Description of Work: Came to my house unexpectently without appointment. They had been here for a while when I drove up to my house. They were working very hard and had accomplished quite a bit. When I approached them they told me I had about an hour left. I expressed concern over what I needed to be done and and they immediately jumped on it. | What they had already accomplished was in good taste, and improved the appearance of the front of my home a great deal. After they began addressing my concerns about the bamboo in the rear of my home they again accomplished a great deal in the remaining time left. In fact they put in some extra time to really make big dent with my concerns in the rear of my home. | All in all-- hard workers, Improved my yard more than I expected, and set out about 18 bags for my normal Monday pickup. Certainly a great deal well worth the money. |

Description of Work: They cleared a tremendous amount of wisteria, cut up fallen trees and hauled away the cuttings. I was really impressed with how hard and quickly they worked. They were very nice and polite. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a special but included mulch. They worked diligently for the allotted time. They weren't able to do all my garden beds but did as much as they could. They trimmed out the shrubs and the front of the house looks great!

Description of Work: general yard clean up; what we needed took longer than what we originally contracted for so we paid for some extra hours of work. It went OK.

Description of Work: IT STARTED OFF OK, BUT TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST ANGIE'S LIST EXPERIENCE TO DATE. CONTRACTOR CAME OUT TIMELY TO ASSESS SCOPE OF WORK. PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE BASED UPON THAT INSPECTION. CONTRACTOR RAISED ESTIMATE WITHOUT A CHANGE IN SCOPE OF WORK AND WITHOUT INFORMING ME. AFTER ARRIVING AT THE JOB, THEY NEEDED ADDITIONAL MATERIALS. GAVE THEM ANOTHER $200.00 WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT THE AMOUNT WAS FULL PAYMENT FOR ENTIRE JOB. AFTER THEY RETURNED WITH THE ADDITIONAL MATERIALS, THEY DEMANDED ADDITIONAL MONEY, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY BECAUSE I WAS NOT INFORMED OF IT. QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE, RESPONSIVENESS WAS ACCEPTABLE, DELAYS IN SCHEDULING WERE WEATHER RELATED. EMPHATICALLY, I WOULD RECOMMEND AND DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: Had to call a couple of times to make contact. Took a couple more calls to schedule a date. They didn't call back with a time. I called and asked them to call me before arrival since they had no idea when they'd be there. I missed his call at 3:00 but called him back at 3:30 (4/18/15). He made some excuses and since it was late I asked if we could reschedule. He sounded relieved and said he would come the next day (4/19/15). I waited until 4 on Sunday and finally called him. He sounded like he didn't know who I was and said he'd call me back. At that point I said "never mind". This morning I called Angie's list to find out my options. I do not want to deal with royal flush cleaning anymore.

Description of Work: ROYAL FLUSH started cleaning my house, promptly after I requested their help. The started by giving the entire house a through top to bottom leaning. I am handicapped and I need assistance with tasks that require standing on my feet. Royal Flush Cleaners have been very accomodating. With the current schedule, they come three days a week and divide the house into zones. They also help fold the laundry and putitaway.

Description of Work: Did not to wipe out microwave nor front of toaster oven. Did not want to dust ceiling fans. Did not dust the furniture on all surfaces. Skipped my family room which is on the main living level until I pointed it out. I felt totally ripped off.

Description of Work: Dusted, vacuumed, cleaned refrig, washed kitchen floor and laundry room flr, cleaned 2 bedrooms, cleaned two bathrooms and one power room. Missed chair dusting; dining room table not put back in place. |She is a hard worker. Overall, very satisfied.

Description of Work: I got a deal on 4 hours of yardwork, and when we were able to schedule, Jon and Juan came and worked non-stop for the designated time, and then went on to do a great job of pruning, cleaning, and edging (extra time which I agreed to and paid for). Would definitely use them again for landscaping/intensive cleanup outside.

Description of Work: They cleaned up my yard. I have a large yard with many trees that are always dropping branches. all those were cleaned up and they took all the leaves to the back of the property and mulched them. They were very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a yard clean up. For an additional charge, I added mulch and an extra 30 minutes labor. They did a good job but initially left all the yard waste in bags for recycling pick up. The problem was the bags were ripped in multiple places and the waste was spilling out of the bags. They were responsive and came back and took the bags away, which they usually don't do.
