Great company to work with. They were very responsive, arrived on time, and carried out the work efficiently. On site crew was professional, explained what was covered and asked what I wanted them to do additionally. Office personal are very good. I recommend them highly.

Service itself was good. If you had a larger house, the "Big Deal" would have been a deal. However, we live in a smaller rowhouse, and it turned out that the deal was not much of a savings, in fact, it might have cost more than the service would have normally been. We should have evaluated the price for our specific needs first, but the service itself was good.

I purchased one the "Deals of the Day" to pressure wash my house for $199. The deal included cleaning up to 2000 square feet of siding. The company called, scheduled a date of service and asked if I could e-mail photos of the house so they could determine if the scope of the job fit into the special price. Instead, I asked if they could send someone to the house to prepare an estimate. I knew that my house was larger than 2000 square feet of siding (but not that much more) and I wanted an estimate of washing the composite decking and the vinyl porch ceiling. Two workers came out, measured the house, consulted with their office, and gave me a written estimate of over $1800. I expected an estimate in the $500-600 range. I declined and pressure washed the house by myself and it took about 12 hours. The company explained that I would have to retrieve the $199 I paid from Angie's List. I have been unable to contact Angie's List using their online form to get a refund. Apparently, the username/e-mail address and password I use to access my account does not allow me to contact Angie's List through their Help section. I will try to call their telephone number to resolve this.

They were very helpful and honest about what was needed, even told me my carpets on my stairs were in pretty good shape and I didn't need to spend more money and that a basic cleaning would suffice. I appreciated the friendliness and honesty and I certainly use them again.

They did the work as advertised and everything turned out fine. I made an appointment and they came on the appointed day and did the work on time. They did a good job and it was satisfactory. The deal was to power wash the house and we had the decks on as well, but they did the deck at a very reasonable price.

The guys that came to the house were very professional and customer oriented. After explaining what exactly needed to be done, they were able to make the siding look almost new in the areas that were cleaned. Upon completion the guys reviewed their work to ensure satisfaction. The entire transaction from start to finish was outstanding.

Technician called me with an ETA, which proved to be accurate. Two technicians performed work, and both were respectful and professional.

The service was purchased through the "Big Deal" from Angie's List on 19 May 2013, but due to volume of busy was not completed until 5 August 2013. Prior to the appointment, images and approximate square footage of the dwelling were requested. The service was scheduled for 9:00 AM on 5 August, and technicians arrived promptly at 9:00AM. A walk around the dwelling was completed first to confirm the square footage for the paperwork. The technicians then off-loaded their equipment, hooked up the power washer, and began the task of power washing the dwelling. Usually we power wash the dwelling in the spring. It had been about two and a half years since the last time the dwelling had been power washed, so there was quite a bit of build-up. The whole process took about three hours, and it looks splendid.

Bait and switch - they had an offer on Angies list with a defined # of square feet to be included. As part of the process, they asked for pictures to verify the # of square feet - which was provided. Then they show up and say 0opps there are actually more square feet than we estimated and it will be 2.5X the price. Requested refund, which owner agreed too, but also pursuing via State Attorney General and BBB for misleading advertising and bait and switch. This is really the first negative experience with an Angie's List contractor.

We still smelled pet odors in the carpet after the treatment and the company agreed to schedule me for a re-do. They told me to wait a week until the carpet was fully dry, claiming that the odors would disappear after the carpet dried. However, they never called when promised to set up the appointment. I then requested a refund of the pet stain odor portion of the job, which was about $60. However, they refused to grant a refund without coming for a second visit first. However, I refused a second visit since I just didn't want to deal with this company anymore due to their lack of responsiveness.

Tyler and Victor were very punctual, professional, and polite. They arrived before their scheduled appointment time, measured the house, and went over the overage of our square footage from the Angie's List deal so I knew exactly how much I owed them. They did a wonderful job cleaning our siding and had me walk around the house before they finished to make sure I was happy with everything. It took them approximately 3 hours to complete. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to family and friends.

The two man crew showed up right on time with a heads up call in advance. They did an outstanding job and were done in about 3 hours. They were very courteous and efficient wasting no time and making sure we were happy with the job. We've used Hydro Clean before for carpets and both experiences were excellent. I'll use them again.

Had a terrible time dealing with omanagement in regard to the pricing of my job. I had a coupon that covered upto 2000 sf of cleaning and anything over that I would be charged an additional amount. To make a very long arduous story shorter, the measurements were incorrect. I had called on several occassions and left messages for a manager to call me and never heard from anyone. On the day of the job, they re-measured and determined that the inital was incorrect. Additionally, they had a invoice that was over $1,000 higher than the actual cost, as it included several additional areas of cleaning that I did not order or want.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. They did do the work and the work was fine. They were prompt and I didn’t have any trouble scheduling. They did a good job cleaning the carpets. They were in and out quickly. They didn’t mess anything up, and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were courteous and answered all my questions. So they were pretty good.

Charlie and Victor arrived at the designated time. They measured the house for any extra square footage and although there was some extra by eliminating part of the siding which did not need cleaning the price remained the same. They completed the job in a very timely manner and did an outstanding job on the siding and the gutters. We were extremely pleased with their service.

The work was not very detailed. In one of the bathrooms they did not clean the sink. In one of the bedrooms they did not clean the floor or did not fully swipe it. One of the women was older and potentially slower but I believ more detailed than the other and the yonger woman kept on rushing her.
