I chose them because of their prices. Their office was nearby. They even dust under the beds. They come out every two weeks. They charge me $75. I like their price; it is good. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were very responsive, reliable and hard working. The owner was always very responsive and immediately corrected anything that was less than perfect. There was a language barrier with the on site personnel so sometimes we dealt with things after the fact. We often were not home and were pleased with their timely and quality work. For a smaller home they worked quite well so I would use them again.

The work was okay and they did it a couple of times, but I had to stop using them. The price was reasonable. I stopped using them because I had to monitor them too much. The quality of work depended on what group I got. I had to really outline specifically to the owner in detail the stuff that I wanted cleaned and had to reiterate again that I needed somebody that could understand what I was saying when I was talking to them. Most of them were Spanish speaking. At least one of them needed to be able to understand what I was saying and I didn't get that all the time. I had two good cleans and two not so good. The first time they were lousy on punctuality, but the other two times they were great. The cleaners that did a good job were professional, but the ones that were not very good at cleaning were not. Sometimes the owner was not the best.

The work was pretty good. The experience has been generally positive. It is probably not the most exquisite housecleaning I've ever seen, but they are reliable and the value is good.

They have been absolutely fabulous. The women are friendly, detailed and efficient. The only downside is we are never quite clear when they are coming to our house! We wish the office would call us a few days prior to their visit with a reminder.

They did a very good job. They were quick and professional. I was there when they did the job. They were very pleasant but they did not waste any time making chit-chats. They just came in and did the job. The price was reasonable. They were cleaning it for the sake of the open house. I was very impressed when I saw how well they worked. They worked for 4 or 4 ? hours. There were 3 people and they were very good.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete. Despite the overall good experience, I probably will not hire them in the future.

The first 2-3 crews that they sent out did not work, but they sent out another crew and things are going well thus far. They did adjust 1 time for me due to the first couple times that did not work out for me.

They are located very close to my house, so it is convenient. They are professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of their work is good.

IT was a gentleman and a lady who supposedly cleaned it. The house was not clean, specifically the floors. The gentlemen tried to argue with me about it. I called the owner. We decided that they would leave and I would not pay them for what they did do. I got a new company and did not use them again. The owner handled the whole thing perfectly.

I realize that happiness with a cleaning service is somewhat subjective. I am not overly picky about cleanliness, but just wanted a basic, good reliable housecleaning week in and week out. I also didn't want to have to provide anything, be there, supervise, or tell the housekeepers what to do. I wanted all of this at a very reasonable cost. If this is your profile you will be very happy with Royal Flush Cleaning. I first sent an email through their website that for some reason the owner never received. So a few days later when I called at 9pm I was surprised to directly reach Sandy, the owner. We chatted about what I wanted and she agreed to come out the following Saturday afternoon to walk through the house and give me a quote. I have a large 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house but I don't use all the rooms. She agreed to a basic price for cleaning the rooms I use and gave me a sliding scale for when I wanted the other rooms cleaned. It took us a few weeks to work out a schedule that suited me, but since then her housekeepers have been reliable and do a good job. In the beginning Sandy always checked to see how I liked the service and responded to any feedback I gave her. Now I do nothing but leave a check and come home to a wonderfully clean house. I like knowing that Sandy will respond if I ever have concerns or need anything. And all of this is at a great price which suits me perfectly!

The service they provide is adequate. Two people come in and have the cleaning done and it takes about an hour.

Fine except they got lost the first day and I had to reschedule but they were very good about doing it

They came to a dirty house and left me with a clean one. I was impressed with how thorough they were, even cleaning windows, sweeping porches etc. I give then a two thumbs up with a snap!!! They are coming back soon. I can freely recommend them with confidence. One of the partners came and inspected their work. WOW!!!

I needed some short notice cleaning of the ground floor of my home. Royal Flush responded promptly and two women arrived ahead of schedule a few days later. They finished in 1.75 hours. I was most impressed with their efficiency, quality, diligence, and overall performance. The women were pleasant and very hard working, using their own equipment and materials. My finacee, who is a "neat freek" was very much impressed when she saw the finished job. I will definately use them again.

I got to know about them through Angie?s list and they had really high rating. They did an absolutely rotten job. When I went there to check the house was covered completely with dust. They were taking advantage of working in a sick person?s house and somebody who can?t protest. I give them a black mark for that. The price was cheap. However, I think they failed the test.

contacted once I found them on Angie's list. Competitive rate; I called the number on their website and within a few days decided to use them based on overall reputation and price. I felt that I needed to follow up with this company. After sending them very detailed directions from googlemaps (I was asked to provide my address as well as directions from gaithersberg-- my address is very easy to find on mapquest/googlemaps), the team was late by 1.5-2 hours because they were lost and could not find my address. Quality of the work was ok; the team was very professional once they were at the house and engaged in work.

I used them for a long time and the service was always excellent. Very professional.

We needed a company to do a top to bottom biweekly house cleaning (baseboards, ceiling fans, etc). The owner, Sandy Stillwell, was responsive and prompt. She communicated with email and phone and any problems with communication were my fault. She sent a team (it was a while ago, so forgive me that I can't remember their names), that was excellent. They went above and beyond what I expected. The first time they came, they stayed for 5 hours, so I paid them extra (I couldn't with a clear conscience pay what Sandy quoted). I had them come every other week until our budget stopped allowing it...but if we ever need them again, we will not hesitate to call! dates are ongoing, so i only put one of 6 or so times.

Very impressed with their promptness, results, and short turn around time. I will definitely use them for any of my properties. The job was completed when they stated it would be and I feel I got a great deal on this. This is how to run a business.

Company owner has not followed up on theft. Claims to have insurance and bonding but has done nothing to resolve theft issues, my wedding and engagement ring were stolen and I was told "there is nothing else she can do to assist." Does not respond to email requesting information needed for follow-up. Does not actually have insurance or bonding to cover theft that occurred during cleaning.

The first team sent by the firm did not follow instructions and worked superficially. A second team has improved the service, but still lacks real attention to detail (does not dust regularly under the beds or the bedroom fans, although we were told they would do so); forgets to dust tops of bathroom cabinets and under tables; does not clean carefully around faucets and door handles; does not always thoroughly wipe appliances, cooktop, or under kitchen cabinets. The owner, Sandy Stillwell, has been responsive to our requests for improved service, but I am not sure the team always gets the message. Given the reasonable price, however, we may just be expecting too much.

The painters took longer than expected, though only because they were being careful. Still, the cleaner had to work around them. It's a second floor unit and he brought a ladder to reach the outside windows. The cleaning was, for the most part, meticulous. He was there for nine hours; it took that long, I'm sure, because the painters were in his way. He also gave me some points on how to keep the floor looking good. The cleaner also steam cleaned the carpets. It saved me having to bring in one more person. I will have to redo a bit of that, but again, I'm sure the length of the day contributed to that. Sandy was good to deal with. She communicated well by e-mail. She worked with me on timing of the job and was professional in answering questions.

Overall, it was a bad experience. However, the owner came to rectify damage done and did not charge for the service, so she was professional and responsive. I had met with the owner to receive an estimate for whole house cleaning and was interested in using this firm on an ongoing basis. The owner said at least one of the cleaning crew would speak English well. Neither of the two women who came spoke English well, so it was difficult to communicate what I wanted. I was present for the cleaning and the women showed up on time. I tried to show them what I wanted in the entire house but they wanted to start upstairs. I asked them to come see me (I was working on the back porch) when they started the 1st floor, especially the kitchen. They never did and proceeded to clean my stainless steel refrigerator with their cleanser rather than the one I wanted to give them. The next day, the refrigerator looked terrible - streaked and scratched from whatever chemical they used to clean it. I thought it was irreparable, but the owner came several weeks later to look at it and worked to restore it. To our surprise, she was able to. She did a fantastic job and I have no doubt that if she had done the cleaning, our house would have been spotless. However, in addition to the refrigerator problem, the crew who came did not do a good job overall. Baseboards were dusty, shelves were not dusted and they cleaned around items on the kitchen counter, the desk, and shelves rather than moving and cleaning them. The ceiling fan was not cleaned and several other things were missed. I tried to communicate this at the end of the cleaning, my dissatisfaction and they didn't understand. They retouched the specific spots I called attention to, but didn't understand that I meant all baseboards, not just the one I pointed to. Also, we were supposed to receive a free interior refrigerator cleaning with the first cleaning, but the cleaning crew said they didn't have enough time and we could get it next time. Of course, there is no next time as we will not be using this company again. That said, the owner rectified the situation with the refrigerator and did not charge for the overall cleaning, so she held up her guarantee without hassle.

I've been using this company for about two months now and am pretty satisfied. Of course, they don't clean as well as I would - it seems none of these cleaning services do - but the job is good enough. The price is what keeps me coming back.
