This was one of our best experiences with a company. Joey & Cornelius were about 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment and actually were apologetic for being early and wanted to make sure we were okay with the fact that they were early. Joey & Cornelius came in, introduced themselves to both my husband and myself and got right to work. They were done in about an hour and did a spectacular job. We are so happy that we are referring them to my parents and any friends who may need to have their carpets/furniture cleaned.

I am very pleased with the results. They removed some tough stains from the bedroom rug. The servicemen were very nice and courteous. I gave a ''C'' on punctuality because the first time they were scheduled to come, they called to say they were running 2 hours late. I asked to reschedule since I had other plans at that time. They were on time on the rescheduled date.

Hydro Clean sent two people to do the job. They did a great job. They took out stains we've had for years, having tried before to remove them. They were very professional and honest. They attempted an additional (charge) procedure on one stubborn stain, but were unsuccessful in completely removing so didn't charge. We were very pleased with their work. They are not the least expensive, but certainly the best carpet cleaners we've ever had!

The work date was confirmed beforehand, the men arrived promptly as promised, the work was done effeciently by competent workmen.

This company was fantastic! From the initial contact through the actual cleaning team visit, they were very customer service oriented, punctual, and professional. During our initial conversation, Tammy presented a discount plan as well, as an online discount coupon. I felt as though they were trustworthy and very focused on completing the job in a timely, yet efficient manner. Over the course of time, I've hired various carpet cleaning companies and certainly could have hired one for less cost, but based on my initial communication with Tammy, I was compelled to go with my instinct, and I'm so glad I did. The finished product from Hydro-Clean left my carpets looking brand new! They even rolled drying paper over the carpet in order for the carpet to dry evenly as we walked throughout the house during the course of the day! I'm very selective and cautious, and Hydro-Clean has won our family's business for life!

Everyone connected to this business from the people who answer the phone to the cleaners were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job. Our 20 year old rugs look new again.

Excellent. They came out on less than 2 days notice. The actual price that I paid was less than the estimate, and the though the carpeting is quite old, they now look almost new.

FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THEM, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY GAVE ME THE DAY I REQUESTED, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND THEN REMOVED STAINS IN THE CARPET THAT ANOTHER COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO. ALSO THEY HAD SCOTCH-GUARDED THE HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE CARPET CLEANERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS IN MY HOME AND TOOK TIME TO WORK ON AREAS THAT WERE HEAVILY SOILED. THEY HAVE A MAILING FOR PREVIOUS CLIENTS THAT ALWAYS HAS HELPFUL CLEANING INFORMATION.
