I really think these ladies worked very hard they did an excellent job and yes I plan to have them come by and clean my house again. Excellent team of hard working young ladies who did not complain. They went straight to work.

This company only communicates by email. So good luck in setting up your appointments if you don't reply right away to their emails. The cleaning crew did not arrive on-time. I paid $79.00 for 1.5 hours of cleaning with 2 people cleaning crew. The did a very superficial cleaning and left in 1 hour. They did not vacuum the entire carpet in the bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower head, the bath tub faucet, the sink faucet and the shower tile they were not not clean at all. Thy did not clean the windows even thought they had plenty of time. They swept the hardwood floor with a broom only. They did not mop the floor.

they were not thorough....they left some areas dusty and dirty and were not detail-oriented....I was not satisfied with this cleaning and would not use them again.

they were quick and effective once they arrived. they did a great job cleaning and I would have them again. There was a delay in what time they said they'd be coming but the office manager did keep me informed of these delays via email. Originally scheduled for 8:30AM and they came around 2:15PM.

Service provided by sister/related company Bio-Rich Green Care. Could not have gone better. Quick contact for scheduling service, arrival on time, quick (but very attentive) service. The gentlemen arrived promptly on time, I walked with them explaining what needed to be accomplished and then they started. Though it was sprinkling and I told them that they could reschedule for another day, I was surprised when I was told they would work until they got too wet. I was so thankful. They set to work trimming my bushes, weeding beds and taking care of things which needed to be cleaned up around the yard. They finished easily on time and I walked out to see things transformed. Once again, I was extremely pleased and thankful. Sometimes you need help getting things done when life gets in the way and you can't squeeze out any more hours to take care of necessary items. These Gents helped me with a clean-up which was sorely needed. I will/would not hesitate to hire them in the future. Excellent job! Thank you!

Pros: The price was $129/4 man-hours was an excellent deal. The weeding was done well. The hill looks nice without the tall grass. Cons: The trimmings were left on the hill and not cleaned up. The workers finished the first set of tasks, and did not ask if there were other items to take care of. There was still about an hour left of the 4 hours. We would have liked the growths through the fence on the hill removed, and also the front weeded. Despite the cons, we would use them again, if they have this deal again.

Great. We had an Angie's Deal and scheduling was simple and flexible. Crew arrived on time and worked to accomplish a lot in the 4 man-hours available. We have had very little regrowth and they took out a few heavier items that I didn't expect, but was pleased to have removed (e.g. fallen/rotting fence posts).

It all went very well. Luis and a helper arrived on time and worked very hard. It took about an hour longer than the deal price, but the extra expense was well worth it.

Excellent all the way around. I'm not sure if the company name changed or if they're using a subcontractor, but Jon Greenstone of Bio Rich Green Care contacted me right away to schedule the work. We made an appointment, but their schedule changed a couple of times over the next 2-3 days. Typically, this is when you're left wondering where the company is and what's going on. But not with this company. Jon contacted me proactively every time there was a schedule impact and ensured that the change would work with my schedule. The crew was great. They did the work I needed fairly quickly, but instead of just leaving, they looked around my entire yard and took care of other growth or weeds that I hadn't even noticed. They then cleaned up and asked me to inspect it. I found one small plant I wanted taken out and they did it immediately. They were thorough, thoughtful and took pride in their work. Start to finish its probably the best overall experience I've ever had with a company.

There were no additional charges. They were here on time. Having used other cleaning services, what they did was adequate but they didn't really go out of their way. Some things got put in the trash that shouldn't have been. The person cleaning just assumed some things were trash and she didn't ask about it. I just discovered it by accident that she had thrown it away.

I took advantage of the Angie's List special to get my home cleaned. They did a great job.

Sandy sent two cleaners. They were gracious and hard working. They didn't waste any time. They arrived on time and went right to work. I hired them for weekly house cleaning and it has been about a month since I hired them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I could not be happier with their service.

Jon Greenstone was responsive, prompt, professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He gave us a fair and reasonable estimate of the work, and went out of his way to take care of a tree that needed immediate attention. That impressed us and we were grateful. Then, he came back at an agreed-upon later date to complete the promised work. The initial job was $135 due to a special offer on Angie's List. Then we asked for and received additional services. He even did a little extra weeding for us that was not included in the estimate and did not charge extra for the few minutes it took. All in all, Jon did an excellent job of fixing up our small front and back yards. We definitely will continue to use his services as needed, and recommend his service to others.

The company was very responsive, and worked with us to find the right time to do the work (stupid snow then spring showers!). Our yard looked great. We will probably use them again to re-mulch and weed our lawn soon too!
