From start to finish, working with Greg was phenomenal. He was able to come out with just a few days of scheduling an appointment, accessed our water leak issue on our washing machine, ordered the parts and within a week, had our machine back up & running again. He quoted me a very reasonable price and still came out a few bucks under. I highly recommend Ultimate Appliance Repair -- and will actually be giving them another call shortly, as our Dryer just stopped working properly.

These guys are the best, especially Greg. On time, thoroughly explain everything, professional repairs and very friendly.

Great - we had a horrible experience dealing with our home warranty company so when I had the chance to choose my own service provider I jumped at it and i am so glad that a friend recommended Ultimate Appliance. They were so helpful and did a great job - they really know what they are talking about, all of the ins and outs of appliances. We own 3 homes - two rentals- and I have dealt with my fair share of repairmen (and appliance repairs) and I know that when you find a good appliance repair company to hold on tight to that number because so many companies hire technicians that really don't know what they are doing and deem something as "not able to repair" when it really can be fixed. It's great to have someone you trust!

Based on favorable member reviews, I called this service provider and left a voice mail message regarding the repair work I needed done. I waited two and half days for a return call and when I never received a call back I then called another service provider who did return my call promptly. The repair has now been completed by the second service provider I called, and I still haven't received a return call from Mr. Sadaka.

I called Dan and a few other companies, and was planning on using the person that responded quickest to my call, and that was able to fix the problem for a reasonable price. Dan responded first, explained his pricing, came out the next day to diagnose the problem and ordered the part. The part came in within 24 hours and he was out to fix it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and much more responsive than the other calls I place to bigger companies. He takes pride in his work, and is willing to go above and beyond. There is no middle man, or secretary or automated service center- I highly recommend him and will call him again.

Dan's repaired not only my dishwasher but also my washing machine (twice, the second time because a guitar pick got stuck inside the machine!), and I can't say enough good things about him. He's the only one who works at the company, so when you call, you actually get to talk to him and not a receptionist, which is excellent, because sometimes he can tell you how to fix it yourself, or if it's something that might resolve itself. He's super experienced and knowledgeable, he's prompt, it's easy to communicate with him via text or call, and he's personable and friendly. As long as he's in business, I will never, ever call anyone else to repair my appliances!

He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in detail. I asked him to proceed ordering the part and when the part came he was very good accommodating my work schedule to complete the job. He only charged when it was completed. If I need in the future I will call him again.

NOTHING beats the quality and efficiency of Dan's work! I am still shocked that three of my large appliances are now in perfect working order. I was faced with the possibility of replacing the ancient washer and dryer that came with the purchase of my home (20 years ago), or having it repaired. I also had a broken water/ice dispenser in my refrigerator. Dan was nothing short of professional and punctual! I could not be more pleased and will never call anyone else for appliance repair. Please heed my strong advise and look no further!

I used a company for appliance repairs. He was excellent. Just the owner of the company came, Dan. He was excellent. He gave me a date. He came on time. He was very honest about his diagnosis. He had to come back because he had to order a part. He came back. He was punctual. I just liked everything about him. I would give him A plus. He is excellent. The work that he did turned out fine.

Ultimate Appliance is AWESOME! Mr. Saduka found time to squeeze in a service call even though he was incredibly busy. He investigated the tenants complaints about their dishwasher and took the time to explain to them how to be able to optimize the dishwasher's ability to clean and dry to this units best ability. He didn't suggest we needed to replace the dishwasher or buy into some bogus part that we didn't need. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY and taking time to educate everyone. Mr. Saduka's business practice is very refreshing and we'll be sure to call Ultimate Appliance next time!

Called the professional late in the evening and the call was returned the next morning. After describing the issue Dan diagnosed it as an issue with the pump and thought it could be repaired. He said that he had an appointment in that area that day and could pop in to take a look so as to order parts if necessary. Upon arrival at my house and inspecting the refrigerator he stated that it contained an outdated cooling system and would not be cost effective to repair. As the unit was 15 years old, I did not doubt his expertise and knew it was time to replace. Unexpectedly, Dan did not charge me the service call fee originally quoted due to being in the area. This type of service is rare these days and what all service companies should strive to provide.

I can't say enough good things about Dan's professionalism and expertise. He phoned me back promptly. It took practically no time for him to diagnose the problem, order the required part (on his phone, while still in my basement!), and return two days later to repair it. This is my third experience with this company-- Dan has previously successfully repaired my refrigerator and dishwasher. I can't imagine calling anyone else!

Provider was contacted to come out to repair a Scotsman under the counter ice maker. Diagnosed problem that pump was not working. Said he would research cost and where to get it. He also was scheduled to repair freezer in my Viking refrigerator. He called later that evening to give me a price on the Scotsman pump and said he needed more time to research the Viking refrigerator problem. Before leaving my home he said the temperature in the refrigerator and the viking were set to high and he lowered the temperature to the lowest setting. The following day he did not call as he said he would. I called to follow up and got his voice mail and left a message. He never returned our seventeen calls and we never heard from him again. We left for vacation and came back to a refrigerator that no longer worked. The entire contents of the refrigerator and freezer had to be thrown away. Very costly!! We called another company ( Appliance Doctor) and when they were analyzing the problem I told them that this company ( the mans name was Dan) had turned the temperature down to the lowest setting. They instructed me that because of this, the Viking refrigerator went into a mode that if not changed back after a certain period of time, could burn out the inverter board. This was exactly what happened, causing us to have to replace it. The total cost for his total disregard of our problem and his ineptness ended up costing us 623.00!!!!! Needless to say the ice maker was never fixed either. Please heed my strong advise to never use this company's services.

The cost was very reasonable. He was very efficient and came almost immediately. He repaired it within one day.

Dan came over and told us it was a simple fix that our instruction booklet didn't mention doing. He fixed it and then made sure our stove was balanced out before he left. He also spent time answering questions we asked about this and that with the appliances in the kitchen. Will definitely call him back when we purchase a new dishwasher and microhood for installation and future repairs. He was so knowledgable, nice and could have charged us a fortune, but he only charged us a very reasonable amount for the fix and the balancing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Part was back-ordered so I had a wait, but otherwise all went well - very happy with Dan's service and committment

It was great. The provider was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, he was an expert. He explained exactly what had to be done before we hired him, he came as quickly as he could (he had to wait for parts to be ordered), he kept us informed about the status of the parts that had been ordered, and he did the job quickly but thoroughly. I would definitely hire this company any day for any appliance problem.

Was able to fix it when two other companies could not.

It went great! Dan was accommodating in setting a time that met my schedule. He gave a 4 hour window with an approximation in advance of what he expected and would call 15 minutes before arrival. He came exactly when he had predicted. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem - the adjustments from natural to LP gas had not been done correctly when the stove was installed. The orafice adjustments for LP gas should be much smaller than for natural gas. (This despite assurances by the plumber/installer 3 years ago and a factory-authorized repair person 2 years ago when there were similar but less obvious problems; it had just taken this long for the resulting soot to build up enough that I could not use the oven.) Dan made the adjustments and ensured that everything was working properly. He wasn't sure whether the glow plug was drawing enough amperage but checked and it was. He said that if the plug had problems later, he would come back to replace it and charge only for the part. After I cleaned the oven baffle, racks, etc, he put things back together nicely and cleanly. He was very pleasant the whole time. I had also told him on the phone that my washing machine was vibrating across the floor and wanted him to look at it. He told me that there might be an additional charge for the second appliance. However, he was able to determine that the problem was with our homemade pedestal rather than the machine and gave me suggestions on how to fix it. He also told me about problems he'd seen on this model previously so I could look out for them going forward. And he did not charge me for the second appliance. The whole repair process, which took less than an hour, cost $120 for the trip charge and labor. This was very reasonable. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly call him for any appliance repair needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.

He gave me the prices over the phone ahead of time so there were no surprises. Dan worked with my crazy schedule to get us an appointment as soon as possible. He showed up on time, and worked while my inquisitive son asked him 20 questions and was gracious and patient. He found that there was material stuck in the blower housing, so it wouldn't require anything being replaced! He removed the blower wheel, removed the clothing and reassembled it. He left the area just as he found it with no mess, and even gave my husband a recommendation for a better exhaust pipe (which he just purchased and installed today). I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I called on wednesday He said he would be at my house the next day and he was. He found that the heater was bad and ordered a new one. The heater was installed that Monday and the dryer works great..

Dan provides a realistic estimate when he will arrive in advance prior to the appt. Called when on his way and was prompt. He is very knowledgeable, explains what is wrong and what the options are. He was quick and provides a fair price for the services provided. He is a 'diamond in the rough' and seems to be honest and sincerely wants to provide a great service at reasonable price. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Wondeful job. Fixed various issues with the refrigerator and left it working like a charm.
