Hydro Clean

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. They did excellent work and seemed truly interested in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. The company couldn't have done a better job. The price I received through Angie's List was wonderful.

As noted above, no problems. The Anglie's List Special price didn't include parts of the work I wanted. But, in retrospect, that was understandable. I would use them again.

They did a great job removing a lot of the wax build up. They also moved the furniture and rugs for me. When I asked them to go over one area again before they left, they were happy to do so. Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible to remove all the finish that piled up over the years on my quarry tile. But, they did as well as anyone could.

Bought a deal on Angie's list for $299.00. Wife called to set up an appt. Two technicians showed up on time. They measured the square feet area. We were over by 140 sqft I think. They explained the additional charge before work started and confirmed with us. The cleaned the ceramic tiles from the foyer to the kitchen to the morning room. Work was outstanding. Took about 2.5 hrs from arrival to departure. The machines they used were great...a little too great. My only complaint was that the machines did an outstanding job on the grout and tiles, but some how loosened and removed uneven layers of grout in different areas. Unsure if it was the machine being too powerful or the grout not being put down properly from the building contractor when the home was built.

The 2 men from Hydroclean were very nice and went to work immediately. The carpet was too damaged to be completely restored, but it looks almost like new and the odor is gone. I was very comfortable with the 2 men doing the work and will use Hydroclean in the future without hesitation.

We expected the technicians to arrive between 12 and 2 pm but they did not arrive until 3:45 pm because they encountered a job that was "more involved than expected" earlier in the day. However, when they arrived, they reviewed the areas to be cleaned, provided a final price, and did a fine job with the actual cleaning. Both technicians were very professional and friendly and their work was as promised. We would use them again.

Called and spoke with Christie who was wonderful. She booked the service for two days prior to Thanksgiving per my request. The guys arrived on time and were professional and polite. They work diligently to get the carpets clean and remove stains that I did not think would have come out. We are impressed!!

We called for an appointment. They scheduled it right away and arrived promptly, taking about as much time as they had originally estimated. They finished their work, cleaned the work sites when finished. They were friendly, open and clear about what they were to do.

They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They cleaned the marble as previously described. I am pleased by the quality of their work.

They did a great job. They were excellent! They even spot cleaned some areas that I was not sure if they could clean. However, they got those areas clean.

HydroClean has been an excellent company to work with. They do an excellent job, and the personnel are always prompt, friendly, and professional. We've used them many times over the past 10 years, and our experience has always been excellent.

Pros: Took their time and did a great job. Very enthusiastic about their work. Professional. Cons: the 1st crew didn't show up when they were supposed to and when I finally called, they said that crew had a flat tire. No big deal, but I would have expected them to call ME, inistead of vice versa. BUT, they did give me my steps for free. additional costs if you want extrtas - pre treated, deep cleaned, scotch guarded, etc Overall they did a nice job - I would use them again. They did get my office carpet with was filthy and stained back to its cream color

Arrived on time. Explained what was going to take place. Cleaned the carpets. Responded to requests to do several spot removals. Asked if there was anything else. Workers were congenial and professional. Have since noticed the spot removal places are collecting dirt.

There was a coupon for $150 for a fixed set of cleaning, which was a good deal. I added on some additional area for cleaning. I can't give too much detail as I wasn't actually there, but I have used Hydro Clean several times before and clearly I'm happy with them as I rehire them regularly. They are really my go-to company for carpet cleaning. Their level of service is indeed good. They hire good people who are bright, polite, competent, and hardworking. I never feel unsafe with them in my home, no teardrop tattoos; it's a higher caliber of person they hire (Comcast are you listening?) The person I had let them in was impressed by their punctuality, they had an appointment range and showed up right at the beginning of the range on the nose. She also noted that they were not complainers about lifting furniture and went right into lifting and putting on the styrofoam blocks with no hesitation. I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning, one bedroom's carpet in particular had really been beat up, and was subsequently rejuvenated like new. Also they included some coupons for new customers that I gave to my friends. I'd note that their range of services goes far beyond just carpet cleaning. Other tasks I'm planning to get them back to do are dryer vent deep cleaning and CAC vents cleaning. I believe their web page has a list of all their services. In short, I found them, I like them, I stick with them; what can I say?

very good. several days of rain delayed the sealing part of the job Only complaint was I called them to follow up, but no big deal. Office friendly and helpful. Actual service contractor was very thorough

They did a great job. Quick. The work was well done. My only comment, not complaint, is that a phone call to say the crew was on the way would have given me a little more freedom. Suggestion, not a complaint. There is a minimum of $200 in service, which was not advertised and which was more than the carpet alone would cost, but the sofas did need to be cleaned.

I have used Hydro clean before. I have liked them for many years so I keep using them. They always introduce themselves when the workman comes, which I think is very polite. They are respectful and they take care of furniture the right way when moving things. They are always on time. They always call to check the day before to confirm the appointment and the day of to let you know what their progress is. In the case of my carpeting, there was a really big, black stain in one room and they were able to get it up completely.

They were pleasant to make the appointment initially due to hurricane Sandy they had to reschedule but no problem they called and promptly set up a new appointment. The tech arrived within the alloted time frame he was pleasant explained the process and went about his work in a professional manner.

They were very timely establishing my appointment. In addition , they were timely in coming to the house. I had prepped the floor, taking all furniture from the kitchen, breakfast room, and hall. I am impressed with the end product. The extraction system did an impressive job on my 13 year grout and a grat kob cleaning the tiile. I have decided to get the grout sealed after waiting the minimum of three days for the grout to dry.

Everything went well. Very easy to deal with.

I ended up not using the coupon but they were easy to work with and came out on time.

Due to a misunderstanding, only part of the job was completed on the first visit. When I brought the situation to the attention of the manager he did rectify the problem and rescheduled the completion of the agreed upon service for the following weekend.
