A Cleaning From Above

We had the appoint scheduled, and she canceled just thirty minutes prior to the appointment. I understand things happen, we went ahead and used another service provider.

We had been emailing back and forth to determine details of what deep cleaning consisted of. They wanted to send a couple people over on a Friday at 2 pm. I felt like that would not be enough time to deep clean my 3,100 square feet home.

This was the best house cleaning I have had since moving in this house 6 years ago. Abbey and Mike are thorough, polite and cordial, and want the customer to be satisfied. I will definitely use them again!

This provider reportedly does good work, when and if you can get them to actually show up! I can be quite flexible and open -- I waited a LONG time for an appointment, which was cancelled last minute via email as opposed to a phone call. Promised phone calls never took place. Lack of contact and communication most unprofessional. Since I have not heard anything despite message FROM me, I will look for a full refund.

After approximately 40 minutes into the job my husband came home from work and went to say hello to them. They then packed up all of their belongings and stated that WE were not comfortable with THEM in our house so they were leaving and we could call Angie's list for a refund.

After they came out and looked at the job, they said I would need more of an organizer or junk removal service. They requested I contact Angie’s list to find a different type of provider. They were very professional and courteous about this situation. They did mention, once the organization is done they are more than happy to come back; this was just beyond what they are capable of doing at this time.

They did a good job, scheduling was easy and they were on time and professional.

We bought the deal and were very happy with their services and they communicated well. Very nice couple and they do a terrific job!

House is quite large and Cleaning from Above cleaned the home for the agreed $189. Very efficient, cleaning was thorough . Pleasant professional couple. Plan to use again.

I bought this Big Deal offer and had these folks out to do a cleaning on the house. They showed up on time with all of their own stuff and did a good job in cleaning the house. We will have them back if the budget permits.

Went great! Abbey & Mike are a good team. Professional as well as personable. Really paid attention to detail (even dusted the tops of the frames hanging on the wall).

We purchased an Angie's List deal for A Cleaning From Above for a complete house cleaning. They contacted us immediately to set up a good date for the service. On the agreed upon date Abby and Mike arrived on time, were friendly, and more then exceeded our expectations. We have used other services and individuals in the past but have never been this happy with the end result. Abby and Mike now come weekly and it is such a relief to come home on their designated cleaning day knowing they have taken care of everything for us. We fully intend to recommend them to anyone we know in the area who are looking for weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleans.

I spoke on the phone to the owner of A Cleaning From Above. We set up a time but unfortunately services were not able to be performed. She was very young and I didn't get a very good sense of professionalism. She was late and I do not think she handled our situation very well.

It went very well, very reasonably priced, very thorough, my wife and I were very pleased with them. They came in with a whole bunch of people and just really kept at it, they were here about 4 or 5 years, so that was pretty impressive.

Abbey and Mike did a great job! I will be calling them back for additional cleanings. They were right on time and worked 3 1/2 hours cleaning all three levels of my home. I was very pleased!

Responsive, polite, and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. After they left I took a moment to just sit and enjoy my very clean house ... simply because I could. I will definitely call again!

The work and scheduling turned out fine. I do wish they had scrubbed the shower a bit more.

A Cleaning from Above did an excellent job cleaning our home. The staff were professional and the cleaning was thorough and done efficiently. For each room/area they cleaned, they also arranged things in a neat and organized way. Their price was very reasonable. We will contact them again for our future cleaning needs.

Thorough. Very willing to work with the homeowners. Seem like they will follow directions and do cleaning the way you want them to do it. As we consider our housecleaning needs, we will certainly keep them in mind.

Overall, it was a great experience. this was the first time that we hired someone to clean our home. I was home while they were cleaning but I was never on the same floor in which they were cleaning. It was nice to know that my house was getting cleaned and I was able to use that time to do something else (work)! The house was clean and smelled great. I am a bit of a perfectionist and felt that there were a couple of things that could have been wiped down. For instance, in my boys' bathroom there was some toothpaste waste on the wall, I felt like that could have been wiped down. But it said that wiping of walls was not included - I didn't want all the walls - just that section. I did not ask to have that cleaned, I am sure that if I asked they would have done it. My bathroom sink wasn't polished the way that I usually do it - but in all honesty the sink is difficult to get n between because of the space. I usually use a qtip to do this. But all in all I loved it and would definitely do it again. I just think that next time I would specifically ask for those little piddly things.

A Cleaning From Above did a great job . . . and quoted services at lower rate than many competitors. I have used 3 different cleaning companies, and this one provided the best value. While they did not offer to wear booties or take off shoes in the home, they did a very thorough job. They also did not chit chat with each other or waste time like other companies I?ve used. I would recommend them for families who want a good job done at a reasonable rate. Added bonus - ask about the military discount!
