Hydro Clean

Hydro Clean did an excellent job. They arrived on time. Confirmed the price and what they would do. They worked steadily for 3 hours and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

Did what was advertised. Showed up on time. Only problem was that the power washing crew was unable to clean one side of the house due to the height therefore only half of one side of the house was cleaned.

The service was great and my house looks new again.

See above; One minor extra charge was for the cost of the gas to get here, maybe 15 miles away. That with the extra sq ft seemed a bit much. All in all, they did a good job w/good crew.

They were in time and did a good job. Described the service well as well as other service options.

They were prompt, professional and amicable. They took their job very seriously, even saying "we'll treat your house like it was our own" You could tell they liked what they were doing and the company they were working for.

That went well. They did more than the big deal. They came out pretty quick after I purchased the big deal. It was a matter of days. I would use them again if I needed to.

We had a couple of conversations and looked at a couple of dates for scheduling. We were looking to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in and were doing some other work within the home. They provided a couple of dates and it just didn’t work out with everything else going on. They were professional, helpful and we would be interested in possibly working with them in the future.

It went well. I have used them before. They probably cleaned the living room, bedroom and TV room. I will use them again.

Purchased from Angies List as a daily deal on May 22nd this year as an A rated company. First time I've been steered the wrong way by Angies List. Call the date of purchase and told the next available appointment is July 1. Night before they confirm the appointment and say they will arrive at 0800 July 1. Instead two guys show up at 9am. One of the guys is obviously in training. The main rep instantly starts with the up-upsale. My house is a regular colonial style two story house - 2000 square foot inside. To do gutters and all four sides the cost jumped from the $149 special to almost $500. Literally while telling me this the rep says he's not sure if he can do the one side because of a slope on that side of the house. When asked if he was prepared to do the job or not he changed and said he could. In the end I had the most in need three sides done at an additional cost of $62. As they made it to the last side two additional employees arrived. As I checked the completed side it was done terribly so I asked one of the new arrivals to come look and he asked the guy he brought with him if he was sure it had already been done and agreed it was poorly done. That guy had them redo it. In the end I had to run to store - took them 5 hours guy in training pretty much watched - when I came home they were gone. Saw they missed a few spots on the last side. Other than maybe getting a new guy and their worst employee I'm not sure why this company is so highly rated. I would not recommend them or use them again. They are definitely not what I would consider an A rated company. If the service was poor because they went too low on their special price I'd remind them most people would rather spend more money on good quality service. But they expect to get what they've paid for. Maybe bump the price but send qualified employees who will do a good job.

They technicians were very nice and fixed all the problem-spots were were concerned about.

I am not thrilled with them. They did the job, but they also did a lot of sales that I was not interested in. There were a lot of exclusions that were not included in their offer. Decks are twice the price of siding, which they do not tell you until they arrive. I was not impressed. It was fine. We could have two decks and one wall done or we could have all of the walls done. We opted to get all of the siding done and we are scrubbing the decks ourselves. They came out a week ago. I disliked the volume of advertising and now I am getting regular emails from them. Even though I said that, this was the only service that I was interested in. They felt it necessary to give me more literature and tell me about all of their other services. I was not interested in. I would not use them again.

Christina at Hydro-Clean was great to work with by phone and email to set up my appointment and to answer questions. She sent an email reminder so I could confirm my appointment the day prior. The two technicians arrived on time and were very professional in manner. We discussed the work and they answered my questions. They measured everything and provided me with a written work order showing the charges prior to beginning the work. They were very thorough and careful not to damage foundation plantings. The work was finished in an appropriate amount of time and I was asked to look everything over to be sure I was satisfied. They did a great job!

It was fabulous. They did a great job. I was very happy with this deal.

I sent an e-mail to set up an appointment. They were very prompt in their responses. Unfortunately, they were unable to fit my time frame. I would consider them again in the future.

Job very well done by a two-man team in approximately 3 hours. However, I would not have it done again unless the $149 deal were offered. The regular price would have been much more expensive and not worth it for me. Also, I opted not to have my deck done - the added price would have been prohibitive too.

They did very good work. I will deinitely be using them again soon.

I paid a little bit more than the big deal price because the big deal only had like two or three rooms in it and I did a few more. They steam cleaned the carpets for the town house that I was renting at that time so it was three bedrooms, the living room, and the basement. It went very well; they did a good job and they cleaned the carpets very well. I wasn't actually there, my nanny was there, I just saw the end result of the work. The end result was very good.

I was able to get them right in. The service they provided me went very well. They moved all the furniture and any furniture that I asked to be moved because I have a couple of very large pieces that I just didn't want to empty out. They moved everything, everything was cleaned beautifully. I had a couple of really tough stains in the carpet that came out completely. They did an excellent job as a matter a fact I'm considering hiring them again for me. We'll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.

Service was excellent. Angelo was the service provider and he did a fantastic job......it was obvious he was very focused and intent on providing the best service. And he did!!!! Recommended to my neighbor who has also hired Angelo and is extremely pleased as well. Would highly recommend this provider to anyone.

They arrived and their work sheet said they could do 200 square feet. I gave them my angies coupon which said 300 feet. .They called the company and I got 300 square feet done. Nice guys, helped me move a christmas tree out of the way since with the 300 feet I got my kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, entry way and a 10x10 area of the basement. I am so grateful for angies list. The grout in the tile had turned black and Ii was trying to do a few squares a day with a small brush.

Very well. The team missed a section of the shower stall. The company dispatched a second team which redid the entire shower. Excellent company!

great job cleaning but left an oil stain on my driveway then left a mess i when they could not remove the stain. I had to hose down driveway for 60 minutes to remove, Their comment...You expect us to clean the whole driveway?"

They were fine. They showed up on time. They were courteous and professional. It was easy for me to get hold of them.
