That was awesome. It was a good quality and they were very thorough. They were on time. They were good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine.

The ladies were pleasant enough, but after they left, it was difficult to tell that they'd actually cleaned anything. Also, I think we may have had a language/communication problem: there was an area I wanted them to vacuum which they did not do.

It was fine. Two people came to do the work.

They were just fine! They missed a few stink bugs in the master bathroom and bedroom and I had everything put away in there to make things easier so they could easily spot any stink bugs or dirt and I was a little surprised about that but maybe that's because I really dislike seeing stink bugs.

Easy to schedule. On time. Thorough job. Careful not to mess up the living space.

It went very well. They were very efficient. My only reservation is that I asked them not to clean a particular room and I thought that the woman I spoke with understood me. She was a native Spanish speaker. She didn't indicate that she didn't understand me. I came back a little while later and they were busily cleaning that room.

All went well and it goes better and better every time as they adapt to my house. Again this is he most important part. I was able to tell them what I like and not the first time and they remembered the next time, and so on. For example, they now know how to clean the glass of my shower which is coated with that special "no stain" coat... the ceramic, the marble, the stainless steel in the kitchen, the leather sofa, etc. Irma and Raquel are very nice and efficient. They do not loose time at all. I actually wonder how they can really do all of these houses in a day! I rated them B overall but I think I will be able to give them an A in a couple more times. I find that they hurry too much and they seem a bit stressed out to me. They are not exactly on time because I believe their schedule is perhaps hard to follow... but maybe that's normal for such a good price ? I might perhaps want to pay a little extra and see them less stressed (because at times I fear they may break or damage something as they hurry so much and I am hearing all this banging of the vacuum cleaner all over the house...) Overall quality of the cleaning could be a tad better too with less hurrying (or I should choose perhaps less rooms or less things for them to do in those 4 man hours).

They are very professional, thorough and do a great job. Sandy, who does the scheduling, etc., is very responsive and conscientious. They definitely want to make sure they are providing great service. They seem very customer focused.

Very punctual. Only complaint would be that services advertised were for a whole house "deep clean" housecleaning and only a surface clean was provided,

I contracted with Royal Flush cleaning to clean my house every 2 weeks. I have a 4-bedroom colonial - they charged me $85 for the top 2 floors (I didn't ask them to clean the basement), and I used them for about 3 months. They showed up when they said they would, but the cleaning just wasn't done very well. When I called to complain, Sandy would listen and tell me that the cleaners would take care of it next time, but often the missed areas just didn't get done the next time either. I wasn't usually home when the cleaners came, but from what I saw, I got the impression that they rushed through as fast as possible. The price was the best I found, but I think the cleaning reflected the price. I'd rather pay a little more for a good, reliable cleaning job.

I employed the services of two men through Royal Flush Cleaning to remove leaves from around the house. They arrived on time and did an excellent job and worked very hard for two hours. They cleaned up the leaves better than anyone had done before, from under the shrubs and among the ivy, which is difficult. Also they were polite, and one of the men spoke English very well. They worked efficiently and got more done than I thought they would in two hours. They brought a truck with all their own equipment. Also I have had two cleaning ladies come on four occasions. They have worked efficiently and carefully four two hours each, completing all the major jobs that needed to be done with housecleaning. They do a good job and really make a difference! They are very polite, don't talk too much, and get the job done. Occasionally there have been some miscommunications about when they were to come, but it was both our faults. They arrive within a one-hour window of time, not at an exact time. They bring their own supplies and equipment.

Claudia and her team at Royal Flush has provided whole house cleaning service for my 4 bedroom home since 2010. The team does a very nice job and are very professional and responsive to special requests. Otherwise, they provide an overall surface clean, hitting all the big ticket items. I feel very comfortable with them in the house whether we are home or not. I really liked the fact that they didn't require a contract to get a reasonable price like other companies wanted. Their philosophy is that they want to earn your business every time. Well, it worked!

They got most of my leaves cleaned up but did not finish. I would possibly use them again.

The service was pretty good. The staff was quick, efficient and did a good job. They did good work and were pleasant people.

They did a fine job. They were a little shaky, they need a little more time to get better at it but they did a good job. They came out when they said they would come and spent a lot of time. They asked what else they could do. They were very thorough.

Royal Flush Cleaning Inc weren't great but they were good. They were later than expected so it was hard. They were a little more expensive than I thought. They didn't dust things.

I had Pre-paid to get a deal, so I demanded a refund after the fiasco with them, and this was their second chance! Never called to confirm, then showed up at Apt. complex an hour early, I just happen to go downstairs in complex after they didn't show up and see a car with 2 girls pulling out of a space. I had just become a widow and was having the funeral reception at my apt., which I had explained, that it was imperative I have it cleaned. When they pulled away I called and was told they sent me an email to say they were outside and I didn't respond! I said you had my home # AND my cell # so I could let you in, WHY on earth would you send me an email? Of course I didn't get the email! They said they had another job and couldn't do my apt. till next week as they had a tight schedule.! So needless to say, this is the second time the unprofessional, unorganized, services showed through!

The two housecleaners, Raquel and Irma, were on time and hit all the cleaning high points in the two-hour allotted timeframe.They were polite and efficient. I would use them again. I was pleased with the result.

Sent an email to owner, got immediate, courteous response. Able to set up cleaning at my convenience in only a few days. Two women came, on time, and brought their equipment to my home. They were very pleasant and friendly, one with fairly fluent English, the other less so. They cleaned one upstairs bedroom, two baths and hall; stairway carpet, main floor living, dining, family rooms, plus kitchen, half-bath, hall and small utility room. Work was done well, only a few oversights. On the negative side, I thought they worked slowly, were not able to do a "whole house" cleaning (basement stairs or any of the other rooms). They seemed to spend a lot of time talking together, which may have slowed them down. Or maybe I just work too fast myself Also dropped a week's supply of meds in the sink (very apologetic and offered to pay) but it was an accident and I don't know what it would cost anyway.

This is the second time I have used a cleaning service (different company the first time). This was a much better experience.
