Wonderful! Picked up so much dirt and cat hair. Was also able to get out a few stains from a Super bowl party a few months ago. Would recommend to friends and family.

They responded quickly and did a excellent cleaning and disinfecting job. This is the second time I’ve used them and plan to use them again.

Julian did an excellent job of making carpet look like new. Most of our floors are now wood but we have 2 guest bedrooms that we want to use this summer. Julian was able to remove stubborn pet oil stains that came from our dog repeatedly laying up against the stair risers and other old stains (including a rust stain) on bedroom carpet. We were glad that we still have more life in the carpet and don't have to replace right away. Would use this company again.

My son purchased a condo and asked me to find someone to clean the carpets. I found J R Hadley Carpet Cleaning on Angies List and read all the reviews. I input my request for an estimate and received a reaponse within 24 hours. I scheduled the carpet cleaning. Luis and Julian arrived timely, explained the process again and began working. They did a very nice job. They steam cleaned, did a rotary brush clean and a second steam cleaning. They left my sons condo looking and smelling fresh. I would recommend them and plan to hire them to clean my condo carpets in coming weeks

Luis is professional, courteous and friendly. He clearly cares about his clients and provides great customer service. He and his assistant Julian know their jobs and do good work. We would certainly use their services again.

Luis and JR arrived as scheduled and went right to work. We were especially pleased with the extra effort they put into cleaning two especially soiled areas in front of two chairs. We didn't think they could get those spots completely clean, but they did!

Luis and his team were excellent. I feel like I got double the service for the half the price I would have paid a national chain. The level of effort that went into my rug and upholstery cleaning truly was above and beyond. I will definitely use their services again.

Luis and Julian were on time and did a great job explaining the process. They were professional and courteous. Good help is hard to find but JR is superb. Would absolutely recommend them again and we will be using them going forward for any future carpet cleaning.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived on time were very quick to review what needed to be cleaned and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. They showed up to do the work on time on the day of my choosing. Very professional. Carpet i thought i was going to have to replace looked brand new again. Very happy with their service. So glad I called JR Hadley Carpet Cleaning! The receptionist transferred me to Luis right away and, lucky for me, he had a cancellation so came over in a couple of hours, keeping me informed about his arrival time. Luis and his assistant were extremely professional and courteous. They thoroughly cleaned two large sofas, the carpet in the living room and even managed to get some grease spots out of the brand new carpet in another room. The price was fair and the work was meticulous! I really appreciated the level of service and the quality of the work. Would highly recommend!

Such a nice group of guys! We were super pleased with the work JR Hadley did on our carpets. We needed a good cleaning done before we set the house up for sale. They offered a great price, showed up on-time, and you can tell their process is really effective. They are very knowledgeable as well with lots of attention to detail while cleaning.

I received a recommendation for JR Hadley Carpet Cleaning from a friend who also lives in my housing development, Woodcliffe Park. I was not disappointed. The estimate happened quickly, the price was affordable, the cleaning was done within the time promised, and the quality was excellent! JR and Luis take pride in their work and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. High quality, my carpets looked amazing. JR also went the extra mile to clean off the walkway leading to my front door so that mulch would not get tracked into the house. A shout out also to Scott Carroll for a masterful job with stretching a few areas of my carpet the day after. Luis helped him, noticed a carpet spot that could have been cleaned better, and promptly took care of it; leaving some solution that I could use later if needed. A+ service.
