Description of Work: This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" to do 4 hr of yard cleanup. We asked them to pick up branches and other winter debris, mow the yard and, with whatever time remained, weed and edge some beds. We were not there when the work was done, but about 10 days later, when we arrived, we could tell that the yard had been mowed and they did a pretty nice job with one of the beds. I assume that's all they did. Couldn't tell that anything else was done. Communication with the company was poor. They committed to one date then waffled and then changed it to a few days later. There was also no follow-up to tell us what they had done or had not been able to do.

The cleaners are very polite and professional. Her pricing can't be beat and she's super flexible if I request extra service or day changing. Sandy has always been very responsive to my comments.

 + -1 moreSandy, the proprietor, called me back within a couple of hours and arranged to meet me and look at the house. The price range she quoted was very reasonable, and the fact that I have cats did not raise the price. When we met, Sandy was very courteous and explained exactly what work the cleaning team would do. She assigns one team (two people) to the account, so that you are dealing with the same people every time and they can get to know your preferences. When the team arrived on the first cleaning day, they were both very sweet and polite. They arrived right on time. One of the ladies speaks English fluently and the other one is learning. They did a great job with my messy house!
Description of Work: I arranged for Royal Flush to clean my two bedroom condominium weekly. This includes dusting and vacuuming every week, and cleaning two bathrooms and the kitchen every other week. The condominium is 1300 square feet, two-level, and carpeted throughout.

 + -1 moreWe first hired Royal Flush to do a "move-in" cleaning on an old house we purchased in 1997. They took 3 days to completely scrub and disinfect the 8000 square foot house (it had been in deplorable shape - absolutely filthy). We then continued to use them to do just the floors (all original hardwood) and bathrooms (seven of them!) every other week. Our cleaning team consistently did a fabulous job. In nine years, nothing was broken or damaged. The owner, Sandy Stillwell, was always responsive to questions and often checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We have referred other clients to her and always got a very nice thank you note for each referral (she used to give us a gift for referrals but we asked her to give our crew the gifts instead, since their work was what prompted the referrals!).
Description of Work: Semi-weekly service, cleaning just the floors and 7 bathrooms in a large old house.
