Description of Work: The company power washed all our sidewalks , porches, siding, shutters, down spouts. |We were very please with the thorough job and responsiveness to our questions and desires. The job took longer than they thought, but they stuck with it and finished it that day.

I never called back to schedule and had work performed by another company. Not totally their fault but could have been more upfront with letting me know in advance that it would be a wait for availability.

Description of Work: They pressure washed the exterior of our home. They were very professional and solved some problems for us involving exterior work and cleaning up some clogs. Scheduling was fine.

Description of Work: Tried in May to get provider to perform service for several dates when I was available and we were unable to find a suitable date. Ended up getting the service done through another provider since I had a deadline. Requested provider to consider doing deck washing for deal amount and I would pay the difference, but they refused. Contacted Angie's List to negotiate with provider and informed they would contact me but have not heard from them for a week now.

Description of Work: Angie's List emailed me a special offer to power wash "a one or two story house up to 2000 sq.ft". I purchased the service and scheduled to have it done. The provider arrives to do the service, measures the house and informs me that it will cost an additional $240.00. I asked why. Because the house siding measures more than 2000 sq. ft. The ad didn't say anything about only washing up to 2000 sq ft OF SIDING. Since when are house sizes described by how many sq ft of siding it has. A 2000 sq ft house is a 2000 sq ft house. I my opinion the ad was misleading at best and only Hydro Clean knows if it was intentional or not. Needless to say I am very unhappy with purchasing "special deals" through Angie's List and it has been a complete waste of my time. I would suggest if you are going to accept advertisement from companies that you screen the parties better.

Description of Work: Well, I should have read the offer more closely, but it was down near the bottom, still my fault. I did have to place 3 calls and never got a call back, I finally spoke to someone in the office on my 4th call. They were very nice when I did reach them.

Description of Work: Hydro-clean was evidently overwhelmed by the response to the coupon. I had to call repeatedly before I could connect with them. The biggest problem was that the coupon saved on house washing compared to other companies, but they made up for this by overcharging for patio and deck--so a "bait and switch" as far as I could tell. The owner was not responsive to my questions--e.g. "what does this work include?" , which I asked repeatedly to try to understand why the price was so high for the deck and porch portion of the job (e.g., did it include sanding and staining the deck, or what? and if not, why was the price so high?). Other issues--i) they had to come out on three separate occasions since the first estimator only estimated the deck, and not the patio; the second estimator measured the deck (again) instead of the patio, and the third time, they finally were able to complete the measurement of the deck and patio. ii) due to the "overwhelming response" to the AL coupon, the work was pushed back and pushed back until it was to be done three months in the future. Really, this entire experience was like a mini-nightmare--I had no idea the devotion and time required on my part to just get some simple powerwashing done. Many emails, and many phone calls, and complete frustration. I ended up going with another company (obviously). I gave them a "D" instead of a richly-deserved "F" because the administrator who was the email and phone contact was very pleasant and really tried to help, although ultimately it was the owner who needed to do (a lot) better.
