They did a great job. They were very professional. They were very respectful of our kids being in the house. They were able to move the furniture very easily and didn't break anything.

Hydro-Clean is outstanding. They were very prompt when I called. The office staff is great. They explained everything. They were very neat and thorough. They gave the carpet an excellent scrubbing.

They were very pleasant on the phone, and explained everything that they do and the costs. They happily applied the Angie's List discount, and took a CC deposit on the phone. On the appointment day, two people showed up and after I showed them what I wanted, they went to work. It took maybe 1-2 hours perhaps, and the guy even helped me move a piece of furniture to my truck, which was nice. I inspected everything after they finished before they left. There were some residual stains left afterward, but these probably wouldn't have come up regardless of how they were treated. The next day I noticed that there were a couple of spots they missed, but overall I was satisfied with the job.

It was great overall. The best job I ever had. They moved more furniture than I would have expected, to clean under them. I was totally satisfied.

From initial contact to completed job, we are very pleased. Person who handled scheduling was very helpful, and Andre and Will did an excellent job on the carpets. They showed up on time, were totally professional, and gave us tips on carpet care. They cleaned heavy traffic areas, and we are extremely pleased with how the carpet looks. Would not hesitate to recommend Hydro Clean. Great experience!

We bought a new house and the carpets was good quality but had tons of spills and stains all over it. We considered buying new carpet but thought we'd try steam cleaning first. We really didn't think it would make but different but decided to give it a shot. After filling out the online form I was contacted within a hour by to office. Cleaners were right on time, very professional and fast. They did a great job getting out stains and making the carpet nice and fresh. We will still have to replace some areas but they got out far more stains than we thought possible. I appreciate that they were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

They cleaned the dining room, living room, stairs and the hall. My experince with them was excelent. I was very pleased. They came when they were supposed to. They did a good cleaning job.

Arrived exactly on time, very friendly and efficient. They walked around the house with me, looking at the rooms needing cleaning, measured them quickly and we discussed any particular areas I was concerned about. They then set up 2 hoses and went to work. Dave spent particular attention on the soon-to-be nursery, knowing that was most important to us. One of the area rugs was particularly spotted and took extra time to make sure it all came clean, but they worked hard on it and it came out beautifully. All was complete within 1.5 hours and they cleaned up all their equipment and any little puddles as they went. Great price, great service. Highly recommend Hydro-clean.

The technicians arrived on time, were very courteous and went straight to work. They finished the job within the time frame they told me they would. I was a little annoyed that the office staff did not tell me over the phone what additional services (like deodorizing) I might be interested in having done and what the costs would be. It felt a little like they intended to use the strategy "Well, while we're here we might as well do....... for some exorbitant price." This was not the case at all, but, I thought the poor communication from the office reflected a little badly on the company, at first. This impression did not last, however, because the technicians apologized for the miscommunication and did a really good job. The most important thing to know about this company is that they operate with a high degree of integrity. I had the work done in January of 2008. Last week (August 2008), I received a check from them for about $67 and a note of apology. It seems that they had a special price for vent deodorizing at the time of the service, but the technician neglected to give it to me and they wanted to make it right. This is not anything I was aware of--I didn't notice it at the time and certainly would never have known about it had it not been brought to my attention. I would have hired the company again anyway since I was very satisfied with their work. I don't know what happened to bring this error to their attention so many months later but, many companies might have given this little thought other than to chalk it up to a mistake and maybe to try and be more careful in the future. But Hydro Clean decided to remedy the situation by refunding me the difference between what I paid and what I should have been charged. I appreciate the honest and respectable way the owners of Hydro Clean decided to handle the situation. They really had nothing to gain by doing this, as no one would have known the difference, except themselves. But by addressing this problem this way, they added fairness to the world. I believe that if we each approached our work and all the other things we do in our lives, with integrity and an eye to doing what is right, rather than what is convenient or what one can get away with, the world would be a better place for us all. Hydro Clean's decision, in this case, is a good reminder that both the large and small decisions we make each day impact on the world. Hydro Clean has made a positive impact in this situation and I would guess it does so in many others situations, as well. Thank you, Hydro Clean.

They didn't come out but I gave them the details on my house so they gave me an estimate. They seemed very professional like they knew what they were doing.

The rug and chair were cleaned well and the crew was efficient, thorough and friendly. I especially appreciated their guidance before they left, about taking care of the carpet. Often I find that service people drag their feet or spend more time socializing with each other than being focused on the job...not these boys!

There was a mix-up with the date of service, and I had to hurry home on a Tuesday instead of on a Thursday as scheduled. Their two-man crew waited for me to get there about half an hour. When I got there, I locked up our pets and they got right to work, bringing hoses in from a van parked in our driveway. I was skeptical as to how effectively they'd be able to get our carpet clean, but forty minutes later, I had a nearly new looking carpet. Great job, very effective. I only give them a B on punctuality because of the mix-up with the date of service. Otherwise, A's all around, and I will use them again.

EXCELLENT! Again, another service provider found on Angie's List that did a first-class job. Mike and Dave from Hydro-Clean arrived on-time and went right to work on cleaning the carpets in our home. Upon arrival they introduced themselves, explained the process, and immediately set up their equipment and started to work. Both gentlemen were very professional and pleasant. They worked very well as a team and had the job done in no time at all! The carpets look great, with the high traffic areas (e.g.; steps and entrance-ways) looking especially good once they had finished!

They did a wonderful job. They arrived in the early part of the time window they had given me. The lead on the job went through and measured every room--I had over estimated the size of the rooms so the cost was less than the phone estimate. The job took them a little longer than they had planned--appreciated their thoroughness. They got out stains others had not been able to remove. The carpets looked great and there was no residual smell. The carpets were dry in 12 hours. They all look brighter. The guys doing the work were careful and considerate and very polite. Will absolutely use them again.

Great work, they did everything I asked in less than 1 hour, with terrific results. The first time they did the larger, more traveled upon area rug, I wasn't completely happy with the spots still remaining. They had already packed up all their equipment, but offered to re-do the rug without complaint. They unpacked the gear and redid the entire rug and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. Very happy with the results and customer service.

Quite well. Young lady answering the phone to schedule appt. was professional and thorough in explaining their services and offering an average cost estimate (I didn't have exact room sizes at hand). Final cost, based on actual sq. footage, plus an extra warranted Teflon coating, was close to her ballpark estimate. Appt. scheduled for about 3-4 days later. Follow-up phone call from their office the day before to confirm. Polite & courteous workmen arrived on time (one hour window, set in advance). They told me they were licensed & bonded. They measured and wrote up final estimate that was used as bill for services rendered. Upon approval, they got to work, and completed the job in a couple hours. I thought I had moved everything out of their way, but the workmen went a step further and moved additional furniture, etc., to clean underneath, replacing it on raised blocks. Very nice people, experienced, competent, & professional. Got my money's worth. Would recommend and will use again.

Hydro Clean responded promptly and sent two people to my home. They arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful. They treated a few stains as well, which they were able to remove. The carpets turned out beautifully.

Great! The cleaners were very professional and on time. Our rugs look great. I like that the Hydro clean process uses less water to clean. The rugs dried overnight.

Went smoothly from start to finish. Booking was fine. Came at the time they said they would. Cost more than the estimate because I got the size of the room wrong. A few very light stains remained, but I am satisfied with the work. Took a bit longer to dry than they said but the carpet wasnt that damp, didnt cause problems.
