did it in 1 hour! The house looked great afterwards and the women were kind, respectful, effective and thorough.

Good Stuff: $100 for 4 hours of cleaning is an incredible deal. My request for service was handled very promptly.Three very nice women showed up at my door when promised within more than a reasonable time frame. What they did clean I'm happy with, but my house wasn't awful, mostly lack of dusting and everything needed a good wiping down. I've seen far far worse. The not so good, but maybe I'm spoiled stuff: The prior cleaning service I used come in with 4 people and cleaned the entire house in under 2 hours. That includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and office. Windows and change of bed linens included. What I asked from this service was 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, one family room. I paid for an hour extra in order to have items covered they said they couldn't get to in the 4 hours. Mind you this was not 4 hours for 3 people, but the equivelent of 4 working hours so 1.3 hours with all three working. They did a wonderful job on the bathrooms-none of which are big. Here are some of my issues. The master bedroom floor was not done, we have no carpeting so things were pretty obvious with the dust bunnies remaining under the bed and on the closet floor. Not every thing was dusted in the master, the lamps were really obvious as were parts of the flat surfaces, even the window sills weren't wiped down. ( 2 windows) What I paid extra for: I had to ask for the floors in the kitchen, dining room, and foyer to be done-all tiled. I had to ask for the floor in the living room to be done as well as dusted. I had to ask for the family room to be cleaned...this is a open concept house where the kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer and family room all are open to one another. some other issues: The rag used to clean the microwave left it smelling musty, I had to reclean it. No windows were done, beds were ingnored. Every cleaning service I've used in the past 25+ years has at least made the bed even if they didn't change the sheets. Maybe I should have asked clearer questions or gotten an estimate before hand, but I was just going on what the prior services I used accomplished, provided and charged. I'm not completely disappointed but enough so I wouldn't call them again. They did respond quickly, in the time that I needed. I guess I should remember you get what you pay for.
