I purposely waited to report until we had used Royal Flush four times (every two week) because often a cleaning service will do well the first or second visit and then begin to fall down on the job. This did not happen. In fact owner Sandy Stillwell added a 3rd person to the team when it was clear that two people were not sufficient. I have no trouble communicating with the team because the team leader and second team member speak and understand English well. The team does a wonderful job-consistently. Although the team had never cleaned a kosher kitchen before, they are doing very well after our color coding and supervision. (This cleaning task requires using special sponges for the milk side of the kitchen and for the meat side of the kitchen. Nothing used for milk can be cleaned with anything used for meat). The team gets down low and goes up high to reach what needs to be reached. The team has been punctual and professional and efficient and responsive to comments. We try to be responsible making sure that surfaces are fairly clear so that the team can concentrate on cleaning and not picking up after us.

They are alright. The service is priced okay, but they send out different people each time. When I tell one person to do something they don't seem to pass it along, so I have to tell the next worker the same thing again. But they are far better than the group I had before.

I called to schedule an appt, and they were flexible, courteous, and efficient. 2 ladies were at my place 30 minutes early on the scheduled date and did the work as requested, no problems at all. The place looked great, and there were no issues at all.

They are dependable and fast. They arrive at the appointed date and time. They do a very good job and they use their own supplies. The girls are friendly and do a professional job of cleaning and I am pleased. I highly recommend them.

They are the cheapest cleaning company that we have found. They are very quick and good. I have used them for a few months now and have had no problems with the company.

We hired Royal Flush based on the strong reviews on Angie's List. Two women came to the house and cleaned it from top to bottom -- everything was immaculate. When I got home, the house smelled bleachy and just very clean. Most noticeable at first were the spotless bathrooms, vacuumed rugs and polished hardwood floors. All evening I noticed other things--cobwebs cleared from corners, kitchen sink thoroughly scrubbed, windowsills cleaned, cat hair vacuumed from furniture, even our bedside tables had been straightened. I've had the house professionally cleaned before by another company, but this was the best it's been done, and for the best price. We are going to arrange for regular cleaning going forward.

I am very pleased with their work and I just asked them to come twice a month for now on. The owner, Sandy Stillwell, has strong customer services. I recommend them and they are very affordable.

I liked the owner. She was very quick to get back to me and communicates well about scheduling. A team of 2 women came out. They were about a half an hour late. They did break something as well. There cleaning was great though.

I needed a monthly cleaning service for dusting and cleaning baseboards, etc. I emailed Sandy who got back to me after a week or so (she was out of town). We set up a time to meet to discuss our needs and I totally flaked on the meeting (sleep deprivation). She was there and left a folder of information and we followed up on the phone. She sent a team of 2 women who were just great. They arrived at 11 a.m. and did not leave until almost 4 p.m. Sandy estimated 2.5 hours, and they were here for 5! I could not believe how thorough they were. I gave them initial instructions, but after that, they did everything I asked for and more. I hope they will be my monthly team, because I was absolutely impressed!

They have only come once so far but they did a great job.Prices are very reasonable. They were very punctual. I would recommend them and use them again.

The cleaning was good, but they were very cheap.

Crew is the same each time. They arrive on time and are flexible if I need to switch my cleaning date.

It goes fine. They are always here when they say they will be. I would consider them trustworthy. The quality of their work is good. I get my money's worth.

They are very personable. Their was a payment issue that came up and they were very understanding. My brother actually is using them after we told him about them. Their prices are VERY reasonable.

On Saturday, with no time to clean the house and out-of-town company arriving on Wednesday, realized that it was time to call a cleaning service. Thought about calling one of the services that regularly mails coupons, flyers, etc., but decided it would be better to sign up for Angie's List and see who others recommend. Royal Flush Cleaning had received the Super Service Award so I called and left them a msg. Owner called me back shortly and asked if she could come the next day and to give me an estimate. Monday afternoon she had a cleaning crew here and they cleaned everything top to bottom. Owner this morning to ask if we were pleased. So now, we can relax knowing that the house is ready for our visitors to arrive! We are having Royal Flush come back on every two weeks to clean on a regular basis. We are also having them clean our windows inside and out at a future date, was that is something else we just do not have time to do.

Had a bit of a rough start, with the first two teams I was assigned not to my liking. However, Sandy Stillwell, the principal, worked hard to get everything right, and now I am quite happy with their service.

Sandy responded to my e-mail the same day and came over that night to give me an estimate. The cleaning ladies showed up during the time frame Sandy said they would and they did a great job. Communication was a slight problem since I don't speak very good Spanish, but it was not a huge deal.

I sent Sandy an e-mail asking for a quote. She called back promptly and we set up an appointment for her to look the place over and provide an estimate. We agreed to meet during my lunch hour, which was convenient for me. Sandy arrived promptly at the appointed time (despite bad weather), and provided a quote at that time. We agreed on a price, and she agreed to call me back within 24hrs to set the time for the first cleaning (she needed to consult her schedules). Sandy called back the next morning, and we agreed on a time for the cleaning. The first cleaning occurred a few days later. The team of two people arrived promptly at 8am ready to go. My wife walked them through the house pointing out specific things she wanted taken care of, and certain products she wanted used on countertops, leather couches, etc. My wife and I both left for work. I came home at lunch to check things over and was very pleased with the results. They did an excellent job.

Very professional. Sandi came personally to give us an estimate for first time and bi-weekly cleaning. (I don't recall the first time charge.) The crew has been here twice. Each time they have arrived on time and I have been happy with the cleaning. I plan to continue using them indefinitely!

The process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. I contacted Sandy by phone and received a price quote quickly. Her team was able to come within a week of calling and consisted of two people, one English-speaking supervisor and an assistant. As promised, they cleaned the carpets, refrigerator, cabinets, bathrooms, etc. My mother was on hand to supervise and made sure that they cleaned the areas as promised. The task was completed in 3 hours (as projected). I would highly recommend Royal Flush Cleaning both for their work and their pricing which was competitive. They were one of the few that also did carpet cleaning. I would even consider using them for regular cleaning of our home.

I needed someone to be able to come in on short notice because my mom was in town visiting, and would be home. Sandy was able to schedule someone for that Friday, and for the services I was looking for. The ladies arrived promptly, and got to work. When they were finished, I was impressed. My house has never been this clean! I plan on engaging their services for a bi-weekly cleaning.

Great! The supervisor, Sandy, visited our house a few days in advance and quoted the price of $85. Sandy is clearly dedicated to her work. She asked us many questions to make sure that she understood exactly what we wanted them to clean. On cleaning day Sandy came with the 2 ladies to make sure that they were clear on everything. They did a great job, and then Sandy called later to ensure we we were satisfied.

Sandy responded quickly to my initial inquiry, setting up an appointment at my convenience to provide an estimate. She arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of what would be included in a regular cleaning service. She was very accommodating in setting up the cleaning schedule. The crew arrived on time for their first visit and did an excellent job.

The team is made up of 2 women. I had gone through 2 teams previously to getting the women that are now my permanent cleaners. They show up on time and do a very good job. I like the ladies as they are friendly.

The owner (Sandy) set up an appointment for an estimate within 2 days of being called. She came herself to do the estimate, walked through the house with me, and told me how much it would cost for the initial cleaning, then an every 2 week schedule of housecleaning. Sandy showed up 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time (wow!) with 2 workers, one of whom could speak English very well, and both of whom were very nice. They cleaned everything! From the bathrooms, to the toilets, to dusting the ceiling fans and baseboards. They were great and even changed the bedsheets. They brought all their own cleaning supplies (bonus!) so none of mine were used up. When the dogs accidentally were let in by my son, the ladies just worked around them. I found them to be very professional and do an excellent job for an extremely reasonable price.
