Scheduling was difficult. They seemed to be unprofessional. They called to confirm and only one lady was coming. But I specifically wanted 2. It wasn't a good fit.

we were very pleased with the service, We used a 1-time coupon and decided to hire them to clean the house regularly.

Person who did the cleaning was very good. Had some difficulty with scheduling -- although date had been set, when I called about the exact time, we were not on the schedule. They were able to come on that date, but with one person rather than 2. We had paid for five hours; person only did four hours. We think that the office had not told her we had paid for five. Because she did not arrive until 1:45 (due between 12 and 1), it was close to 6 when she was ready to leave. I decided not to press her for the extra hour. Surprised that company did not give me any information on their regular pricing, make it easy for us to engage them again if we chose.

Good workers. Had a delightful brother and sister. Did what I wanted in a timely matter. Will have them back again to continue yard maintenance.

I use them every two weeks, for several years. They are prompt, reliable, and they clean well.

Excellent. The two men on the job were knowledgeable and extremely hard working.

It was good. Two people came to clean. It was a very good price. If we still lived in our house we would probably use them again.

The whole process was easy. There was no pressure to purchase further service which is a pet peeve of mine. The 2 gentlemen were polite and great to chat with. They accomplished quite a bit of weeding and removal of debris in the time frame I had purchased so I am very pleased and would love to have them back.

It went very well. They planted many plants that I had purchased in advance of their visit. They had to attend another client after our appointment, or I would have asked them to stay longer.

These guys were hard working, competent, timely and fair. We could not find one negative in their fairness and service quality. Thank you is all we can say.

I was very please with their knowledge and professionalism and with most of their work--particularly the tree trimming and the speed with which they applied all the mulch. There was only one thing that I was not please with. When they were finished, there were still leaves in my gardens--even in the gardens they mulched. I wasn't watching them work most of the time, and so I didn't see them remove the leaves, but I am wondering if they just put mulch on top of the leaves in the gardens. That would have been fine if they had ground the leaves up first, but I had asked them to get rid of the leaves. Now I still have to do that, because the leaves are still visible. Also, I had asked before the date if they could give me a time in the afternoon when they would be here and they asked for my phone number.No one ever called to let me know when they would be coming, but that is a minor point. They did a lot of work that I would not have been able to do myself because I have a bad back. and I would be willing to use them again because the price was so good and they were otherwise so professional. But I expect the leaves to be removed if I ask for that.

Royal Flush provided a general cleaning of my home focusing on cobwebs dust bunnies. They did a fine job. I would use them again.

Very good organization. Sandy the scheduler was fantastic and worked withme to meet my schedule. Lillian and her crew showed up early and ready to go. Both women were extremely nice, professional and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed I have contacted them to come back on a regular basis. Cleaning very thorough and comprehensive. They cleanned all my floors (harwood and tile), bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and liveing roon. dining room and family room. I asked them to concentrate on dust sue to my allergies and when I came back in I could tell the difference. Great job!

I purchased the big deal for 5 hrs of cleaning. From my purchase, I was contacted by Sandy and we communicated by email in reference to the cleaning. With flexible scheduling, Rosabel showed up when she said she would and started on the whole house right away. I was not present for her service but my wife was home with the babies. Rosabel worked around my wife and babies and stayed an extra hour to complete the house. I found the company professional and easy to deal with. Rosabel was professional and left our home in better shape than I left it that morning. The deal was the right price. We were very satisfied with the communication and service by Royal Flush Company.

I have used them on and off a few times now. I have had a few issues with them coming late and it seems inconsistent. I had to call the cleaner directly to tell her what I wanted and when I wanted her to come instead of Sandy calling them so communication seems a little off. There is usually one person here doing the work and it takes about 4 hours to complete, which is a reflection of the big deal. The results of the housecleaning are fair.

3 man team worked well and quickly, including some bed cleanup (digging up some seed trees that had sprouted). And kept the team an extra hour so we could finish edging and mulching most of the yard. Still had some bed/mulch work to do, but they'd used up all the bags. They worked well together and their supervisor stopped by to see how they were doing and if I was satisfied.

It was okay. The price was very good. They got here on time.

Vendor was very courteous, arrived on time and followed directions.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The people were very nice, they came on time, and they left a little bit earlier than I expected. They did an excellent job cleaning although after they left, I noticed that in the contract it said that they would do the inside of an appliance. I thought they would do the oven but they didn't but I have also not mentioned it to them so that could have been a miscommunication. Overall, I was very happy with them. There were no additional charges. The price was fine.

I've decided that I simply prefer a sole, regular housekeeper over a crew. Crews move quickly and are fine when I'm in a bind. However, I need someone to "care" for my home. I didn't get that with this service. Boots were placed on my bed while the floor was being cleaned. In addition, I missed my favorite (empty) flower pot.....and the maids carried away my trash with them. I suspect the pot was accidentally broken...and in the trash bag. I used them twice with different crews each time. Because of the responsiveness of the owner, I would possibly call them if I had an immediate need and my "regular" housekeeper was unavailable.

Great - we first tried their services through an Angie's List "Big Deal" but then hired them for regular, once a month service. The crews did an excellent job, it is a treat to come home to a clean house, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms where they did a really nice job. We have a very average suburban home and the cost was right in line with services used by our neighbors in the area. They bring their own supplies and have a better commercial quality vacuum they use which is good since ours isn't all that great.

Very well.. I needed to schedule the cleaning on a specific day and Sandy was able to accomodate me. She was very pleasant to deal with. The two maids were there very promptly and brought their own cleaning materials. They did a good job cleaning the house.

They were quick to respond to my request for information on cleaning services. They cleaned/dust/etc. the rooms on the 2nd floor, cleaned the bathroom, and steam cleaned the carpets.

I used the services of Royal Flush Cleaners for several months. It started out pretty good, as I assume they wanted to make a good impression. After a couple of visits, I noticed the cleaners were only staying there an hour or 90 minutes ? and NOT the two hours I was paying for. I addressed this with Sandy Stillwell, the President of the company. She was very responsive and promised to correct the issue. The following week, the cleaners did stay the entire two hours, but things were not being cleaned properly. The cleaners were also coming very late, and not at the time we has specified. Sandy then suggested we switch to a different cleaning crew, as she was sure this would solve the problem. Sandy checked in to see how the cleaning went with the new crew. That first cleaning was pretty good, so we continued our service. During the following few visits I started to realize the ?10 Points of Service? were not being done and these new crew was only staying about an hour and a half. I again addressed this issue with Sandy. Her response was, ?Please let me know anything they missed, so I can help them focus on those details.? I sent her a detailed list of things that were continuously being missed from her ?10 Points of Service? along with pictures of the areas that were being neglected. Sandy then suggested we switch to yet another crew. I told her I was not interested in switching crews again, but rather wanted to job done right. The following visit lasted the entire two hours (on the dot) but things were still not cleaned properly. Here is a list of things that were continuously neglected in my house after I had specifically made the issues known: - They did not take out the recycling or trash every visit. - They did not clean the glass doors in my Family Room EVER. - They did not clean the ceiling fans EVER. - The light switch plates, molding and window sills in the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. - The corners of the bathrooms and kitchen floors were continuously left dirty. - The mildew on the shower track in the master bathroom was never cleaned properly. - There were dirt marks and sticky spots on the floor of the kitchen after each visit. This was my final day of service with Royal Flush Cleaners. If you are looking for someone to clean your kitchen appliances and sweep your floors (minus the corners), this is the company for you. They do a spectacular job cleaning my microwave and stovetop. But if you are looking for anything above and beyond, I would suggest you keep searching. Cleaners are a dime a dozen.
