Hydro Clean

It went very well. The company is very professional, courteous, and effective. They really come across as being a very well organized machine, all around. People were on time, well-spoken, price was as expected, and outcome was exceptional. This company provides a level of service that is not common in this day and age.

Perfect. I asked the company to come the day after I called, and was accommodated. The technician arrived at the appointed time and worked non-stop until everything was done. He was here about 3 hours. He was polite, non-intrusive, and told me how much the job would cost before he began working. My carpet was heavily soiled, and I was worried that stains would not come out. I was wrong. Everything looks new again!

I'd never used Hydro Clean before but had heard really good things about them and decided to try Angie's List. It was a wonderful experience. I called the office to set up an appointment and they were very courteous and helpful. We were selling our home and in the process of fixing up the whole house to put it on the market. We had painters, real estate agents, housecleaning services, electricians, coming and going all the time so unfortunately I had to re-schedule twice due to missed deadlines by other contractors but the people at Hydro Clean were always so understanding and very helpful. They showed up as promised after calling to confirm the appointment the day before and did a beautiful job on my carpets. Everything was put back where they found it, nothing was damaged and the price was very reasonable. All in all, in was an excellant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Hydro clean quoted me a good rate and offered an Angie's list coupon. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to clean two (white) carpets. They moved furniture and used small foam blocks to keep furniture from being damaged. The carpets dried quickly. Unfortunately, after the carpet had dried, I noticed several yellowish, line-shaped stains, the width of the steam-cleaning tool, on a section of the carpet that gets a lot of traffic. My guess is that they were simply residue left behind by the machine because that area was particularly dirty. I tried to ignore them, but when my husband also noticed them, I decided to call Hydroclean back. They were very responsive and sent out another cleaner the following week without any problems or difficulty. Since the person was coming out anyway, we asked them to also clean a couch we had been intending to get cleaned. The couch came out perfectly and we were very happy with it. But the carpet ended up with some new yellow stains in the same area. Again, it looks like residue left behind by the equipment. There were fewer stains this time, so we did see some improvement. Hydro Clean did a decent, professional job, but overall I was a little disappointed in the results. I used another company before and didn't end up with the same carpet stains, so I think they are possibly avoidable. Maybe I'll just use them for furniture cleaning in the future.

All communications with the office were professional and friendly. An appointment was made for approx. one week out. The techs were prompt, communicative, and professional. They were very hard-working. Per protocol, a hole was cut in the trunk line to attach the HEPA vacuum system. I gladly assisted the techs in locating all of the vents and they quickly proceeded to remove the vent covers. They used air pressure to blast the dust through the ducts and towards the HEPA vacuum. The stacked washer/dryer was a problem since the rear couldn't easily be accessed. On a plus note, the long hose they used from the outside of the house did a fine job especially given that the dryer line wasn't clogged. When I noticed one of the replaced duct covers wasn't flush with the wall (and was too high for me to reach), it was easy to ask the tech to fix it - they were very approachable. We noticed 4 grease spots on the light colored carpet, obviously from the vacuum "feet"/wheels, but I was able to remove the spots using Resolve. The techs carried the large vacuum very carefully down a flight of stairs to the HVAC so it is impressive that these spots were the only signs they had been there. I am confident that if I couldn't remove the spots, the company would have fixed it upon my request. I used online specials as well as the Angie's List coupon for this work and saved a good deal.

Great job as usual from HydroClean. I got a call the day before scheduling the time they would arrive, just like they said they would. The cleaners arrived on time and completed the work at the high standards I've come to expect from the company. I pointed out some spots and stains, which furniture I expected to have moved, and they complied with my wishes exactly. Good work at a resonable price.

I decided to delay the project, but I really liked that they emailed me info on their company, pricing, etc. They were very responsive. I most appreciate the email with pricing. Will contact in the future if I decide on doing these projects.

I chose them because of the feedback that I read about. I think I had a discount. They were early and fast. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

The job was done by 2 people. They seemed to be knowledgeable. They were very customer service oriented. They were very polite and efficient. They were very good. I was very pleased with the quality of the work they did. The cleaning was done very well. The price was comparable to what I had had a couple of years ago when I was using somebody else. I would use them again.

We contacted Hydro Clean a couple weeks ago and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. She set up the clean for us (we requested that the clean be two weeks out, as we were having houseguests, but they could have done it earlier), and the day before the clean she emailed a reminder as well as called. She said someone would be at our house between 8 and 9 am and Joe showed up around 8:30am. He was very professional and polite and did an extremely thorough job (about an hour and a half). The carpets look amazing...almost like new and they are 5 years old (with 2 pets). The carpets are already dry. We are very satisfied and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had used Hydro-Clean once before, and were very pleased with the work done the first time. This second time, however, we had a much less satisfying experience. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned, but were soaking wet...for several days. We had to put out our own fans to dry the carpets. Eighteen hours later, the carpets were still wet to the point where my bare foot, after stepping on the wet carpet, left a wet footprint on our floor and our rubber soled shoes caused us to slip on the floor after stepping on the family room area rug. It took approximately 3 days for the carpets to appear dry. Because of heavy furniture on top of the area rug, which we are unable to lift, we have not been able to determine the condition of the wood floor underneath (we had expressed doubts about having the company clean the area rug as it lay on top of wood floors and we were assured that it could be done without harming the wood floor). When we called the company to express our disappointment, we told them that we had set out fans to dry the carpets and invited the management to over to see for themselves how wet the carpets were; they declined and merely asked US to call THEM the next day! Instead, I called the company's emergency line at 6pm on the 2d day after we got home from work and realized the carpets were still wet; I got the "emergency" answering machine for Hydro-Clean. I left a message with my name and phone number, asking them to return my call. We never received a return call. UPDATE: After posting our report on Angie's List concerning our disappointing experience with Hydro-Clean, we received an immediate response from the company. They sent two guys out to lift the furniture to see what condition our wood floors were in underneath the area rug that they had cleaned. They then treated the floors to make them look new again. They also cleaned the carpets again. We were very satisfied with this response (and the carpets were appropriately slightly damp this time after cleaning and we did not need to put out fans). We did appreciate this response to our concerns.

They were punctual and did an excellent job.

They were fine. The companies that I have found on the list have been good and reliable. They were on time and their price was fair. They did a good job and they did what they said they would do. They were, for the most part, able to get out the stains. I had a pet stain that was a little tough but they did the best they could.

Not only did they get all the construction dirt and dust out of every single carpet they cleaned, they also were successful in removing old pet stains. I came home to spotless carpets, looking like new and smelling incredible! They also used "green" cleaning fluids, so it was safe for us and our pets. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. Cost was a little high but in line with other top companies. Chose them because of their high rating on Angie's list and because their website was very thorough. No suprises. Even gave us an estimation of the remaining life of the carpet, which was welcomed information.

Overall I had a good experience. The carpet is very clean and they were able to get stains I'd tried in vain to remove.

I discussed my job with a scheduler who quoted me the prices for the cleaning. I told her that the steps were in particularly bad shape and that I would ask the technician when they came to do the cleaning whether they thought it was worthwhile cleaning them. And, that is what happened. The fellow who seemed to be in charge of the 2 man crew, offered to clean a couple of steps and then let me decide whether to have them all cleaned. We all agreed going in, that the steps would never look as well as the rest of the carpeting, because they were just too worn and deeply stained. My decision was to let the work proceed, and I am satisfied with the results. I benefited from a coupon (Angie's) and a senior discount.

Robert and Joe arrived on time and, despite the condition of the carpet did an excellent job of getting some heavy stains out. The deck was stained and moldy, but they made it look like new. They will be back in a few days, after it has thoroughly dried to put a clear seal on it.

HydroClean came out to our new house, measured the space, gave an estimate, they cleaned all our carpets and the house looked 100 times better afterward. They were on-time, thorough, professional, overall we were very happy with the work.

We've used hydro-clean many times over the last few years. Most recently, they cleaned the carpeting in high traffic areas, on our steps and hallways. They were able to get out a very tough stain.. I spilled wood stain on the carpeting in our basement. After an hour of working the stain myself I was able to get a lot of it up but the stain was clearly visible. Hydro-clean finished the job and removed the stain altogether.. incredible. We're very happy with their work and will continue to use them for our carpets.

I used their service about two years ago. They cleaned my house well. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and punctual. I will be using their services soon.

My house is just under twenty years old and sided with aluminum, which was very dirty and oxidizing in spots. The deck is the same age as the house and needed a good cleaning as well. The company quotes me over the phone, quickly provided a written estimate, and scheduled the work, all without any effort on my part other than the first phone call. They arrived on time and were respectful and courteous. I was extremely pleased at how thorough the team was, especially since the condition of the siding made the work take longer than they expected. My siding looks almost new! We've had the house pressure washed before and the results this time are far better than before! I am very satisified with this job.

My house has more than thirty windows on three floors - finished basement, first floor with sun room, and second floor. Many, but not all, of the windows tilt in. I called Hydro Clean for a quote and the company gave me a price per window, including sills. They came out within a week and washed all of the windows thoroughly, wiping down the sills and frames as they went. The went up on ladders to do the outsides of the windows that don't open in. My windows are so spotless I don't want to put my shades down! I'm very happy with the outcome.

I called the office and spoke with a very professional and knowledgeable. The day prior to their arrival, I received an email confirming the arrival times and what I needed to do prior to the arrival (i.e. vaccum) . I also received a phone call to confirm their arrival. They arrived within the time window. There was a two man crew. One started cleaning the sofa and the other started with the carpet. The crew was very professional and polite. It took about 3 hours to do it all. It took about 10 hours for all the carpet to dry. I had used a carpet cleaning company in the past who was not able to get all the stains especially in the high traffic area, but hydroclean did an excellent job. I am impressed. I think their prices maybe slightly higher than some.
