ok job, not bad but not excellent

The crew did a good job. My house has four bedrooms and three baths, plus a basement where the crew vacumned the rug and cleaned the cupboards.

I will start by saying the maid did an amazing job for the time she was there. Now for the details: Company did have to reschedule but that was fine with me. Had the 4 person hour offer. Cleaner arrived on time, though I did ask to have an early appointment (8:30). My first mistake however, was not to coordinate with the scheduler that it was to be TWO people for 2 hours and not ONE person for four hours - it had not occurred to me to ask about that. One person showed, to my dismay, since if I have to stay home for four + hours, I might as well clean the place myself. However, the person who came worked non-stop and did a great job for 3 1/2 hours, at which time she announced that she had to leave. My second mistake was thinking she'd be there for four hours, so I did not channel her to the things I would have preferred to be done (for example, she cleaned my kitchen countertops but had I known she wasn't going to stay, my countertops are always clean anyway and I would have preferred the floor to be washed, which she didn't have time to do). She did a really great job on my bathrooms, one of which needed a lot of work and took the majority of her time, and I did relay to management that this person was a valuable asset to their company. In fairness to the company, the cleaner when she left said she would return, which I told her not to do (MORE waste of my time...do I have nothing better to do than hang around my house waiting for someone to show again?...but also in fairness to them, I planned to give the cleaner access to the house once I was comfortable with the company...but not for the first cleaning...and besides, I do have a large dog that I would have to lock up). Again, in fairness to the company, management did offer to send out a crew of two and let me experience that service at no charge, however my frustration level was high enough with my first and only experience that I declined what truly is a reasonable effort on the part of management to rectify the situation, and for that I have no complaint.

Cleaning team was prompt, prepared and courteous. I was advised at the outset that the cleaning time would be two hours although I contracted for 4 hours; that 4 hours is the time for one person, and since there were two people, it would take two hours. The provider, Royal Flush, needed to say that up front. I had set aside 4 hours of my day to be home. As it turns out the team was finished in one hour! I would say they did a fairly good job overall. Before they left, I saw that the table holding my printer was not cleaned down, nor was the table holding my computer. Maria told me, rightfully so, that she does not touch anyone's computer. However when I asked her to clean those areas once I lifted the printer and computer. she did so respectfully. I had also asked if she/they would wipe down or vacuum the bottom of the outside window frames between the window and the screen where dirt and a few dead flies are trapped. I was told that this involved another type of cleaning? This and the one-hour time to complete the work threw me. I would not pay $75.00 for a one-hour house cleaning despite the courtesy and efficiency of the workers performing the job.

There were 2 women, one worked very hard, and over all they did a very nice job.

I gave this company a try because of the good reviews, but unfortunately it do not go well. I made multiple attempts to meet with the owner for a walk through prior to the services that were performed, but she did never showed up. When the two ladies came out to clean, they did the job in about two hours, but the quality was not good. They did not dust the hardwood floor under the desk in the study, they left streaks on the shower doors in the mater bathroom, and did not touch the toilet room in the master bathroom (toilet, shelving and floors). I reported this to the owner who, to her credit, offered to have them return. She also offered a free cleaning, which we declined.

Great service and extremely responsive and flexible in adjusting time to meet our schedule. Extremely efficient and did a thorough job.

I called and emailed on a Saturday, and asked for cleaning on Monday. I was emailed later that day with YES! This was shocking and exceptional that they could accommodate me on such short notice. I wrote that I was most concerned about my floors, since they hadn't been washed/cleaned in about two months - no problem - in fact when the girls came, I told them about the floors and would they hand wash with a bag of rags I offered. Again, NO PROBLEM. Of course, I have a relatively small townhouse (relative to the area). I also asked them to use my products - no problem.They were done in 3 hours and the whole house is super clean. The floors are perfect, even the very extreme corners and and baseboards.

Fast, efficient and pleasant women who work very well together - and SMILE while doing so! Good phone responses. Would recommend. I used Claudia's team.

Tried this company w/ an Angie's coupon. Did not show up on originally scheduled date/time but very responsive, customer service oriented manager rescheduled for Memorial day (altho I could have waited). Team she sent was oddly terrible--left a full bag of garbage in my dining room and only partially dusted/cleaned. Almost like they rushed out of house due to someone yelling FIRE. To company's credit, they offered to send team back to finish at no charge but I really did not want them back. Also offered a free cleaning but I just wanted to move on and find a permanent relationship with a cleaning service. Now that I have a permanent service with a different company that I am very satisfied with... I can't help but notice my regular cleanings cost less than the 90 dollar coupon I used (very small house). Feel like the manager at Royal Flush should have come to see the space before sending the team. So, in summary: Royal Flush offers great customer service, really haphazard cleaning, very bad cost per service ratio.

The company sent two women that did a great job. I showed them everything I needed cleaning when they arrived. They just went from bathroom to bathroom cleaning. When they were finished I was asked if I wanted them to sweep the diningroom floor. I declined because I was going to paint the room. They left.

First visit the house cleaner was 45 minutes late since she could not locate the house. We are not in the woods and not in a new neighborhood either. Mother and adult daughter team for 2 hours and missed some things i.e. dusting and floor cleaning. The cleaners were very nice through. Gave verbal review of the services provided to the co-owner and was told that for the 4 hours it is basically a light cleaning and they need 8 hours for the deep thorough cleaning that they are known for. They were kind enough to do another cleaning and they did a better job than the first crew and still nice too plus 2 hours early.

I appreciated the good reviews on Angie's list and Royal Flush's commitment to using the same team every time, so I reached out to regular service with Royal Flush. Sandy quickly responded to me on a weekend, quoted a price of $60, and we set a date and time for the first cleaning. So far so good! On the morning of the first scheduled cleaning, Sandy contacted me and asked if the crew could come 2 hours earlier than scheduled, which I agreed to as long as they understood I would not be able to preclean (I had budgeted that task for later). At the rescheduled time, Sandy called and said the crew was trying to get in, only to realize they were at the wrong address. Once the crew found the house, the cleaning was fine. They missed just a few spots--I only asked them to redo two things when given the opportunity to inspect (which I appreciated). The crew was pleasant and I was pleased with how the house looked when I left. Later that day, Sandy contacted me to ask if we could increase the price to $75 (no reason given). When I asked why, she said it was because the crew had to move more than expected in order to clean (recall that they had moved the time up knowing that I would not be able to preclean). When I pushed back, Sandy said the original quote of $60 should be right for a house my size and offered to send a different crew. I agreed and we set a new cleaning time/date for two weeks later.The second visit, nobody came to my house at the scheduled date and time. When I contacted Sandy about this, her reply was that the crew "didn't have the Mapquest." She asked to reschedule for later in the week. I obliged. The evening before the rescheduled visit, Sandy contacted me asking to reschedule *again.* At that point, the transaction costs associated with the constant rescheduling outweighed the benefit of someone else cleaning the house so I informed Sandy I was no longer interested in Royal Flush's services. It is unfortunate that the scheduling with Royal Flush was so difficult, as the one cleaning we had was perfectly fine.

They were wonderful. I think that they are very pleasant and reliable. They always come, they never forget. I am very pleased. They are very careful with my dog.

Spoke with Sandy regarding establishing a date for cleaning as part of a "Big Deal" package. I wanted to try them out and figured that this big deal is a big marketing strategy for many of these companies to get new customers. If so, Royal Flush failed miserably in this endeavor.First off, Sandy and I established an agreed upon weekday time to clean my house - I was to receive 4 hours of cleaning for $75. We agreed upon an arrival time of "around" 1030. I had to ask my mother to drive over (some 35 minutes to let the cleaners in, provide them with directions, and then let them out). She arrived right at 1000 and noticed a car backing out of my drive way, but as it was from some distance away, she thought it might be someone turning around in my driveway. After all, the appointment was at "around" 1030 and it was just 1000. My mother called me several times at work over the next 90 minutes (but I was busy in meetings) to let me know that the cleaners never arrived. Once I got her message, I checked my cell phone and had a call from Sandy indicating that, at 0945, the cleaners were there, but no one was home. I had told Sandy that my mother would let the team in and that I would not be there. It appears that after waiting for 15 minutes, the team departed, some 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I then wrote Sandy, expressing my disappointment in wasting my Mother's time and rescheduled for the following week. This time, the appointment was to be at 1000 and I gave Sandy my Mother's name and cell phone number, asking her to contact my Mother if they found it necessary to contact her that day. Once again, my Mother arrived, this time at 0945 for the 1000 appointment. At 1120, the team arrived. No one had contacted my Mother to indicate that they would be late. My Mother informed them that they had to be finished by 1330 as she had a doctor's appointment at 1400. The two ladies then finished by 1250, really providing only 3 hours of cleaning vice the 4 that they had promised in the big deal package. The work was average, at best. The stairs were not vacuumed, the bathroom shower floors still had soap residue on them. Certainly not what I expected but the worst part was their inability to follow simple contact directions and their customer service was far from acceptable. I will not be using them again.

The first time they were supposed to come they didn’t show up without any explanation. I emailed them and didn’t get a response until much later and they finally told me that they had had car problems. We rescheduled and then they showed up two and a half hours early and I wasn’t ready to let them into my apartment. I asked them to come back later and they refused. I called the manager to reschedule but she wouldn’t return my call… horrible customer service. I then requested a refund for the Big Deal.

They came in on time. Two people came in to clean. This was the first time I was using a cleaning service, I was a bit anxious but my experience went very well. I started by giving them a tour of the house and telling them what needs to be done in each area. They started right away. Giving lot of time to each area, the cleaning was good quality and I did not have to direct them too much.I had them clean the refidgerator, but the only thing is I has to empty and reload the stuff in the fridge myself. It was not bad for me.Scheduling an appointment was not bad. I got response from the manager Sandy quickly. I had got the Big Deal of 4 hours of cleaning for $79 and they honored it. I had to pay extra for the fridge cleaning though.Overall, it was a good experience.

Cleaning was okay, but could have been more detailed at times.

the ladies arrived at the appointed time. They immediately got to work. I have a fairly large house and they usually finished within 2-2 1/2 hours. they vacumned, moped hardwood floors, cleaned bathrooms and the kitchen. I did not have them clean my daughter's bedroom and bath. they cleaned 3 bedrooms and two full baths and a powder room as well as two family rooms.

They provide adequate services. They are cordial, punctual, and do exactly what they say they will.

I am just finishing up my second year with them. I pay $60 a cleaning and it hasn't changed. They were supposed to come before 11:30 last week and they were closer to 12:30 but if it had been a day that I wasn't in the house I wouldn't have known.

They were on Angie's List and it was a special that I used. We actually signed them on for few weeks and ended up quitting their service at the end of September. They just didn't do the job that I thought they needed to do for the kind of money I was paying. They came once a month to clean the floors, kitchen and bathroom. It was not all through the house but several rooms. The first cleaning was great and I was very impressed but in the subsequent cleanings there were things that didn't get done. When they cleaned the last time they didn't even pull out the furniture to clean underneath it and I told them it was not worth my money. Unfortunately if I'm paying somebody to clean my house then I'm checking. Their prices were really much lower than I expected for once a month cleaning. They usually got back to me but I had no dealings with the crew themselves.
