We are a family-owned local company that provides outstanding service for area rug deep cleaning (includes complimentary pick up), carpet, furniture, drapery, tile/grout, air duct CleanSeal, dryer vent, and hardwood floor cleaning. We also provide disinfecting using electrostatic sprayers that can be accommodated for same-day service. Other services include power washing, window cleaning, general house cleaning, water damage restoration, furnace puff-back cleaning, and more. Description of Work: They did a 'spot clean' of my carpet where my dog had an accident. Called and they said they would be right over but they didn't come for two days. The weather was a factor, but the receptionist should have called when she knew that the guys could not make it. That said, when they did arrive, the men were very nice and did a good job.

Description of Work: Cleaned rec room carpet and a set of stairs. Did a good job of cleaning the carpet. The two guys who came were very pleasant and efficient. My only concern was I was told that it woul dry in six to eight hours and it took over twentyfour to actually dry.

I am sorry that it may have taken longer than 6 to 8 hpurs to dry. There is a lot of factors that control drying time such as condition of carpet, humidity and temprature. The fact that your carpets came clean may indicate it took us a little extra effort to get them clean which can effect the drying time. I hope this explanation helps.

Description of Work: I have used Hydroclean several times. They are my go to carpet cleaner. We have a few rental units, and there have been times that they have successfully cleaned carpets that I was pretty sure I wasn't going to be able to save. They are always on time, and from the office staff to the actual cleaners, everyone has always been polite and professional. Highly recommend!
