Description of Work: I thought this provider did an awesome job. I had them clean my mother's home and they did a very thorough job. They were extremely careful of the antiques and delicate collectibles and checked frequently with me to see if the work they had done so far met expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning.

Description of Work: They did cleaning of my house. I have a three level townhouse. Initial schedulling took some time but it was finally ok. The deal says deep cleaning but I was disappointed by their job. They left lot of area uncleaned which we noticed later on. There were still dust and spots on the floor. Kitchen was hardely cleaned. All the cabinate doors were left. We had cleaning services in the past where we received much better cleaning in much less money. This was not worth but we tried as they promissed deep cleaning in their deal. Not sure how they get A ratings.

They were friendly but very professional and efficient. My house was beautiful afterwards and I definitely feel tht I got my money's worth and then some! I would love to use their service again in the future!

Description of Work: They did exactly as it says, cleaned our whole home. I think the process went fairly quickly, maybe 2-2.5 hours? We had just purchased the home and barely had the keys so there was pretty much nothing for tables, buffets, sofas, etc. that needed to be moved or dusted. Regardless, they were thorough and methodical and I requested the double ovens and the fridge be cleaned which was an extra $50 hence the adjusted cost of service. This is a husband and wife team that no joke, were excited that the goo inside my oven came off so nicely. I've heard stories about cleaning people with hidden charges or being a bit lazy but that is not this company! They took it room by room and floor by floor and asked me to check the floors/rooms as they finished so they could go back if anything was missed. They were great to do business with and I tipped because they were so awesome. They also gave us good advice if we wanted to continue with their services - we could do two floors at a time (we have a finished basement) and one of the floors could be the main floor so it gets cleaned the most which I hadn't thought of. | |Loved them!

Description of Work: Abbie and Mike did a fine job and were both efficient and polite. Next time, we will ask them to clean under certain items where the floor is accessible (e.g. the bed). We missed pointing that out even when asked to check their work before they left.

Description of Work: I hired this couple to do a thorough housecleaning, specifically to get to areas I can't clean easily, like behind the radiators. They were great. They arrived a few minutes early, got right to work and finished the job in a few hours. I asked for additional work (cleaning cat hair from furniture) and they provided a reasonable price and did the job before they left. I was very pleased with their service. |
