They missed some obvious things and they forgot to clean the microwave but I had to run out and tell them before they left to clean it. Professional cleaners should see obvious stuff.

It was great. We have used them before. This was our second time. I am actually calling them to come in for the month of December for another cleaning.

They did an excellent job. Arrived on time and got to work. My bathrooms never looked so clean. It was great to let someone else do it for the holidays.

Took forever to get a date they were available!!!! I I would give them 2 weeks where I was available and they would give me a date outside of those two weeks!!! Went back and forth with company probably 10x before a date was finally set. Cleaners were okay, did fine job but were rushing and worked faster than any other cleaners ihave every had. I paid for 6 hours and they were done in less than 2 hours (which is 4 hours because there were 2 cleaners). They didn't speak english very well and they missed a room because they were basically packing to leave before I noticed the bedroom wasn't done! I felt they were racing to go to another job or be finished early for the day. Everyone was polite but I wouldn't use them again because the service was not as good as other companies.

The company was very responsive once I made the purchase and were able to schedule a time that was convenient. Two ladies arrived early (I was not home, so they had to wait) and came in and began cleaning right away. While I paid for 6 hours (or 3 hours/woman) they were only here for maybe 1.5 hours. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but some areas were glossed over. While some areas were great, there were still slobber stains on my kitchen floor after they had washed it, dust on my daughter's chest of drawers, dust on the top of our shower door, the baseboards in the bathroom were still filthy, and the corners of the bathrooms behind the toilets were still dusty/dirty. My house is not large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, so I understand maybe not needing the full 3 hours, but I would have expected everything to be perfect if they were going to cut it short. I'm not sure if it is just because I was a Friday afternoon timeslot and they wanted to get home or if this is just usual. I picked this company after reading all the reviews and have to say I am a bit disappointed.

Bathroom's scrubbed, vacuumed every rug and mopped every floor.

The coupon was for 6 hours of cleaning. Cecilia and Cindy (?) came in and were done in an hour. I admit we were a bit suspicious that they could get a two bedroom, three bathroom house clean that quickly--and there were some areas that did need a little additional work--but overall, it looked good. And you certainly can't beat the price, We had a set time that we needed the house cleaned, and they worked with that. They also arrived right on time.

My basement has needed cleaned for years - horrible place! The areas included two family rooms and a powder room. I called Daphne's Cleaning Service to ask if this was something they were willing to take on. They were wonderful! Not only were the areas clean, they smelled clean! This company is wonderful to deal with, and I will definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the service. I bought the voucher on Angie's List for $99 for 6 hours of housecleaning, and the company was diligent about setting up the service. I was not able to be home during the appointment, but had no problems with leaving a key. The crew let themselves in and out with no problems and left the house in great condition. Would do business with them again.

Very well no complaints. They only forgot to clean the top of the refrigerator.

the provider come to my house after a holiday weekend to clean and organize my house again i always call this provider (daphnes) i have try another providers and am not satisfy with them because i have to re clean everything so instead i call ahead to schedule my occasionally cleaning with Daphnes cleaning

it when ok as i have a dog i need to at least steam and wash my carpet every 3 months

They were very good. I wasn’t here, so I just left the key. They did their thing and when I came back, I took a look at everything and it was good.

It went OK. I wasn't overly impressed by there service.

i bought the service (6 hous of cleaning for $179) as one of Angie's Big Deals. During the scheduling process, they discovered that my Bluemont address didn't necessarily mesan that I lived in Loudoun County (I live in Clarke County), there was concern on their part regarding the distance and the justly infamous traffic on Rt. 7. Concern notwithstanding, they scheduled me for Thursday afternoon, December 18. When that schedule crashed and burned, I was rescheduled for the very next afternoon, and was kept apprised via email of the ladies' progress and ETA. They arrivedat 12:30, and got right to work after a 5 minute rundown of what I wanted done.. They were unfailingly polite and professional, and did an excellent job, with exceptional attention to detail, finishing a little before 3:30.

Aaaaaaaaahhhhh! To walk into my house after work and the first thing that hits you is that it smells clean. This group does a thorough job, the place is spotless. I stayed around for the first cleaning, then gave them a key. Should have hired them years ago. I also liked that, when I first called, the owners were at my house within a day for an estimate and were professional and friendly. There are lots of little special touches besides the usual dusting and bathrooms.

the service was awesome i almost forget we goin to have a guess at the house since we both woe and no time to clean here there i call Daphnes cleaning and they come the next day early in the morning i open the door for them and when i come back home my house was clean ,smelling fresh and everything put in place i love to have my house clean by a service ,i found another companies but don't work with pets i have 2(dogs ) and when they come my dog feel free around the house while they clean ,they use green products to thank you very much i will recommend this service to anyone who is looking to have there house clean

I purchased the big deal for 4 man-hours of cleaning for $149. I was contacted soon thereafter to arrange the appointment. Throughout my experience there was excellent communication through the Angie's list messaging system. Rosie and her partner arrived at my home at exactly the time the appointment was set for. After brief introductions, the ladies went straight to work. They cleaned my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in two hours. They did a very thorough job and even cleaned under my living room couch as per my request. They had to rush through the basement bedroom and bathroom because time was running out, but were still able to leave the rooms looking good. And the house smelled clean and not like chemicals. All in all good basic cleaning and I feel like I could easily ask for specific requests. I was so pleased with the service that I have set up monthly cleaning.

I've been using Daphne's Cleaning Service for about a year now, and I've been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. They listen to their customer's requests and accommodate them very well. The cleaning quality is great, the value is very good, and they do a terrific job getting all the dog hair up -- a never ending battle it seems, no matter the season. I absolutely love the auto-pay by Credit Card -- no more having to remember to leave a check or cash out. When I contact the owner, he gets back to me very quickly and is easy to communicate with. Highly recommended -- great company.

They were about a half an hour late, but they did a pretty good job. They also left about an hour earlier than the allotted time for the deal.

There was a disconnect. I asked that they contact me via my cell as our home phone was not working properly. The only way we communicated was via email. After a few months had elapsed without getting a scheduled cleaning, I reached out to them again but was told the window had closed. He offered a cleaning with a caveat. That being that he would only do it now if I signed them on with a contract to do my home. I found that to be offensive. So... I did not get my home cleaned.
