Hydro Clean

I had Hydro Clean out to clean my basement carpet. Dave and Javon arrived on time . They both put booties on to cover their shoes before coming in my home. Dave measured everything out and gave the price before starting the job. They did an amazing job on my carpet. They use something called the butler system. WOW OH WOW my carpets look almost new again and smell clean. I have 3 dogs so I was very happy with the end results. Valerie in scheduling was very professional and set my service up asap. Dave and Javon did a FANTASTIC job on carpets. I will definitely use Hydro Clean again.

Initial contact person was friendly yet professional. Confirmations and reminders were sent in a timely fashion. Technicians showed up on time and got straight to work. They were polite and engaging.

Ty and Destiny did fantastic job cleaning my apartment. They efficiently moved the necessary portable equipment to the apartment and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They were so courteous and pleasant. Ty went through the extra effort to clean up any drop of water that dropped from the equipment from the truck to the apartment.. They were punctual, efficient, and polite. What more could you ask for!

They couldn't get the stain out of the rug, I let them know, and they came out and did not charge me the second time. They got all the dirt out. The first time they came, they didn't do a very good job at all. When they came out the second time they did a great job. The first time their responsiveness was terrible. On professionalism, the second time was great, first time not so good.

They didn't charge me. The stains were blood stains. They said this is hard to do, I'm going to fix that, but they got it done the second time.

They were on time, preformed their job, and the price was very reasonable. They did a good job.

It went fine. They do not put a lot of water in the carpets so they dry very quickly which is something I like. I am going to call them again soon.I would of-course use them again.

Bill and Dave from Hydro Clean did an outstanding job cleaning my berber carpet today. The results from the professional cleaning exceeded my expectation and restored 10-year old carpet to almost new-looking condition. The company has been so pleasant and easy to work with on scheduling. They answered a number of questions by phone on a few different occasions. Most notably, they honored my Angie's List purchase from over 1 year ago! I received a confirmation call from a live-person 1-business day before the clearning. I also received a courtesy call the morning of. The two technicans, Bill and Dave were extremely polite, courteous, professional and hard working. They worked quickly but still did a great job. When the left, I discovered how much care was taken. I had a moved a few furniture items in preparation for the clearning and they actually put them back in their original places! They put foam cusion under the furniture legs and of course, wore booties throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for better company and workers to make this process go smoother. I would highly recommend Hydro Clean and will use them again. Thanks, Charles!

Overall, I am not very satisfied with the quality of work. Two guys arrived on time and I started to show them the rooms we wanted cleaned. We were only in the second room when we showed them a stain and they immediately responded with "not all stains come out" instead of suggesting what they can or can not do. After going through the rest of the house and showing them more stains, they reiterated that not all stains can be removed and even provided stories of stains they could not remove. Once they started cleaning, the part of the vacuum where the water supply attached, had a constant leak and dripped water. This was not a major issue except when there were tight areas or the workers were not paying attention to the handle of the vacuum and the water dripped onto our dining room chairs. It was only water so it did not stain the chairs but was an inconvenience. They tried to control the leak but the equipment was still faulty. They did move/pick up all furniture requested and provided plenty of furniture protectors but the "stain removal process" left a lot to be desired. After speaking to Christina on the phone, I felt the workers would try multiple things and spend actual time on each stain. They simply sprayed multiple chemicals and vacuumed it up to see if any of it worked. Occasionally they would use the bottle cap to scrub for a second and then give up. Immediately they would just say that the stain would not come out. There was not dedicated time and attention that I was led to believe after speaking to Christina. We are trying to sell our house and went with Hydro Clean over many others because they included the cost of stain removal and stated that time would be spent on each stain. At this point, I would have rather paid extra to have someone else actually address the stains. Overall, the areas of carpet that had little to no traffic look slightly better but very few stains actually were removed. It seemed the workers were more interested in getting it finished quickly than making us satisfied.

I bought a house that was in a really terrible condition inside. It was filthy beyond imagination. The parts of carpet I wanted to save was very dirty, and had serious stains. HydroClean sent a 2-person team. The men were very professional, wore protective covers on their shoes. It took about 3-4 hours to vacuum and shampoo 3 rooms and a set of stairs. I got a pair of shoe covers so that I could walk on the still wet carpet. It took about 8-12 hours for the carpet to dry out. The results were immediate - from disgusting, the carpet turned to beautiful. After about 2 weeks, a few of the old stains started to show up, but I don't think I can really blame the HydroClean for that. I have no idea what the source of those stains is, neither does HC advertise they would remove all the stains. Overall - a very high quality work, totally worth it. I used a $400 coupon for the job worth $600.

Prompt, courteous and professional service. The Technicians (Bill and Brandy) thoroughly explained the services to be performed upon arrival at my home. They also read the cleaning instructions on the furniture prior to beginning work. AAA+ for impeccable service. It did not take long for furniture to dry. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends.

We did a lot of research trying to find the best process/provider to thoroughly clean our carpets after our beloved senior dog passed. Hydro Clean did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and we are very pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again and will recommend this provider and their method of deep cleaning carpets to others.

They were okay, nothing special. It was a steam clean. They didn't have hoses long enough to reach the third floor so they had to use their portable unit which probably isn't as powerful.

two gentlemen, Jerry and Tim were very professional. My wife says that the clothes dry with one cycle vs 2-3 before. They found clog in vent and now dryer works great. We are pleased. Hydro Clean backs up promises with performance.

Great service from the office and service men. Courteous, punctual. Price is about the same everywhere, so the only way a company in this field can set itself apart is by providing good service and these folks do.

The cleaning went well. The workers were professional and were careful to remove all silt, water and residue from the property. Challenges with scheduling It took about three months of telephone tag to schedule an estimate/cleaning appointment. I would leave a message asking for a estimate / cleaning appointment and would leave three or four possible dates. I would receive a message asking me to call to schedule an appointment.And, the cycle continued. Also, when I scheduled, I asked for a rough estimate over the phone and gave the square footage of our unfinished basement. I was told most basements that size cost between $500 - $1,000. The actual cost was $1750. I think the people in the office could do a better job scheduling and with providing cost expectations, but we were happy with the employees who came out and did the work and with the task completed.

Bought a Big Deal for cleaning a couch and loveseat. Finally decided to have my 18 year old furniture cleaned. Scheduling the appointment went very smoothly and Christina was so friendly and helpful. The two cleaners arrived right on time, and were very polite and professional. They analyzed the type of fabric on the sofa and loveseat to determine proper cleaning, and explained to me why and how they determined the choice. They went to work right away and worked diligently until done. I?ve had service techs come to my home for other handyman type jobs, and some can be quite loud and boisterous with a little bit of TMI thrown in. This was not the case with Hydro Clean, my crew was hardworking and respectful. They did a great job and I am very pleased with how refreshed my furniture looks. I would most definitely recommend Hydro Clean.
