Quoted $150 over the phone, charged $200 for job. Was unable to affect the soiled condition of the sofa as it looked pretty much the same as it did when I left it in the morning. I made the mistake of authorizing the charge to my credit card over the phone before I inspected the work. However, the representative indicated they could not remove any of the stains even after repeated effort using their "restorative cleaning" method and that further efforts would damage the sofa (more). As there was no guarantee of success from the company regarding their cleaning abilities, I suppose there is nothing I can do. At least it smells better?
