Hydro Clean

It went well considering the carpet is old and stains are deep.

I called them after I bought the Big Deal and they politely informed me that they don't do aluminum siding.

The service team arrived within the time period they said they would. The person on arrival informed me that I did not have vinyl siding and that they could not do the house. I have a asbestos shingle. The Angie List ad only mentioned they would not do aluminum siding it did not state that they only will do vinyl siding. I had even sent photographs of the work areas to be done and was not given any feedback at that time. After about an hour worth of phone calls, I was sent a damage wavier to sign for the type of shingles I have and the work commenced. The work done was very good and the results were satisfactory. I bought a big deal for the house and was charged the additional cost for the extras (gutters, deck and concrete work). Pricing seemed a little high for that but not outrageous.

They worked so fast that they did not extract as much moisture from the rugs as they could have. It took the rugs 2 and a half days to dry. The ordor in the rugs was not all neutralized and there was still some urine smell in parts of the rugs after they dried and I had to treat it with my own neutralizer. They rugs look clean and bright and they did not shrink them or fade the color. Unfortunately there still is a faint smell in some parts of the carpet.

Cleaned carpet in four bedrooms and hallway. Paid special attention to areas where pet had accidents. Very pleased

What can I say about Dave and Angelo? I can say that Hydroclean has two spectacular individuals representing their company. They were on time, thorough and personable. Dave's personality lends itself to one wanting to recommend this company over and over again. I will surely have them back soon to clean my sofa's and other areas of the house!

I was very pleased with the work provided and will call upon this company to clean the air ducts in our home. I would definitely refer other customers to this organization. Jerry was great!

They arrived at the end of the time window promised. The main service provider measured my den and counted too much the size of the carpet, not excluding enough of the carpet under the sofa and loveseat. I had him recalculate which saved me a few dollars. I had a coupon that basically covered the den carpet. The carpets were cleaned very well. The L-shaped sofa in the living room was also cleaned well. However, they were not able to remove all of the dog hairs from the sofa and loveseat in the den. They did try very hard even using duct tape that I supplied to them after they cleaned as much as they could with their equipment. Overall, I was satisfied and would hire them again.

Hydro Clean we go them talking through neighbors and they had a special discount for Angie customers. We used them in the Fall. We used them twice. We had a problem something was wrong with the dryer and we didn't think it was because of Hydro Clean. We had someone else come out and they checked the dryer and said that the duct was clogged. So we called Hydro Clean back after we already paid for this and they gave us a discount of that price on the carpets and the upholstery. So they were very professional to deal with. I would have them again.

It was a bad experience. They sent out two young men to clean my white carpets. They were not familiar with the coupon at all. They refused to accept it because they had no knowledge of it. I then had to call Angie's List who called the company to get it straightened out. They finally got the call to do it, but they did a very unsatisfactory job. I had to call someone else to come out and redo the job because the carpets were still not clean.

I bought a coupon from Angie's list which made it really easy to get the work scheduled. The guys did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. I'm not exactly sure how they measured the space (it is weird with the ceiling, tub surround and the ceiling in that space) but they tell me it was almost 400 square feet so I paid the additional when they were finished. I didn't realize the front door was open while they worked. They had to get the hoses in and I wasn't paying attention to that part. So.. I'd think twice about having this done in the dead of winter.

The coupon was for three rooms. Since the job was for two rooms, I thought the coupon would cover it. It turned out that the coupon was for 400 sq.ft. regardless of the number of rooms. The square footage was actually 627 feet (they didn't charge for under large furniture items that couldn't be moved), so there was a small extra charge. The carpet had not been cleaned for several years and there were a couple of areas that were heavily soiled. After cleaning, you couldn't tell that there had been any stains there. They put all the movable furniture either up on plastic blocks or put plastic underneath to prevent moisture from seeping into them. I did notice that the fabric felt a little stiffer than before. But at least it was clean.

They came out a day or two before Thanksgiving to clean the carpets for my guests during the holiday. They were supposed to put something down to keep the berber from changing colors, but never did. They had to come back and rush to fix the issue the day my guests were arriving. They ended up getting most of it out, but had to rent another cleaner ourselves to get it to where we were happy with.

The carpet cleaning was fair. No stain or spot remover applied. Worked very quickly. Have pets so this was of major concern for me. Poor job done on furniture. Did not any difference.

We responded to the Angie's Deal, and ended up having Hydro Clean clean the central areas of other rooms while they were here. They did a good job in cleaning the rugs, we liked how they looked. However, the person brought in a large hose and was not careful at all in using it. We found marks on the edges of our wood coffee table, on the base board coming up the stairs, corners on the upstairs baseboard where the paint was chipped off...and I heard a couple of "bangs" where he ran the cleaner attachment in to the baseboards. It has been awhile so I do not remember the exact cost...but I've put a close approximation. I need my carpets cleaned again, and liked how the rugs looked, but won't use them again because they don't move furniture out of the way, or put anything down to protect the base boards.

The technician did a conscientious job and was responsive to my concerns as best he could. I probably was overly optomistic about what the technology could achieve but the result was modestly successful. I would have it done again in the future.

I have used them for years for multiple projects. I am always satisfied with them.

The representative/technician looked at work to be done, gave estimate and then performed job. A very smooth and thorough job.

The two men performed professionally and quickly.

Did not make appointment. Requested credit from Angies list.

It turned out fine. They were reasonably priced, quick and they were in and out in a good time.

Excellent job in pressure washing, sealing did not do any good and may have contributed to the formation of algae (green matter) on the driveway, which I have not ever had happen before. Recommend the use in the future of the "Wet and Forget" Procduct be used after cleaning. I would use this company again.

The carpets were cleaned and most all stains came out . The service wasn't perfect , but I would use the company again.

Moved furniture and replaced it, treated stains as already mentioned above. Very personable and professional staff. Arrived on time!
