Description of Work: Power washed concrete patios and stairs on a hill - excellent job. The technician was very prompt, courteous and made helpful suggestions.

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway, all wall to wall carpeting. They also cleaned 2 rugs. The 2 gentlemen were efficient and professional. The only problem was there was a stain on one of the rugs that wasn't there before they cleaned it.

Description of Work: Good job on everything but still had pet odor. To be fair to them though, that spot was a favorite of my dog. Men arrived on time, were friendly, flexible and professional.

Description of Work: My primary reason for using the company was to pressure wash a ceramic tille, 2 person, walk- in shower. The design and size of the shower make a thorough cleaning by ordinary means difficult. The process used did the job! We were very pleased with the finished product. The first crew missed the shower ceiling. No problem! The oversight was reported to the office and a second crew was dispatched to complete the job the following business day. I also had two ceramic tile bathroom floors and the kitchen floor cleaned. The team did a good job; however, I am not convinced the process used improved the look of the floors over what is accomplished by a good manual scrubbing. Overall, I was pleased with the company. The company representatives from the office staff to the cleaning team were helpful, prompt, professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: We used Hydro Clean to have our carpets cleaned. We did not have them clean under furniture, but just in all open areas on three floors. We have used them twice, and they have done a wonderful job. Would recommend them wholeheartedly :)

Description of Work: I called and set up an appointment to have my mother's carpet cleaned. They were very accommodating and punctual.

Description of Work: We used the services of Hydro Clean on the 7th of December 2011 for carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: When I called Hydro Clean the first thing I was told -- which I really appreciated -- was "we're not the lowest cost company around, but we do a great job and I know you'll be happy with the result." Since I already knew the low-ballers would just jack up the price with add-ons, this wasn't a problem and conveyed a sense that the company is trustworthy -- which it clearly is. After generally describing the spaces that needed cleaning and being told a final estimate would be given once they'd arrived and measured, I was given a rough cost of about $345. I was thrilled they could come the next day, since I called them on the Monday before Thanksgiving. The final cost quoted after they'd measured the spaces was about $100 lower than the price mentioned over the phone. I decided to add a deodorizing treatment for $60, bringing the final cost to $310. The two-man crew arrived at precisely 2 p.m. (I was given an 11-2 window). My only small issue was that I thought they'd call first and when I hadn't heard from anyone by 1:45 I got worried and called the company. The person who answered the phone contacted the crew and told me they were 5 minutes away. The guys who came (James and David -- I think? sorry guys I didn't write it down) were prompt, and pleasant. did an incredible job on my carpeting (stairs, den, hall, 2 bedrooms) -- which had multiple pet stains and (blush) had not been cleaned in a decade. When they left, stains I thought would never come out were magically gone except for one or two which simply could no longer be removed (one was probably ink that had dyed the fibers). The rug in our den, the room we use most, had been crushed flat. I thought nothing could help it but figured we'd give it a try before replacing it. Hydro Clean left it looking fabulous! The guys did their work quickly and quietly, moved the furniture back into place after putting the heavy pieces on foam lifts so the carpet could dry underneath it. One recommendation (theirs) that I followed and think helped them get in and out quickly -- before they came I took everything except the heaviest pieces of furniture and all the loose items out of the rooms and vacuumed the rugs thoroughly. I also moved the heavy pieces away from the walls where possible and vacuumed behind and under them.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned my 50 year old house. The air vents must have had at least 25 years worth of dust and construction build up. They were fast and pretty tidy. My vents were painted on and I assisted with removing those vent covers so I would not incur the 5 dollar extra charge per vent. I also agreed to vacuum up behind them. They were quiet and sensitive to my baby sleeping in the house, and the amount of dust they removed was unbelievable. Our heats works much better now. I did notice some vents were left loose but nothing we could not remedy.

Description of Work: Having my first floor under construction for the past 7 months the carpet in the basement took a beating. The Hydro-Clean Tec's were very pleasant, the job was done quickly, and my carpet looks and smells great!
