Patrice provided excellent customer service at a more than competitive price. I have two German Shepherds that have tract in mud, gotten sick and have had accidents. Patrice went above and beyond by cleaning areas not quoted in the original estimate. He came back to my home the next day to inspect the carpet after drying and although my wife and I are happy Patrice insists on doing some touch up. I have already recommended him and will have him back to touch up the carpet in a few months. My dogs are my family and so I have no problem with cleaning the carpets as needed. Patrice is a good man.
