ULTIMATE APPLIANCE REPAIR

As usual, Dan Sadaka returned my call within a half hour and discussed the problem on the phone to determine if I could address it myself using his suggestions. We determined that a service call was needed and he squeezed it in later that morning. He quickly found and resolved the problem and made modifications to prevent future recurrences. There are very few bills I'm happy to pay; this is one of them, Dan is a truly gem.

They took apart my dryer cleaned the inside and out of it and replaced the motor. The tech provided answers to any of my questions and was veru polite. I would recommend them to anyone who has an appliance that you want repaired.

Dishwasher would not close properly and lock. Previous repairman from another company mangled the surrounding edge of the dishwasher when attempting to repair another problem. Dan reshaped the inner edges of the dishwasher so that the door would close and latch properly. Dan was exceptional in all phases of the job. Immediate call backs, genuine concern for getting the repair right and insuring our satisfaction, sincerity.and good manners, good clean up after his work.

I was very pleased with everything. Dan returned my call promptly. I left a message over the weekend and he called me first thing on Monday morning. He was very thorough in explaining over the phone everything that could possibly be wrong with my dryer and approximately how much it would cost to fix. He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed the problem for the amount that he had quoted. I was also impressed that he showed my an unrelated problem and made recommendations on how I should fix that. I will definately call him if I need another appliance repaired.

My refrigerator was not cooling and after refering to Angie's List I contacted Ultimate Appliance Repair. Dave came to my home the same day. He found the problem immediately but didn't have the repair part on his truck and had to order the part from G E. Fortunately, he devised a remedy so that I did not lose any power. As soon as the part was delivered he came and repaired my refrigerator. I definately would use this company again. He was a very caring individual.i

He was really good. The guy was right on time, came in gave the diagnosis and was able to fix it. It was reasonably priced. I was very happy with the service.

I called Dan when I discovered my Kenmore refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. Dan talked me through a couple of checks to see if the problem with the refrigerator could be corrected without him coming to the house. For about an hour it appeared to work but when I checked again it had stopped cooling/freezing. I called Dan back and within the hour he had arrived at my house. He quickly discovered that the problem was the switch that controls the compressor. He replaced the faulty part very quickly and my refrigerator is again working.

I phoned Dan (the owner/operator) this morning to repair my broken Refrigerator. He was very polite and said he would bet to me today. At 10:00am he phoned and said he was on his way. It is now 11:30am and he left, everything is fixed. Very reasonable price and he is a pleasure to work with.

Dan has been to our house before and as usual, he did a fantastic job this time. Dan quickly diagnosed the problems with our fridge and the microwave. He was able to order the appropriate parts and return within just a few days to complete the repair work. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest. We previously had Dan out to assess our washing machine. He gave us both options of repair or simply buying a new washer and was honest saying that he didn't think a repair was worth it and that we should consider buying a new washing machine. We highly value this kind of honesty.

Provider arrived when scheduled. He replaced relay and circuitry that had failed and thereby wouldn't allow compressor to start. Provider took the time to assess, at my request, repair options for a small chest freezer. Provider works alone. He is very friendly and replies to voice mails as soon as possible. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER.

Dan returned my call quickly and worked through the issue with the dishwasher. Once he understood what was needed, he was able to squeeze in a visit that afternoon and had the problem resolved within an hour. I had called the factory authorized repair service first but was given a 2 day window for when they could give me a future date for service. Also their prices seemed high, so I went to Angie's List and found Dan nearby. Dan handles all brands and models of all household appliances, so we will use him for service in the future.

My dishwasher stopped working last July so, when I finally got tired of washing all the dishes, I decided to call a repairman. I had used Sears before (where I bought the appliances) but decided to try someone else. I found Ultimate on Angie's List so I called. I was scheduled for the next day and Dan arrived when he said he would. I called about my dishwasher, which he fixed right away and he also looked at my icemaker (broken for several years). He was able to order the new part for my icemaker and came back the next week to repair it. Dan is a very personable, pleasant man who knows appliances. He has very fair rates for his service and parts. He arrived when he said he would and contacted me to let me know about the status of the part order. He returned promptly to complete the work. I would definitely call him again to fix my appliances.

No problems -- on time, polite, gave accurate estimate. Dan is pleasant and prompt and I will use him again if needed.

Dan was great! Very responsive and he knew is stuff. He didnt try to rip me off and charged a reasonable rate for the work.

A switch on my top loading washing machine failed and I called Ultimate Appliance Repair and left a message. Dan, the owner, returned my call within 15 minutes and discussed the problem with me. He then ordered the part and was able to install it two days later. While at the house he discovered another problem which he repaired. Dan also took time to explain how to best maximize the features on my washer. Great service!

Work was very quick and extremely reasonable prices for the parts and labor. I also appreciated the fact that he kept in touch until he could give me a definite time to be at my house. Very pleasant, prompt and professional. I'll use him again if the need arises for another repair.

He was very prompt and courteous and helpful, but it was under warranty so we had to use an LG repair man.

I called and described the problem. Dan outlined the potential possibilities and we scheduled a repair date. He came on time with a call before arrival. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. It could not have gone better.

Overall it was Dan's usual terrific job. He ascertained the problem over the phone, ordered a new disposal to bring with him, explained what he was doing while it was being done, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. As a bonus, our refrigerator with a faulty light switch got a new one, no charge. We are VERY satisfied customers!

I called Dan yesterday based on Angie's List reviews when my tenants reported that the fridge at my rental property was not as cold as it should be. I contemplated replacing the fridge since I worried that it would be just as expensive to pay a repairperson to come out and look at it. I left Dan and voicemail and he called me back within an hour or so. I feel that their $65 house call/diagnostic fee and $55 flat rate labor fee are very reasonable compared to what I saw offered elsewhere. He told me on the phone that the parts would be at wholesale prices with no markup and that he could be out this morning to fix the fridge. The fact that he could come out so quickly made me happy since I have tenants waiting to have a working fridge and I want to maintain a good relationship with them. I also liked Dan's professional and friendly demeanor and truly felt that he was happy to have my business. I've dealt with other providers recently who made me feel like I had to work to get their business. I will not hesitate to use Dan again if we are in need of another appliance repair.

They responded quickly to the call. Mr. Dan was the one who came over to our place to repair the leak. He did the repairs and also gave an advice on how to deal with problem at no expense in the future.

A power surge burnt both circuit boards in my 2 year old high-end dishwasher. Dan is obviously in demand, and easy to see why. I called a couple times to catch him in between customers, but Dan called me back within a day, came out the next day, had the two circuit boards shipped overnight and fixed my dishwasher the next day. He charged a flat rate visit and labor fee, and charges the wholesale cost on parts, so I thought the value was excellent. I will have Dan install my new stove and microwave in a few weeks, and will definitely call him again for any large appliance repair needs.

Dan is a very consciencious person. He explained in detail the isses and what we need to do to repair. He went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to fix the low flow of the water to my refridgerator, even though we both new it was from poor well pressure.

I was happy with his work and will recommend him to friends.
