Dave and the guys did a great job, they were on time and very professional, and beyond those things their work was excellent. They had a very large basement and a master bedroom to clean, and after they finished I was extremely happy. I would definitely recommend.

Jerry and Dave showed up within the specified time frame. They applied sanitizing/deodorizing spray to duct work. I requested info on the chemicals used (Microban Germicidal Cleaner Concentrate) and they promptly emailed me a PDF of the information.

Jerry and James showed up on time. They cleaned a total of 17 vents and returns, and a dryer vent. The job took 3 hours. They patched up the HVAC vent where they cut holes to connect their vacuum to, cleaned up after themselves, and even locked the back door for me. I had to do minor clean up, but that was no unexpected. The weird smell in my son's bedroom is gone now. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, although the pricing was not the cheapest compared to other companies.

The gentlemen who came were professional and kind and flexible and diligent and were able to get stains out of our carpet that another company could not. Definitely will use them again.

They cleaned the rooms and a stairway in our multi-story home. From previous experience, I had expected their service truck to be equipped with more equipment for the job. The job was done fairly.

The guys that came they were excellent and very professional. They did the walkway and the house. They spent the entire day. I also referred them to other people. They were the best and they were cool guys.

There were two people here doing the work. I felt they did the work too quickly and I thought there was still an odor after they left. I felt they had a good price.

Excellent work. Responsive. Professional. I also use them to clean my carpet and the ceramic tile in my bathroom.

He had a little difficulty bringing the truck near enough, and the truck did make some tracks in the lawn, I also had to remind him of th 10% discount that is advertised in Angie's list for Seniors. However the job was very well done, and the carpet looks practically new.

Jerry and Bill were the technicians that came to our home. They were both very friendly and professional. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves well. My husband and I both work from and they were able and willing to be flexible about when/where they worked in our home and still completed the job in a timely fashion. They're were other service providers on AL with cheaper deals and coupons but weren't as highly rated so I went with Hydro Clean even though they were not the cheapest. I am pleased with outcome.

They cleaned my basement carpeting, used anti-mold solvents and guaranteed their work that no mold would come back.

It was all right. I was a little disappointed. It was raining and it was a lousy day and they didn't have any good way to keep them tracking stuff in. It was up to us. Luckily, we had some towels that we put down and some other stuff so that they didn't up tracking in through our rug. I don't even want to start to track it in because we don't wear shoes in our house so I was a little taken aback. I had to ask them to put their booties on. They didn't just automatically do it. They were responsive. The work quality was what we expected. They did a good job cleaning. I think the only way to go is the in track cleaning.

It went reasonably well. They were reasonably efficient. The main issue was that the people who cut my grass had been driving over the top and the concrete was stained. They were professional.

Team arrived on time and worked quickly. I had a tough stain that they determined was permanent after making several attempts to remove. Despite that, the rest of the carpet looked great.

They did a fantastic job! Jerry and James were wonderful, answered all my questions. We'd just had a painting job done, and they worked carefully. I was very pleased, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent responsiveness by Christina. The work was scheduled easily that week. Two crew members came and cleaned a large kitchen floor and carpeting. They did a better job than our usual carpet cleaning service. Highly recommend and will be using Hydro Clean again.

I was very impressed with the service. Initially we only were to have them clean the living room and one bedroom, but the person who was doing the cleaning also did the second bedroom with no extra charge. They also included the Tephlon treatment at no extra charge. I was very impressed and would use them again. Please take note that our rooms are small and that may have been a factor in the additional services.

The technicians were professional. They wore booties ??. The carpets were adequately cleaned. Very happy with service. Will use them again.

I decided to have carpets cleaned because my cat had an accident in one room. I called and the lady I spoke with said they could treat pet stains, as well as find them using some special equipment (I couldn't tell where exactly the smell was coming from). However, when the team showed up they did no have any knowledge of special equipment. I pressed the issue, and the cleaner admitted there was such a thing, but they didn't have it on this truck. I had to keep pressing the issue until they finally agreed to come back another day, while completing the non-pet related area that day. While they adjusted the price, I was less than impressed by the professionalism of the team. In their defense, they were tried due to long hours after rain (thus water damage). The special treatment did nothing to lesson the cat smell. So I wouldn't be inclined to use this company again.

We used this company based upon WBAL advertisement. The first visit didn't get the job completed to our satisfaction as there was a residual urine odor despite highest level package. The company owner did the right thing and sent someone back to our home.

We called and the phone was immediately answered. Hydroclean was able to set a date of only two days away, with a next day estimate. A team of workers came out and totally cleaned out all the water and water damage in my basement. The worker were all professional in both appearance and conduct. I was very pleased with the service.
