This company was amazing. They were so professional and the work that was done was fantastic. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them and you will be glad you did. I sure was!

I absolutely do NOT recommend Hydro Clean!! To make a very long story short, Hydro Clean improperly cleaned our dryer vent when we moved into a new home. Not only did they cause a major fire hazard, we ended up being out over $1,000 between their services, technicians to fix the poorly performing dryer, and eventually replacing the dryer, only to discover the problem was Hydro Clean's incompetence! Despite what we were out, it took months of me trying to contact the higher ups for them to eventually only refund the $99 we paid for the dryer vent cleaning. The check stub says "poorly cleaned dryer vent." That poorly cleaned dryer vent created a fire hazard in our home with our children and my non-mobile parents plus the time and cost of trying to get a working dryer. The company is incompetent and has terrible customer service, after creating a dangerous situation, I would never allow them in my home again.

Hydroclean is a family-run business. That's what they claim to be better than Stanley steamers. There is an additional $12 difference between hydro clean and Stanley steamer. Next time I'll go with Stanley Steamer.

Worked well. I was glad to remember we had an upholstered footboard bench that had stains on it. They did a great job removing those stains as well.

This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning.

Great. Wall to wall carpet in basement had many deep soiled spots. Technician worked hard to successfully remove them, but probably did not do enough to suck up the water used because it took 3 days for the carpet to dry.

Hydro Clean was on our insurance company's approved list of contractors. In the very beginning, everything went smoothly. The person assigned to work with us, Stephen, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He lined up all the necessary sub contractors to get various jobs done. Once we got to repairing our floors, things spiraled downward. The subcontractor was given one set of instructions despite the work estimate outlining something very different. At one point I was in a screaming match with the flooring subcontractor who insisted I was in the wrong. Our damage occurred in July and the work was not completed until November. Our final project was drawn out because Stephen had "the guy" to paint our cabinets. It should have come as no surprise that when he did show up (after a month of waiting for him to become available) he had no idea about the size of the job. What he thought would take a day, took his team 3 days to complete. Not to mention, the paint job is subpar and is already flaking in multiple locations 2 months later. At the end of it all, we were shortchanged $90 in a final payout that took place in January. I called and spoke to Stephen that night once we realized the mistake and was assured that the check would be in the mail tomorrow. It is now February, and we still do not have a check despite being told it would be mailed every single time I have managed to get a reply. Last week I called the office directly, and the office manager told me that Stephen was out of the office and there was absolutely no one else who could write this check for me. This was one week after I had spoken to Stephen who told me the check would be in the mail. What kind of business is this? The process has been a nightmare in large part to the mismanagement of the job by Stephen and the poor handling of this final pay out of money that is due to us. I would not recommend Hydro Clean to anyone.

Hydro Clean was very professional, they arrived on time, told me exactly what they were going to do, and performed the service in an outstanding manner. I actually added some additional areas and they provided me on quote on site before the work started.

Originally had an appointment fr 1/7/2019, tech was prompt and courteous, but did not have all equipment (Air Whip) needed to clean the ducts properly; I found out he did not have the air whip until he was cleaning up to leave. I know I asked about the use of the Air Whip when I scheduled and was assured it would be used for the service. They informed me the Air Whip was out-of-service. We rescheduled another service for 1/12/2019, but I canceled it because the tech would not have the Air Whip, AGAIN. Not sure what is going on, but I will not use them again.

Unimpressed. The rug was still dirty after it was delivered. When I asked about it's appearance I was told that supposedly a lot of dog hair was vacuumed out of it, and they "went over it twice". I have a Dyson vacuum and we have allergies so we vacuum OFTEN, but I didn't want to argue with them; I just wanted them to take responsibility for delivering a dirty rug. It's been beautifully cleaned by other service providers in the past. I even used my Spot Bot rug shampooer on a part of it, and the water that came out of it was dirty. Is it too much to ask that a rug is actually clean when it's returned? There was no resolution or refund; just them implying that the rug must have been too dirty to begin with, which was ridiculous and kind of offensive, and then after asking the manager to call me, we played phone tag. It's a gorgeous ivory Oushak wool rug and unfortunately I'll need to hire another company to do the job right. Shouldn't have been this complicated or stressful. Will not hire again.

The carpets look great. They were punctual and very professiinal. My only issue is that the estimate was much lower than the actual cost.

Terrible. Very unprofessional,promised 6 weeks ,took 5 months of workers not showing up and being lied to.I would not recommend this company. Oh and they tried to sue us for more insurance money for work they didn’t do and the work they did do was unprofessional .Hope karma works.

My carpet looks much better than it did before, however I do have a couple of complaints. First let me start with the positives. They arrived right on time. I was given a window of 1-4 and they came at 1. The two technicians were so nice and so professional in their behavior and their communication. They put on shoe covers before they went upstairs (where the carpet is), and they made sure to take them off every time they went outside, and put them back on every time they came back in. I really appreciate that. The lead technician measured and gave me an estimate. There is one price per square foot for the room, and another price for the edges of the carpet. The price for the edges is triple the price for the rest of the room. They worked quickly and diligently. They moved all of the furniture around, even the heavy stuff, and cleaned behind everything. They left the furniture on hard foam risers to lift it off of the carpet. I don’t know how I’m supposed to lift the heavy dresser and bed to get the risers out but I will figure it out. When they were done the lead technician asked me if I wanted to check out their work but the carpet was still wet so I just took a glance up the steps and said it looks good so I’ll trust that the rest looks good too. When I finally went upstairs the rest of the carpet did in fact look good. Once it dried I noticed that there was a small stain that they didn’t get out but I can spot clean that. Also, there were a few little clumps left behind along the edges of the carpet and the stairs where the technician hand-scrubbed it but I guess all of the dirt he worked up didn’t get sucked up by the machine. My biggest problems are not with the carpet. So first of all, there was a disgusting clump of hair and dirt ON MY BED. It certainly wasn’t there before and I don’t know where it came from but I really just wish it wasn’t on my bed of all places. Also, there were little blue towels left on the bed that do not belong to me. I just don’t know why all this stuff was on my bed. There are multiple dressers and nightstands in the room. Why would they place their towels on the bed?? The carpets were clean but then I felt that my comforter was dirty and I had to wash it. Furthermore, there was something in one of my drawers that was out of the drawer when they finished. I am assuming that it fell out somehow when they were moving the furniture and they just left it out instead of putting it back, leaving me to wonder about it. Perhaps I could have asked the technician about all of that if I did a walk through with him, but I didn’t so I will take responsibility for that. Just a warning, do a walk through to make sure EVERYTHING looks kosher. However, some of these things I would not have seen until the carpet dried. A couple more things. The chemical smell was overwhelming and it made me sick. It turned my stomach and not in a figurative way. However, it is my fault for not opening the windows prior to the cleaning. After opening the windows and letting the house air out for 24 hours it was fine. This was the first time I got my carpets cleaned so I know for next time. Also after it dried, the rug felt kinda greasy, like there was still soap in it and it could use one more rinse. I suspect that may be normal though? Anyway the sticky, greasy soap feeling underfoot is getting better with time.
