Hydro Clean

It went well, a couple of spots returned. So did the company. They re did the spots for free. Impressed. Very nice group. Will use them again.

Hydro clean did a great job with. Leaning all of my gutters & downspouts. Even though my linear feet exceeded the special price, their team cleaned it all anyway, at no additional charge! Thank you for a job well done!!! I will definitely use you again in the future!

They were able to give me an estimate in advance (based on square footage) and work me into an Angie's List coupon. The work was performed on a Saturday morning and the workers were prompt and quick. The carpeting is older and sees a lot of traffic so it wasn't going to look new -- but it is noticeably improved and I am very pleased.

The entire process was incredibly smooth. I was able to schedule an appt. in a timely fashion; they showed up on time, & they did a great job. The day after they cleaned, I mentioned to them a couple of spots that didn't come out on the couch, & they came right back out to take care of it - no questions asked (other than scheduling). They're a little more expensive than other companies, but I would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again.

They were fine! The carpet dried in about a day. There were additional fees due to the size of the rooms. I did have difficulties with the price because I thought the price was too high. I would look for a better price in the future. I actually chose them because my regular carpet cleaner wasn't available and they have better pricing and just as good quality.

They did a great job with scheduling and with the cleaning. They were able to get all of the stains I saw on the carpeting up.

From the first phone call to the finish of the cleaning, service was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, professional, and a job well done. I was treated courteously by the woman handling the phone calls to set up an appointment. She was very professional and friendly. The two gentlemen that arrived -- right on time -- to do the job introduced themselves by name right away and treated me and my home with respect. They were very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job. I would most definitely recommend Hydro Clean and would use them again.

They were literally right down the street from us. We gave them about 5 or 6 rugs to clean and they returned when everything was done. However, they returned all but one rug. We said, "Where is the other rug?" So they looked and where able to find it. I guess it had been separated from the others. They found it, cleaned it and were in constant contact with us.

They said the material was too delicate and didn’t want to take any chances. They don’t do the dry cleaning and they felt that’s what it needed. I appreciated that they told and his attitude. They explained everything to me. He said they could try to clean one side but I didn't want to do that. I have recommend them to my sister.

They did a great job. I had to pay a bit more to get my sectional done. They were upfront about it, though. The end result was beautiful -- it looks fantastic and it's high quality. There were no issues with scheduling and they were right on time. It took them 30-40 minutes. I've already recommended them to friends and family!

The price was good. The people on the phone were really nice, fun, and truthful. They sent a great crew out and they easily worked around my schedule. They showed up when they said they would and they did a beautifully thorough job. I had a carpet in the basement that had some mildew issues and some stains and they got everything perfectly cleaned. I had an upholstered sofa and love seat that they also cleaned and again, they did a beautiful job on everything. They did not leave any mess. They were really good. If I still lived there, I'd be using them probably every year.

I am pretty happy with it. My house has Berber carpet. It’s wall to wall and its builder’s grade which is pretty tough to cope with. It stains more easily than it cleans. The person came out exactly when he said he was going to be there. With very little fuss he set himself up, got the carpet cleaned and packed up. I paid the bill and off he went. It was really very, very good. I used the same firm before and would be happy to use them again. They really did quiet a nice job. He was a nice personable guy. One of the very nice thing was Angie’s List had a coupon so I took that. For the amount of work that he did, the price was very reasonable. It basically came down to 3 rooms and a little bit of carpet. The basement area is a problem because I have a little dog. So he cleaned the carpet and he put an odor reducer into the pad of the carpet underneath. It works just fine. When I set up a service I want people to get set up and if they give me a time I want them to be there. I got a pretty good window which was between 10 and 1 and he came absolutely within that window. I am a busy guy and I have a lot of things going. So I very much appreciate somebody who can keep his appointment exactly on time. So I am very pleased. The price is fine. I would be tempted to call it a little high accept for the fact that the carpet was pretty badly soiled. He got all that out. It’s fine and it was a good dollar spent. The quality is excellent. He is a good guy, very professional. I called them. I was very pleased to see that they had offered a reduced price for cleaning. I used that company before. I liked them very much and I was glad to get them back.

While they were punctual, it was mediocre. They didn’t do a very good job, specifically behind a tree. I needed to have it redone in less than a year.

There were additional fees because my home had more square footage than the deal offered. There were no troubles with scheduling. The job took about two hours and everything worked out really well.

They did tell me that the odor might not come out of the chaise and recommended that it be restuffed. I didn't do it, the smell is better, some odor lingers Everything looks great

quality work and very professional. I purchased the big deal for 3 rooms plus I added a room for an additional $38.00. carpets looked great afterwards! Would definitely hire again.

They showed on time, did the work as promised, and did the work well. I ended up using them for a short time after the Big Deal too, but I had to stop using the service due to steady increases in their prices.

They company emailed me and said that they only service my area if the price of service is above a certain threshold, and the Angie's List deal is not above that threshold. The service area that the deal qualifies for should be included in the deal description.

My first time using an onsite cleaning service. I was very confident about it but It was a positive experience in the end. Area rugs look like new when tech finished Sofa was brightened and refreshed looking I was really impressed with the top treatment cleaning. I had had other estimates for on site cleaning that were not reasonably priced - hydro clean was within the budget Tech was friendly and knowledgeable - work efficiently. I will used them again for carpet cleaning in the future.

They did come, and we were told the deal was for the whole house. They ended up measuring and charged us $20 to do the reminder of the house. They did not pressure wash under the gutters, they said it was extra cost, so they left those dirty. When I pointed out one area, he did go and do that for me free of charge. When I went back and looked it was not a thorough cleaning. Two employees came out thought. They were pleasant and the job was good, but there was up-charging and up-selling so that is why I would give them a B.
