Hydro Clean

It was good. We've used them before and we've been very pleased. The "Big Deal" was based on a certain size of the house so we actually had to pay more. They did a fine job. The technician that came out were extremely courteous and professional.

They showed up on time and did a great job. Power washed the deck as well, which was not part of the deal.

a window Two workers arrived on time. They power-washed siding very well. They were professional and efficient. My one complaint is that in they knocked 2 sections of the wooden frame off, possibly because the pressure was too high. . This was not a great concern because I had planned to have the wooden window frames replaced on this side of the house because of decay.

Provider was friendly on the phone and gave an accurate estimate of services with explanation and no sale of additional services. Missed first scheduled service time due to traffic delays. Rescheduled and was on-time. Friendly excellent service. Very professional. Estimates was very close to final price. Carpets look great. I will definitely use them again.

They did a decent job. However, we made it clear we were not going to be at home at the time of the service and even provided a diagram of the location to be power washed, and they noted it was no problem. On the day of service they called to say they couldnt do the work until a release was signed. So we had to email/fax/call, etc. to get the approval to the crew to get the work done. Although they were very polite, it is clear they have some protocol issues.

This job was in conjunction with a Big Deal through Angies List. I forget what the original big deal cost but our house was bigger than what was specified in the offer (which we knew) and we had them do some additional things. They did a very good job when they first came and touched up a couple places that I pointed out in the final walk around. I signed the form saying the job was complete. Then the next day I noticed a part of the siding in an upper level that hadn't been done. it was an irregular triangular area where some different roof lines intersected so it wasn't immediately obvious when we did the walk around. I called the office to tell them and they came back within a day or two to clean that area. I never saw them on the second trip but I noticed that they had quickly come back to wash this area.

I've been using Hydro-Clean for over a few years now and continue to be impressed by the quality of the work and professionalism of the workers. Charlie arrived on time, is very courteous and works quickly and effectively. I will definitely continue to use them and will always request Charlie.

They were good. They showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. They worked a lot longer than most companies would, to ensure every inch of the carpet was cleaned. They left the furniture in the house in terrific shape. They were very polite and they stuck to their price, and that’s why I’m calling them back for another service. Their price was very reasonable and it’s what they offered in Angie’s List.

I never heard from the company in regards to scheduling a time for them to come out. They also did not give me any contact information to try and get a hold of them.

Company did a great job and we had a very tough stain that they came back twice to retreat and did not charge for retreatments. I highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I had some trouble that morning with getting the outside water spout to work, and they made every attempt to assist me in fixing the problem. We ultimately ended up using the neighbor's spout, but I truly appreciated their effort and patience. They did a nice job in both the front and rear of my home (which was in serious need of cleaning), and finished in the time they said they would. The price was perfect, and they followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied. I definitely would use this company again.

I bought a package, but once they arrived, I realized what I bought did not over all of the work. I had to pay an additional $250 I believe. I must say, they got just about every stain out and really worked on getting out pet odors. I would def use again and will in a few months, in time for the holidays.

The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and courteous, and did a great job of explaining everything they were going to do. They started the job and finished slightly under their time estimate. After completing the job, they asked me to walk around the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. While they were here, I asked for an estimate on carpet cleaning, and they covered their shoes with protective booties before coming into the house! They quickly measured and calculated the cost for carpet cleaning, and left me with a written estimate. I was pleased with their price, and will be calling them soon to schedule!

Jerry and Victor arrived at scheduled time, introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were going to do. Jerry measured all of the areas, worked up a final estimate and they began immediately. Jerry and Victor did a phenominal job, and were very courteous and professional. I plan to use Hydro Clean in the future, and would highly recommend them.

The men who came out to measure the house for the service were INCREDIBLY nice !The "deal" I had was to have the house pressure washed.I asked if they did decks also.They gave me an estimate to add the deck.We misunderstood each other.I needed the deck cleaned AND stained Unfortunately, they only did pressure washing.The weekend before they were scheduled to come do the house,I had found a good deck company who would pressure wash AND stain the deck.Without my asking,they did the house at the same time (my deck was on both sides of the house).They didn't charge me for the house since they just did it while they were doing the deck.I would have to have used Hydro-Clean before my house would need cleaning again.I asked if they would come do the carport and walkway instead and they said no since that wasn't the "deal" from Angie. They were very nice about it and I would use them again if I needed them.

All of the ceramic tile and grout are white. The floor turned out really good but when they left the floor was really wet (little puddles). I had to absorb excess with towels. The shower walls didn't even look like they were done. My home is only 9 years old and the shower walls were regrouted about three years ago so they only had a few bad spots. The cleaning didn't remove any of the black spots so I was disappointed about that. I thought everything would turn out really white, like new!

They gave us their price then left.

Even though it cost me more than I expected I was very happy with the results. Now my house looks great again!

Outstanding!!!! We were very pleased and would highly recommend this company. (We had also used them previously for pressure washing our house, deck and driveway Christian and Andrew arrived promptly. They were very professional and friendly. After they measured everything, Christian explained all the work they would do and the prices. We were so pleased with the price of rug cleaning , that we added two more rugs on the spot. Christian and Andrew worked quickly and efficiently. They were very neat and careful to return everything they had moved. They put pads or blocks under the chair legs and furniture. Christian explained to us how we could seal the grout so that it would stay clean longer. He showed us the sealer applicator they use and also gave us a price if they were to do it. Everything looks GREAT!! The ceramic tile and grout (about 10 years old) look brand new!!! The carpet and rugs look great, too!! Outstanding company!! Outstanding service!!

The service provider was very nice and explained that the coupon should of stated that it was for vinyl siding only.

The service wasn't great, just fair.

Two workman were punctual, explained the procedure, and did a great job removing the green build up on our siding.
