Lenny & Rosia came on 9/6/11 and asked what I needed done. I went over the rooms that needed cleaning and beds I wanted changed and cleaning supplies I wanted used. I am a fanatic about germs, and floors. And they cleaned everything with my cleaning supplies, and made everything sparkle! They arrived at 1:00 to clean 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Liv.Rm, Din.Rm, and Kitchen. And they left at 3:30. They took the garbage and recycling out for me too!! I would recommend them to anyone! Superb Job and Highly professional!

I emailed several cleaning companies with "A" ratings on Angie's List. Lenin was one of the first to respond, and was the only one who responded with a personal message. He also gave the lowest quote and was quick to accomodate my rather limited availability and tight time frame. In fact, it was so easy to set up the appointment that I was a little nervous they wouldn't show. Well, silly me. Lenin and Rocio arrived precisely as scheduled, introduced themselves warmly, and got right to work. As I said, I don't know how they accomplished as much as they did in so little time, AND I can't believe that they stuck pretty close to their estimate even after seeing how much there was to clean. I was very pleasantly surprised on both fronts. I've always felt that it's a little obnoxious to hire someone else to clean up my messes, but after seeing them work their magic, I'm sorely tempted to revisit that position. It would really be lovely if I could experience that joy of a truly clean living space on a regular basis. (Updated to correct spelling. D'oh!)

As a busy working mom, I was looking for a bi-weekly home cleaning service for our family of 3 people and two pets. Not only was Daphne's the only cleaning service that responded to my request within 48 hours, they provided a very competitive quote for services. I am very happy with the ongoing excellent service provided by Daphne's Cleaning Service. They are always responsive, punctual and hard working and I greatly look forward to coming home to a sparkling clean house every other Friday. I also really like that they use green, non-toxic cleaning products and that they are comfortable with our cat and dog. I highly recommend Daphne's Cleaning Service.

They always arrive promptly and get right to work. I love that they are comfortable with large dogs (some housecleaners have not been, and it's been problematic). They are always cheerful and willing to more deeply clean an area when I ask. Lenin even ordered a carpet cleaner because I mentioned that our dining room carpet just never smells clean, probably due to the dogs lying on it a lot. My only, very small complaint is that they leave the hardwood floor a little more wet than I like when mopping, but this may be a personal preference. And probably, if I mention it to them, they will use less water or cleaner next time.

I needed to get my bosses house clean for some last minute guests that were arriving. Daphne's came through with flying colors! Showed up on time and did a VERY thorough cleaning. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, carpets, baseboards - all were left sparkling and like new. They were both highly courteous and professional, and I will definitely use them again. I called them after reviewing "green" cleaning companies on Angie's List. They use environmentally safe cleaners, which is important to me since I have respiratory problems. They are happy to work with my schedule, which occasionally changes due to travel. They are a husband-and-wife team: no subcontractors are used. Incredibly punctual, professional, hard-working. I've never felt awkward asking them to pay particular attention to an area, i.e., a new rug that needs repeated vacuuming or new glasswork that needs dusting. Just great to work with: upbeat, trustworthy, friendly. Highly recommend.

This was a hoarding situation. My client needed DEEP cleaning done in her bathroom and kitchen. Lenin & Rosaria arrived when they said they would and dug in. In the bathroom they cleaned as asked above. The bathroom looked new when they were finished! In the kitchen also as listed above. Previously I thought the floor was rotten and needed to be replaced, but when they were finished, I discovered the floor was fine - just so filthy it looked rotten! I sent pictures of the finished product to family members who knew what it looked like before and the response I got back was: "WOW, WOW! It is beyond words!" Lenin admitted the job was more than he thought. He had estimated $100 on the phone, I told my client $150 because I knew $100 wasn't a fair price. They were very happy with the $150, and so was my client. I would definitely call them again!

Daphne's Cleaning Services has been our cleaning services provider since February 2011. They come on a weekly basis and they have been nothing but exceptional for us. They are very thorough in that they clean every inch of the rooms, bookshelves, etc.; even organizing random clutter like computer chords. The day they come to our home is our favorite day of the week because we love coming home to a clean home. The best part about their services is that they are not afraid of dogs. We have two well behaved dogs, a large and small breed, but we foster as well so there are sometimes random dogs in our home. We typically keep the dogs in the kitchen during the day, and they are happy to work around them. One of our previous housecleaners would not work at our place unless our 15 lb cairn terrier was locked away in a closet. The only incident that we ever had was quickly resolved and has not been a concern since. One day they accidentally left the pantry door open, and after they left the dogs enjoyed themselves that afternoon - luckily no one got bloat. We called them to explain that the pantry door must closed at all times and they have followed through with that request ever since. We appreciate their professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. We highly recommend their service.
