Description of Work: Very professional. I would definitely use this company again. The woman I made my appointment with was extremely helpful. Initially my appointment time was in a week. She called me back and told me she had an availability come up for the next day. That worked really well for me. The technician called 1/2 hour before showing up. My appointment time ranged from 10 am to 12 pm. The technician showed at 10 am. He was very professional. I was so pleased with the service, I called the company to compliment them on their service.

Description of Work: The date and price are approximates. The company was very professional and the service was prompt. The only two drawbacks were: 1. Not honoring the AL 10% off deal...I was charged full price.2. The first service did not exterminate all of the pests.

Description of Work: When he came to complete the estimate, the gentleman inspected the basement and the crawl spaces under the kitchen and 1st floor bathroom. Noted the house had been previously treated some time ago (apparently long before I bought the house). Noted active tunned in basement. Noted previous damage in crawl spaces, but no swarms. Scheduled the work. Technician arrived promptly when scheduled. Work was completed in a timely manner. Gave warrenty for 1 year.

Description of Work: We had part of our house (kitchen area) treated for ants. I called this company because they're on Angie's List & they were excellent from the time I called. Our house was going on the market in a week & we needed the treatment. Even though they were busy due to warm weather, I got an appointment within a few days. The treatment was applied as I requested & technician even offered a money-saver from the original price quote because I didn't want the whole house treated.
