Description of Work: True Green has applied fertilizer and weed control to my yard. I am impressed, the weeds have disappeared! They let me know when they were coming and arrived the stated date. I did not interact with anyone, but am pleased with the work.

Description of Work: I've had one application out of 6. That one application involved the spreading of lime and was on April 5, 2014. I'm due for the 2nd application soon. My ratings of N/A for Punctuality is based on the fact that I don't think the company tells you when they're going to be at your home. In my case, I just happened to arrive home when the first application was being applied and I don't know when they will perform the next application. The rating of N/A for quality is I simply can't rate that category based on one application. Therefore, this summary may not be very useful but I am responding to repeated requests from Angie's List for comments.

Description of Work: Last spring after several telephone conversations with the Wilmington DE branch, I scheduled an initial servicing of my lawn. The day came and went and no one showed up. I called back, got a message machine and complained. A few days later I got a call telling me that they were coming the next day. NO I said-that is not convenient for me-I can only have you come on certain days of the week.

 + -1 moreTHE TREATMENTS FOR THE LAWN PRODUCED NO GROWTH. WE USED THEM FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR AND THEY PROVIDED TREATMENTS SIX TIMES A YEAR. WE ARE NO LONGER USING THEM, BECAUSE WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PREVIOUS RESULTS WE RECEIVED.
