However, my daughter was not happy with the surface cleaning rather than the deep cleaning and two hours instead of the four hours that the coupon advertised. advertise. Description of Work: We have had them come continuously since the first time in 2011. They are pleasant and spend about 90 mins cleaning. Their work is adequate and they are pleasant, though only one speaks English. We plan to keep having them come to clean.

Description of Work: At first the company was very responsive and called to set up the appointment, On the day of the appointment, no one showed and no one called. I ended up calling the company at 4pm the day of the appointment and spoke with Patricia who stated that they were having problems reaching the assigned worker. I understand that things happen but I felt like someone should have at least called me and let me know earlier in the day as the appointment was noon and we had to change our appointments for the day to be able to be home when they arrived. We set another date and had to reschedule again. We were about to just forget the whole deal but we agreed on another day and had the work done. The work itself was adequate. I did wonder though, why only one full and 1/2 bath were cleaned; perhaps thats what was stated in the deal. I may think about using Royal Flush again when need a service performed but may also try another company.

Description of Work: The two workers showed up on time and were present the entire time advertised. They did an excellent job cleaning the shower and vacuuming the floors. They did not wash the kitchen floor or bathroom floor as I had expected. They did not clean the kitchen applicances, and did not dust the dining room. They left without giving me a chance to point out the dirty kitchen floor. The owner did not offer to make it right. I probably did not complain loudly enough.

Description of Work: I contracted initially for a one-time house cleaning. The job they did was excellent. That was a year ago. I went on to contract with them regularly and they come to my house every 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service I have received, and the workers are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
