William was the first of many window reps to stop by who did not say he needed my wife to sit through a demo of the window with me, but could show just me the windows. He is a super nice guy who did not provide any pressure or one-day-only deals, just answered my questions and gave me a straightforward price. We had our front windows done and are now planning to do the rest of the house. The installers were pretty quick and professional. The windows look and work great. If you are in the market for new windows, we highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions (AES). Our experience with AES has been an overall positive experience from start to finish. William Powars was a pleasure to work with and very helpful in helping us understand AES business model; a no pressure, no hassle sales presentation. The sales presentation was a positive learning experience providing insight into the Window production industry. William was also very knowledgeable in helping us decide what style of window fit best throughout our home. We purchased twenty-five windows at considerable difference in cost from bigger competitive companies. Plus, AES windows are triple pane engineered and constructed for maximum energy efficiency. Customer service was excellent. We were given a timeline when the windows would be ordered, delivered, and installed. AES did not deviate from the timeline keeping us in the loop as the timeline progressed. The installation team was outstanding. Carlos and his two man team was very professional, courtesy, and efficient. Carlos always had time to answer questions during the install. We were informed installation would take two days. Carlos and his team installed twenty five windows within the two day time frame leaving no mess behind. Great sales team! Extremely knowledgeable about their product and others in the market place. Absolutely no pressure! Polite and professional installers. On time... Work went off without a hitch... Entire house (16 windows) completed in one day. Possible rain in the afternoon, so all outside work was completed first. A superior job. One of the best contractors that we have ever used. Triple pane window... much clearer view than old windows. The first month after our installation, we achieved a 30 percent reduction in our utility bill. Excellent service, installation, and product. Very happy with all. APEX Windows are much easier to operate and clean and are more quiet than the double pane wood windows they replaced. They look great. Installation was professional. They are not the cheapest window available but in my opinion one of the best.

We sat through three different company sales presentations and selected Apex Energy Solutions. Their rep had excellent product knowledge, addressed all our questions and concerns, and helped us make an informed decision on the best model window for our needs. Once the team started the installation they worked efficiently to remove the old windows and begin the installation of all are new windows. At the end of each day they had everything neat and tidy both inside and outside. Overall we were very impressed in the quality of their work and how well the team worked together. We have noticed a drop in our gas and electric bill and even the usual outside noise has been drastically reduced. Amazingly well. Matt Allardt was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The installers surprised even my husband who is pretty darned particular (and knows enough about products and installation to know they were doing a phenomenal job. We LOVE the new windows which make cleaning as easy as it ever could be...but my favorite feature is the QUIET! Before these windows, wind and other outside noises were bothersome; now the house is significantly quieter and more "secure feeling" no matter the weather! Am so glad we were "discovered" by the young man representing Apex and vice versa. This was an experience that made me a believer again in quality products and quality workers providing them.

I didn't believe that they could replace 32 windows, replace rotten wood and caulk in the same day. Unbelievable! They were on-time, courteous, professional and very quick. Matt our sales guy and the PM on the installation couldn't have been better in educating, informing and executing. Even better, six months later, there was an issue with the large dinning room window which they replaced, no questions asked. The windows are fantastic! Quieter, warmer and easier to clean. I would recommend Apex Energy Solutions without question. Truly a fantastic project.

It went well, they workmen were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased with the windows, they are easy to open, and easy to clean.

Approached us for new windows and asked that we would be a referral for them/put a sign on our lawn. They got the whole job done in one day and were very professional. About a month later, discovered a small problem with one of the window locks. A gentleman came out the next day and replaced the whole window. Would recommend Apex for any window replacement.

We've been satisfied with the windows. They installers finished in a day and cleaned up well after themselves. One of the screens didn't fit properly on a window in the front dining room and they promptly came out with a replacement screen. Everything went smoothly and we would recommend them to others.

Door to door salesman sold me on the quality of the windows and the price. The order ws filled quickly and the installation of 10 windows toold 3.5 hours from start to finish and the quality of the work is A+

They did a wonderful job. The marketing person that we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable. He had very good sample of his product. He knew it thoroughly.
