My dog lost his house training as a result of a brain tumor. Three rooms had a distinct urine smell. J R HADLEY CARPET CLEANING treated and cleaned the carpets in the rooms with the urine odor. After the carpets dried overnight, the urine smell was gone.

Outstanding work. I have a white rug in the dining room. It was spotted and generally soiled. It looked like new when they finished cleaning it.

He was so thorough and dedicated to doing a great job. He was flexible and on a whim was able to clean a rug we had as well for a very fair price. The only unfortunate part for us was the scent of the cleaning solution. We have allergies and asthma and it took weeks for the strong smell of the solution to finally fade. This was NO fault of his - I should have checked or asked. He did a great job!

We had an excellent experience with this company. They came promptly at the appointed time, looked at what needed to be done, measured everything, and gave me a firm estimate before they started. We had several carpet areas that needed restretching, and Luis brought a carpet installer who handled the stretching and made sure it was done right. They moved furniture and did a great job. Then they cleaned all the carpeting and everything looks wonderful. There's no sign of former stains, and they did not supersoak the carpets so it did not take forever to dry. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again in the future.

Luis did a beautiful job on my loveseat and sofa. They look brighter and brand new. He was very thorough, punctual and friendly. I would hire him again. This was a deal offered through Angie's List.

We were extremely pleased, and will definitely use J R Hadley again. Luis and John arrived promptly at the arranged time, they were very pleasant and professional, and they worked very hard to thoroughly pre-treat and clean our carpets. We have two very large dogs, so there was a great deal of pet hair, as well as pet stains. But they did a terrific job of cleaning the carpets as well as the dryer vents.

Luis was very meticulous about his three step cleaning process, and he put so much effort into the job. The eqioment is mounted in his truck, so he needed only a water source but the truck supplied the power. I am very pleased with the results.

Efficiently and effectively! I had never cleaned the venting system to my clothes dryer before. Unbelievable the amount of lint recovered. Very happy that it now done, and there isn't a fire hazard. Mr. Pedron was great!

The carpets look phenomenal! Much better than I anticipated. I thought some of the stains wouldn't come out and sure enough, they came out. I would definitely recommend use their services again. Luis was very responsive, punctual and did an overall great job.

Fantastic, they arrived on time and were professional. My home has a cat as well as a toddler so my carpets needed a cleaning very badly. After measuring my home and providing me with an estimate, they pretreated the carpet, shampooed the carpet, and steamed the carpets. My house smells great and my carpet looks fantastic. My wife and I are very pleased.

Luis was very responsive on the phone and when doing the work. He explained his process and worked with me to schedule the work when I wanted it done, on two different dates. Once he and JR arrived, Luis determined the scope of the work regarding the area rugs was more extensive due to probable residual urine in the rugs. They cleaned both sides of those area rugs, the carpeting, about 15 utility rugs (not in the original scope of work), and removed a number of stubborn spots. AND they cleaned the upholstery on several chairs. They did all the work at the originally quoted price, which was a very pleasant surprise. Most appreciated though, was the support Luis and JR provided when we found that the condensation drip pan on a nearby ac unit was leaking through a wall onto the carpeting after it had been cleaned. Because it had leaked under/through a wall, their guidance was invaluable in finding a fair and reputable company to mitigate mold damage. I have since recommended J R Hadley Carpet Cleaning to a friend who was very pleased with the job Luis did on her carpets. I will definitely be contacting them next summer for our carpet and rug cleaning.

Very well. The are men of their words. Pre-treated spots. Steam cleaned carpets. Used rotary shampoo machine to agitate the carpet fibers ad used clean water to clean up. This is very similar to shampooing human hair.

I could not be any moresatified with the work done. Louis Pedron was very good at his job. He ddi a great job cleaning the carpet and stairs. It looks beautiful. He not only cleans the carpet but he also cleans the molding around each room. He moves most of the furniture and cleans under it. Thanks for a job WELL DONE....

Luis, who is the owner and operator, was courteous and prompt in returning my call, giving an amazingly accurate estimate and what was more impressive than anything else was the actual cleaning of the carpet. Luis had cleaned my carpet two years ago. I was very happy with the result, so when the carpet needed another cleaning, I called him. To my surprise, the price remained the same.

Excellent experience. He did an in home estimate and saved me some money versus my own measurements (e.g., closets are free). They removed stains that had been there since I moved in 4 years ago. Everything was spotless and new looking. They were very, very careful about moving things and using protection under furniture to protect both the furniture and carpet when the carpets were damp. Everything dried overnight. I highly recommend Luis and his team.
