Troy Wiggington (President of Bugout) came and did the termite inspection of the home we currently live in and are in the process of purchasing. When I called to book the appointment, I was greeted with a friendly, respectful, professional individual who was happy to help explain the cost associated with the inspection and set up a time that was convenient for me. I was told a reminder call would be made to me the day prior to the appointment, and it absolutely was! Troy was prompt and on time as promised. He gave the house a thorough inspection and did not try to pressure, or hard sell me, on services I may or may not have needed. I will absolutely use Bugout Termite & Pest Control again. I'm glad I have Angie's List to help guide me in choosing honest, reputable people. BIG thumbs up for Bugout!!

Their office person was very helpful and made me feel valued. Troy, the person who gave me the estimate, was on time and very good about following up. Although they had to reschedule the treatment, due to a medical emergency for one of their technicians, they called me to let me know what was happening and worked around my schedule. I was very pleased and plan to use them again to help with a problem at my new home!

It went well. A very professional guy who took his job seriously. He examined every nook and cranny of the inside and outside of the house for termite evidence. Luckily we had no sign of the nasty little beasts. No hard sell, just good info. Will definitely use them if we run into a problem.

Bugout performed a termite inspection for my refinance, my bank recommended them and I'm glad they did! I was pleasantly surprised that the inspector didn't try to sell me a service contract which actually made me ask him questions about the company, how they operate and their service plans. Troy was professional, he was on time and friendly and he answered all my questions...he even noticed and explained why my basement was damp and gave me suggestions on how to fix the problem. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Just a good experience. The people I spoke to on the phone were knowledgable and were able to schedule me within a week of my call. As I said above, Allan H. was prompt, courteous, and checked my house out thoroughly, spraying everywhere. I don't think those ants have a chance.

Overall it was a good experience and the problem of carpenter ants got resolved and we will use them in the future if there is a need.

I like it when I was talking to them on the phone initially to set up the appointment, they addressed the concern that I had about whatever they are going to be using mainly inside the house. We had a serious ant invasion last year. I had two cats and I was really concerned that if they had to treat the inside of the house, would they use stuff that was safe for pets. They reassured me on the phone that it would definitely be safe for pets and children. When they came out to do the actual work, I reiterated that it had to be safe whatever would be sprayed inside. They said it was. The pets did not have any problem with it. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it in a timely fashion. They took care of the problem because the very next day, we hardly had a single ant in the house. Two days later, we did not have any problem at all. I have also recommended this company to two other people in my family.

They listen to my concerns and the areas that need to be treated. I would rate them highly in all aspects.

Treated three areas and removed the nests. Service was very quick. Service was as quoted. The gentleman arrived at the time stated. Will be using them again if I need additional services.

I called Bugout on a Monday and they were able to get me a Wednesday appointment (which I requested). The technician was exactly on time and went right to work. He didn't try to sell me any contract service, but simply explained what he saw and what he didn't see (termites). The price was exactly as quoted on the phone and he was in and out in 30 minutes covering the entire inside and outside of my house. Super job!! Robert

Awesome company with great owner and great staff. Troy, the owner, came out to give us estimates and followed up with all questions and concerns before the work began. I was originally planning to shop around but after talking with Troy, I was confident about their services and I was not getting a run around. Dan, the technician, came out and performed work diligently. Dan took great pride in his work and was very professional. Troy, Dan, and the secretary were all super and courteous. I will definitely continue working with them.

I called 410-760-6065 and scheduled an appointment for someone from Bugout Termite & Pest Control Inc to inspect our home for Monday, 27 February 2012. Troy Wiggington (company President) came out to the house did his inspection; I told him that before we moved into this home in 2005, there was over $6,500.00 worth of termite damage repaired before the previous owners could go to closing. We talked about the options, liquid treatment verses non-conventional treatment (i.e. Sentricon). Having worked for a pest control company years ago, I did not want Sentricon, so we agreed upon a liquid treatment for outside around our home. We set up a treatment date of Monday, 05 March 2012 and basically everything went as planned. The technician showed up on time, he was very professional, polite and was finished within an hour and a half. This is the kind of service company that I like doing business with. Bugout Termite & Pest Control Inc has met and exceeded our expectations. I have no doubt that the treatment will do what it's supposed to do; stop termites from destroying my home. Good job Troy!

I called as a new customer, they offered a date, but realizing my frustration with trying to get rid of ants on my own, they changed things and came in 2 days. Troy was very professional, explained everything he was doing. The termite inspection seemed very thorough. He found no active termites, and with out pressuring me , he gave me an estimate of the cost of a treatment, which I will need if I go to sell the house. He gave me the 10% Angie's discount although I did not remind him.

We first hired Bugout to treat for ants and silverfish in a rental we own. They were very professional on the phone, and didn't pressure me into services I didn't need. Their pricing was great and they were able to come out to the house quickly. Upon arrival, the service provider toured the house to understand where we were experiencing issues and then got to work treating both the interior and exterior of the home, including around the 2nd story deck. We were so impressed we hired them again to treat for ants in our primary residence. Same professionalism, pricing and best of all, no more pests! We would definitely hire them again.

The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We thought we might have had termites, but he assured us that we were seeing winged ants. Then he showed us where they were getting in and where the water was leaking in that the ants were attracted to. He treated the inside and the outside with sprays and granules and we haven't seen ants (or any other pests) since.

They were very good and I would have no complaints. I got there name from Angie's List and I was pleased.

We found dozens of dead termites on our living room floor, apparently having entered under the front door or around the door frame. We vacuumed them up but the next evening a new batch appeared. We had BUGOUT provide an estimate and describe their procedures. We have caged birds in the house and were afraid of having volatile chemicals used. Troy described a procedure that involved burying "baits" in the soil near the house. He explained that our dogs probably wouldn't bother digging them up but, if they did, we could put some heavy objects over them for protection. He returned with a helper within a week, right on schedule, and performed the work just as he described it. He was right, the dogs paid no attention to the baits. Part of his service was to re-inspect in one year. We have since cleaned up the dead termites and no new ones have appeared. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this vendor to any Angie's list reader.
