Description of Work: I used Apex to install all new windows to my home in 2010. I noticed over the winter that a seal must have broken and I had a film on the window. I simply called Apex, provided the serial number and a replacement sash was made. I rated a "C" on punctuality and responsiveness ONLY because I received no call back and had to call again to see about window. Once I made contact, sash was delivered the next day and I installed myself.

+ -1 moreStephan was in for and estimate, he did not put pressure on me . He only explained and demonstrated the product. After thinking about it and called him with my decision- he set up for measurement. At all steps the workers were professional, careful and respectful. After the installation they came out promptly for one very minor adjustment.
Description of Work: Apex replaced all 18 original windows and a sliding door with triple pane,tilt windows. They removed the old windows and diposed of them, they installed the new windows and all in one day.They were very careful and professional. I highly recommed Apex Energy Solution to anyone seeking a guality product and professional company with which to deal. I recomed Apex to my friends.

+ 0 moreI rarely respond to door-to-door solicitations, so I made sure I did some checks on this company, e.g. Angie's List, Better Business Bureau. All of our contacts with Apex were professional from the first guy who came to the door, to the salesman who showed us the product to the installers. I was impressed with the quality of the product and felt we paid a good price for that quality. The quality of the installation was very good, including the caulking around the windows. We intend to have them come back and do three more windows and another sliding glass door. We had to postpone the installation of these due to some other work we are having done at the house. Apex agreed to give us the same price for these remaining items.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. When we questioned the problem that could occur because our old windows were Anderson, they quickly came up with a solution.
Description of Work: We had the windows in the front of the house replaced with APEX windows. The person who gave us the estimate was knowledgeable of the product. The installers were excellent and were in and out quickly with no mess. We were so pleased with the product through this last winter that we are putting the windows on the back and side of the house. I am assuming that it will go as well. These windows are triple pane and the grid is inside which I really like. The different ways you can adjust the window is great and the vinly is so much easier to care. I was surprised at how expensive windows were but they were worth it.
