+ -1 moreThey were great. They did a very good job. They were punctual, friendly, neat, clean, and thorough. We added some space on to the Deal we got through Angies List and that went smoothly. All in all, I would recommend them highly and will be using them again. They even gave us a coupon for next time and one to give a friend.
Description of Work: We had them clean the carpets in our basement. I really don't remember the final bill so take the number above with a grain of salt (late review).

+ -1 moreHydro Clean people were late on one of the days they were to arrive so they gave me the Scotch Guard for free. So they were very accommodating in that regard. But otherwise pretty good service. The technicians were good. They were timely and came out when they said they would.
Description of Work: I used a recommendation off of Angie's List for Hydro Clean for carpet cleaning of my whole house. They did the Scotch Guard. The house is 1800 square feet.

They were prompt - coming at the beginning of the window and got to work right away. They were very pleasant! We had bought a 'Big Deal' coupon, and it covered everything.

+ -1 moreHydro clean was amazing from the start to finish! We called them a week ago to ask about pricing, and within a couple of days they came out to clean our carpets before we moved in. We used the Angie's List Big Deal (3 rooms carpet for $150) and paid for additional sq feet and a deodorizer spray. We had some horrible stain's left by the previous owner's dogs (we think) that were huge, and Gerald was able to clean them beautifully. We thought we were going to have to buy new carpet, but he left them as good as new! We will be calling them again soon to have our attic carpet and furniture cleaned soon. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Our home is approxametly 15 years old and due to my wife's Asthma I wanted to get the duct work cleaned. I stood by and observed every step of their work. First they wear booties in your home and once they started the work they went non-stop removing every supply and return vent in the home. They run pressurized air lines down every vent then push debree to a huge filtered vacuum system installed by the furnace. Secondly they go back a second time in every vent with a line that vibrates removing any particles that may be stuck. I was concerned by the holes they cut in the duct work by the furnace to hook a vacuum systems but they did an excellant job of professionaly sealing them so there is no leaks in the system. Upon completion they also showed me the interior of the vacuum system which has a three stage filter system "unbelivable" the amount of dirt and micro particles they pulled out. For the work they did I felt the price was excellant, and doing research with 4 other companies they had the best price.

+ 0 moreExcellent! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with anyone who has provided services in my home. The staff was very courteous and professional. Their communication and responsiveness to my concerns were exceptional. The quality of work was first rate.
Description of Work: During heavy rainfall, water had gotten into our finished basement, soaking a portion of the rug. The room began to smell like mildew. Hydro Clean cleaned the rug. While they were here they also cleaned the rug on the steps to the basement and a drape in our dining room.

The owner of the company and his son after the initial review was read came to try to rectify the situation by meadiating with the insurance company and try to fix their unresponsiveness. I like the fact that they went out of their way to try to fix the situation. They told me that by law they are not alowed to save anything that is contaminated, which I was unaware of. It's good that they explained everything.
Description of Work: We contracted Hydro-clean to restore our house after a pipe leaked from an upstairs toilet. The reason we went with them was because our insurance agent said that he had a lot of peopl use them. I was originally satisfied with their initial enthusiasm to start the job, and I had assumed that it would be this way throughout, I was worng. At our first meeting I had specifically told them that I wanted to keep everything of monetary value that could be salvaged (i.e. 26 year old molding that couldn't be matched, a cabinet door that also couldn't be matched, etc). They started taking walls down and they found mold, not a big surprise when it comes to water damage. When they found the mold they halted all work and said they had to work out insurance issues (insurance doesn't cover mold) but I just wanted the work done in my house. They came back a couple of weeks later after I had the mold level tested and started work again. I was at work most of the time the work was being completed and my husband was watching after our new born. It took them over 2 months to finish working and remove their equipment. They ended up throwing away 26 year old chair rail that couldn't be matched, a whole cabinet was discarded (I would have liked to keep the door so we wouldn't have had to replace our whole kitchen), they put the toilet in the shower with crud smeared all over it, and put a ruined counter top on my back deck and left it there simply because they didn't want to take the sink out of it and haul it away like they should have.

Description of Work: They workers were pleasant and professional. There was a problem/error in that one of the technicians used an inappropriate spray, making one of the foam blocks placed under the furniture stick to the carpeting. I called them and they sent someone out to remediate the problem (successfully) the next morning.

+ -1 moreThey were here 3.5-4 hours, they told me it was a minimum of $250, though they never mentioned that before they came out. I was then charged $364.46. I had a bottle of Oxycontin that was missing after they left. The owner has been threatening, abusive, and uncooperative. I'm not saying his guys took it, I'm saying I noticed they were missing when they left. Myself and the two guys from his company were the only ones in the house that day. They did do an excellent job on the carpets and upholstery.
